ORDERS05, posting PO and raising Order in CRM

Hi,
I testing an ORDERS05 IDOC via WE19. I can see that there's a Distribution Order being created each time in CRM (viewable by CRMD_ORDERS), but there seems to be a number of messages, of which some say that the Distribution Center and Sales Org are not supplied. The trouble is they are, in segments E1EDKA1. Also, I'm not getting an item line created, although I obviously get a header. Can anyone spot what the problem might be. I've attached a dump from the EDIT screen of WE19, although it's a tad difficult to read, it may show the segments and data.
Regards
Gary

Hello Abjuh,
As of CRM 4.0 (with Service Industry extensions), you can automatically create ECC Purchase Orders from a CRM service order.
It is possible to track the status of the individual service order items with the document flow.
Please refer to the SAP Help for more information.

  • Replication of BP and Sales order from CRM to R/3

    Hello everyone,
I have a peculiar condition in my hands. The requirement is to replicate 10 business partners from crm to R/3 ,then the next 4 Business partners need not be replicated and then the next three replicated..How do we do this kind of replication....
One thing more regarding the replication of sales order. When we save a sales order in CRM,is it automatically replicated to R/3 or do we need to release it manually??
If yes, then if we do not want to replicate the sales order from crm to R/3,then what will we do?
Consider that all the middleware settings are configured and working fine..

    Hi Bokhal,
Please consider my answer from your recent thread dealing with apparently the same issue :
    Hi Bhokal,
For filters in uploads please consider below:
For Filtering the BP-upload, use the Administration Console
(tx. SMOEAC) in the corresponding subscription of the "All Business
Partners (MESG)" publication assigned to the R/3 site.
Some publications (and the replication objects they are based on) are
delivered as type "Simple bulk" which does not give you the opportunity
to assign criteria values for filtering.
You might have to re-create the publication. To do that:
    1) First delete the subscriptions "All Business Partners (MESG)" and its
    publications & the replication object.
    2) Recreate the replication object as type "Simple intelligent".
    3) Afterwards you can create a new publication via wizard of type
"Simple intelligent (msg)" assigned to the BDOC-Type BUPA_MAIN. Then,
you will be able to select some "filter criteria".
The reason for deleting the "old" publication is, that you
are not allowed to assign a BDOC-Type to more than one publication.
    4) But please keep in mind that there is no realignment supported. So
you should only use fields for filtering, which cannot be changed
    afterwards.
This is the "simple" solution for filtering on fields. This
will not provide complex filter criteria.
If you need this, you shall create a filter function in R/3- and/or
    CRM-Inbound and -outbound.
If you want to keep the control about the upload trigger, you can add an
additional module in transaction CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU, position > 200000.
BUPA_MWX_BDOC_BPS_FILL_CENTRAL. Within this new module, you can delete
all partners within the complex structure that you don't want to upload.
Hoping that above will be helpful.

  • Number Range issues with sales orders in CRM and R/3

    Hi,
We are currently using CRM4.0. I have sales orders created in R/3 and they are replicated into CRM.  These sales orders can only be created in R/3.  I have given them a number range of 0000000001 and 0005899999, however we have reached the number 0005899999 so we increased the internal number range for the sales orders in R/3 to 0009499999, however we forgot to update the number range for the corresponding sales transaction type in CRM so we are getting the following error in CRM:
    +Enter a business transaction number between 0000000001 and 0005899999
    Message no. CRM_ORDERADM_H532
    Diagnosis
You have attempted to enter a transaction number which is not allowed for the transaction type.
    Procedure
Enter a number between  &1 and &2. Make sure that you issue a number which has not already been issued.+
We have now updated the CRM number range to match that in R/3 to 0000000001 and 0009499999 but we are still getting the error above on our existing sales orders in CRM.  I thought that increasing this number range it will remove the error but when I open sales orders in CRM the error is still there.
Is there any way to remove this error message?  Any tips or advice would be much appreciated.
Please note we've already checked the post Re: Number Range Problem and note 427289.
    Kind Regards
    JoJo

    Hi Sirisha,
The solution depends on the exact issue you are facing.
The CRM Sales Order is created OK, but you only see the error when you open the Sales Order?
If this is the case, then you can follow the steps below:
    1. Find the Message ID and Message No for the error message
    2. Use Program - CRM_MESSAGES_DELETE to delete error messages from the error producing Sales Orders.
Let me know if this is not the issue you are facing.

  • CRM Production was stoped suddenly and ECC orders to replicate in CRM

    Dear Experts,
    Greetings!!!.
Recently Because of Hardware Migration, CRM Production was stoped suddenly. and the orders are raised in ECC. directly.
Eg: in CRM YOR1 sales order for same they have created ZOR1 in ECC and are working. now i need to replicatie the orders which are created in ECC .
What will be the Customising settings and Middleware settings for the Same please guide us.
    Thanking you in anticipation,
    Regards,
    Sany.

