Orders not showing up

So I placed an order last week and one earlier today. Since an hour or so, I can't seem to access my order history.
I can open the order history page but no orders show up, not even the older ones. When I try searching for the order with the order number I get the message that "we are sorry . We are unable to retrieve your order, blah blah"
All orders including today's were visible two hours back but suddenly disappeared.
It would be great if someone authorised can let me know the order status for order number :

While I’ve heard of instances where people experience issues logging into their online accounts, it’s certainly weird that you aren’t able to view your order history specifically. One way this oddity may be fixed is by clearing your browser history before attempting to view your past purchases again.
If this suggestion doesn’t work, please know that you may view your online order’s progress through our Order Status tool. However, using the order number you provided, I was able to confirm that your order is currently awaiting carrier pick up. Please know that you should receive an email confirming this along with your order’s tracking number once UPS picks up your computer purchase.
If you have any additional questions or concerns about your account or don’t receive the aforementioned email within the next couple of days, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Sales order not showing in VKM1 & VKM3

Hi All,
Sales document blocked for credit check, Status (VBUK) "B" is updated. But sales document number is not showing in VKM1 and VKM3 release t codes. Header Credit status : Not approved.
Pricing and documents perfectly completed. No issue logs in sales orders.
I have tried those correction programs for SD documents : SDVBUK00, SDRQCR21, RVV05IVB still am not getting the document.

Read the following OSS Notes
1) Note 400311 - RVKRED77: Reorganization credit data, new documentation
2) Note 735791 - Composite SAP Note: Credit update incorrect, 500
3) Note 735163 - Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, Release 4.70
4) Note 1176872 - Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, 60*
Depending on the SAP version ,select one from 2-4.
From note 1), it looks this program takes long time to complete. depending on the selection criteria. So I would recommend you run the program on Sunday during which most of the users would be off the system.
The difference between 77 and 88 report looks, in the 88 report run the system won't lock SD tables.

Why is my IPhone 6 order not showing up in my recent order page?

I ordered my IPhone 6 on September 21st which I received a confirmation email and number for, but when I check my order status and recent orders on my Verizon account page, it is not showing up. My phone is supposed to ship out on October 17th and I must receive my phone by then as mine is on its last leg. I am very concerned and annoyed as I see many other people on this forum having the same issue.

I need to re-download CS5.5 but it's not showing up in my order history. I have the serial number and all but cannot find anywhere to download it.

Old orders not showing in "My orders" section

Hi, I hope someone can give me a hand on this problem.
I bought a copy of Photoshop in July 2011 from the adobe shop, I downloaded it and have been using it. Over the weekend my computer was stolen so I need to reinstall Photoshop onto my new machine. I can see all the details in the "My products" section but when I go to the "My orders" section Photoshop is not showing at all.
What am I missing? Is this version no longer supported or am I doing something wrong?
Any help would be really appreciated, I've got customers fighting with me about deadlines and I really need some help.

Specific sales order not showing in VKM1

I have this sales order that is not showing in VKM1 even the credit status in not approved just wondering because there is other sales order with the sames credit account and credit status which show in VKM1. So there are two sales order with credit status not approved with the same credit account and same credit control area but only 1 of the 2 sales orders shows in VKM1. What are the cause of this scenario?
I check the 2 sales order in VKM4 the only difference is field OlIt (Status of credit check against oldest open items) the sales order that shows in VKM1 got status approved while the sales order that doesnt shows in VKM1 got status not approved. Is this a possible cause? Please help where I can find this status in the sales order header

In VBUK you can check Header - Over all credit status
In VBUP you can check the same at item level.
VKM1 will show documents with over all credit stats = B Credit check not OK.
The document which is not shwoing in VKM1, CHECK IN table VBUK for the over all credit status.

Last week we had copied production environment into quality system. Now when the users are creating sales orders in Q system, they are not able to see the sales orders in MD04? What is the reason for this?

Go to your sales order and note the schedule line category of the line item which you want to check
In t code VOV6 for the schedule line category there is a check box for transfer of requirements near to Availabilty check tick box
If you tick that then this order for this line item will appear in MD04

Non-catalog purchase order not showing up in BW extract BBP_SC_BW_GET_TD

The BW team is using function BBP_SC_BW_GET_TD to retrieve purchase requisition and purchase order changes from SRM. In a non-catalog scenario, BW system is getting the purchase requisition from SRM but not the manual created purchase order (references purchase requisition).
I see the purchase requisition and purchase in the function BBP_PD (SRM), which retrieves its information from tables srrelroles and bbp_pdbinrel. However, I do not see the manual created purchase order in table bbp_pdbei, which function BBP_SC_BW_GET_TD uses to retrieve the purchase order. Any ideas??? Should bw be using a different function for getting the po for a non-catalog scenario? I see no oss notes on this issue. In addition, I have run the program BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and clean program over and over. I have heard of consultants creating a trigger.

I'm not clear you issue. Is it SC -> PR(backend) -> PO(backend) classic scenario ? or You just created a PO in backend system?
BBP_GET_STATUS_2 will update SC follow-on doc information from backend.

Order Not Showing Up In History

About a week and a half ago I preordered inFAMOUS: Second Son Collectors Edition for in-store pickup at Best Buy website. Now when I look in my Order History it's not there! Please help me I'm worried!

Considering how limited Collector’s Editions have been in the past, it’s understandable you’d be concerned that you can’t view the status of your order! Using the email address you’ve used to register on the forum, I have located your BestBuy.com preorder for the PS4 version of inFAMOUS: Second Son Collector’s Edition. The order is currently in ‘awaiting fulfillment’ status, which is normal until the game is released. You should have received an email confirmation regarding the preorder. Should there be any changes, you’ll be alerted by further email notifications.
As for not being able to view this order on BestBuy.com, there are a few things you can do that may help. I’d suggest clearing the cookies in your browser, as it’s likely the information you’re viewing isn’t up to date. If that doesn’t work, trying a different browser may also allow you to properly view your purchase history.

Changes to an order not showing up in change log

I m changing item quantity of sales order items by both Call Transaction as well as
'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE', however in neither case if I open the changed order in VA02 and go to Environment->Changes menu. I dont see the changes at all.
What could be the problem? Because the order quantities ARE getting changed successfully.

I am not very sure but You might need to check for the Change Pointer's activation in your SAP System globally and at the level of Sales Order.

Sales Order not showing in MD04

What could be the possible reasons?
The order is for a procurement type E HALB with strategy 40.

Check:
1. If reason of rejection is maintained in SO, if yes, then check with the concerned sales personnel why it is there
2. In schedule line tab for that material, check to see if schedule line catg. is CP (if not, check with sales personnel as to why they do not want to transfer it to MRP)
3. Check if the SO has been delivered completely
4. Also check if there is some credit block on the SO.
If the above does not resolve, then revert with more details.

Sales order not showing on Change mode

Dear Expert,
I have small issue, The issue is when we put sales order number on item level (VBKB_BSTKD_E) in change moode and save it. If we go back to change mode again we do not see the order number. But if we go to display mode we are able to see the sales order number.

If it is Table VBKD related updating field for item.
While updating entries in Table VBKD. The header entry of the business data (VBKD) is valid for all items. When you make change/alteration at item level is done to the business data. Then in the table the item receives a separate entry.
So, this not standard, when system not allowing to save the changes. But, there can be exception for updating this Table-Field VBKD-BSTKD_E (PO Number). Or may be there is subsequent document for this sales order.

Search help for orders not showing favorites because of backend search help

Dear Experts,
We are on an SRM 5 implementation.
As a cost assignment, we want to add an order. We have added authorization object BBP_FUNC to the authorization profile because we need the backend search help, showing all orders. Is there a way that we can change the binoculars to a drop down box? That way, users could assign multiple orders in PPOMA and use as a favorite. Or is there another way to use a favorites selection of orders (from PPOMA) together with the use of backend search help.

If you've given users access to the search help functionality you will always get the binoculars.
This would still be the case if you have favorites maintained for users.
If you want a drop-down list to appear instead you'll need to maintain all the relevant entries as attributes in the org structure via PPOMA_BBP and then remove the search help Auth Object.
It's a bit of a catch 22 really.

"My orders" not showing Adobe Creative Cloud invoices anymore

I go to https://www.adobe.com/account.html to find my monthly invoice for accounting, but the monthly invoices are no longer shown. Only the initial subscription purchase is shown.
I need the invoice for accounting.
What do I do? Where can I get a copy of the invoice?

That's a lengthy explaination. The short answer I found...
Log in.
Get your subscription transaction IDs by clicking on the "Creative Cloud membership" link here:

Paste your transaction ID onto the end of this URL:

That should make a more print-friendly invoice. Then just choose to save as PDF in your browsers print dialog. Works for me, for now. I'd still like to get the PDF's automatically sent via email to my accounting dept or something. Hope this helps.