You must maintain on R/3 system the table CRMPAROLTP (in SM30). Set the following parameters:
    Parameter name 1: CRM_SCENARIO
Parameter name 2: INT_CHANGE_ORDER (e.g. for activating the scenario A for ZOR1 - check what you use for YOR1)
    Parameter name 3: ZOR1
Parameter value 1: A (e.g. for activating the scenario A for ZOR1 - check what you use for YOR1)
And on CRM side you must maintain the same parameters in table SMOFPARSFA:
    Key : R3A_SALES
Parameter name 1: INT_CHANGE_ORDER (e.g. for activating the scenario A for ZOR1 - check what you use for YOR1)
    Parameter name 2: ZOR1
Parameter value 1: A (e.g. for activating the scenario A for ZOR1 - check what you use for YOR1)
Ensure that the scenarios are maintained consistently in both systems (CRMPAROLTP and SMOFPARSFA) to avoid errors.
    Regards.

  • Creation of sales order in CRM and replicating it to Multiple ECC system.

We have a requirement for creation of sales order in CRM and replicating it to Multiple ECC system.
We have checked the following standard Adapter objects in transaction R3AC1.
    BUS_TRANS_MSG
The initial flow contexts does not support target site type as R/3(SMOF_ ERPSITE). So we are not able to replicate the sales order from CRM
    to ECC.
        2. SALESDOCUMENT
Here the initial flow contexts does not support flow from CRM -> R/3 as we don’t see the target site as CRM.
Please let us know if the standard sap middleware objects don’t support the sales order flow from CRM to multiple ECC or is there any
other adapter object we need to use for this.

    Hey Vijay Duvvada,
I hope you are already referred below sap note  and which explains scope & how to do   -

    Hi all,
Does anyone knows what the possible link is between a Service Order / Service Order Confirmation in CRM and a Purchase Order in ECC ? I heard that this could be found somewhere in the document flow of a Service Order ....

We need the PO number somehow to be able to create a Goods Received document in ECC from CRM.

  • Replicating Service contracts and Service orders from ECC 6.0 to CRM 2007

    Hi CRM Gurus,
How can we replicate Service contracts and Service orders from ECC 6.0 and CRM 2007. Any pointers to do this?
    Please let me know.
    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Vinay,
I dont think you need any Middleware adaptor objects for CRM Request download .
You need to create a request in CRM using R3AR2 . Here you need to provide the R/3 table name and field name to download the service document along with Document ID
You can monitor your request download in txn R3AR4.
But as MCG rightly told , you should have done all requried customized settigns before downloading service documents .

  • Issue in finding  GR posting date and quanity for Purchase order item

    Hi All,
I have a requirement to list all PO items with Goods receipt posting date and quantity.
So for each po item I have fetched Goods receipt posting date and quantity from table EKBE for movement type 101.
But in transaction ME23n   in PO history tab it is displaying 3 records.
2 are movement type 101 and 1 is movement type 102 GR quantity with minus sign.
How  to find out Goods receipt posting date and quantity.
what are the movement types we  have to consider.
    Thanks,
    Jwala

movement type 102 is for GR for PO reversal that is why the quantity is negative.

  • Saving Sales order in CRM to R/3

    Dear Friends,
When i make a Sales order in CRM it is flown to R/3. There is no problem when i do this. But if i make any changes in the Sales order in CRM then the Delivery block in the item schedule lines of same sales order in R/3 comes as pending for approval. I m not gettin how to deal with this.
    Please help.
    Rachana.

    Hi Rachana,
Do this way , create order in CRM and check the same in R/3 whether all relevant values are transfered to R/3 or not. Once you are through, then do the changes in CRm again and save then cheque whther the changes you had done in CRM is replicated in R/3 or not. if not then you need to trace why its not happend.
Secondly check in the Transction type of CRM whether the following setting is enabled or disabled:
    No Change document

  • ERP Delivery/Transfer Order u2013 CRM Billing

    Hi everybody,
Iu2019m new to this forum and I hope that this is the right place to post my request.
Iu2019m currently developing a course in CRM and face a problem. We use an IDES client of the UCC and I try to accomplish a sales order in the CRM System, process the delivery/transportation in the ERP backend and after the delivery is completed, there should be a billing due list item created in the CRM System. The problem is, that there is no Billing Due Item created/transferred to the CRM System. Here is how the process works:
    Transaction Code: CRMD_BUS2000115 bzw. CRMD_ORDER
    1.     Transaction Type is Sales --> Sales Process (Item Category ZSAL)
    2.     Type in the following data
       a.       Sold-to Party     300025 (01Megastore)
       b.       Product          HT-1000
       c.       Quantity          1
    3.     Save the document.
    4.     Go to the ERP System and check whether the sales order was transferred (Transaction Code: VA02)
    5.     Create a Delivery Document (Transaction Code: VL01N). Shipping Point is 3800 (Denver) and date is
todayu2019s date + 1 week. Save the document.
    6.     Create the Transfer Order use the following settings:
      a.     Warehouse number          038
      b.     Plant                            3800
      c.     Delivery                       the number of the delivery
      d.     Foreground/Backgrnd.     System Guided
      e.     Adopt Pick Quantity             2 (Include pick, quantities in delivery and post Gl)
      f.     Press Enter and save.
After I create the Transfer Order the delivery should be completed and since the Item Category of the Sales Transaction Type is ZSAL and ZSAL is set to be Delivery-Related, there should be a Billing Due Item created in the CRM System. So far the theory!
Now thatu2019s where the problems begin:
    1.     There is no Billing Due Item created in the CRM System
    2.     I try to create a billing due in the ERP System here I get the Error message, that the u201Cgoods issue has
            not been posted for deliveryu201D
    3.     I take a look at the delivery (vl02n). Here the deliveryu2019s status is still at u201Cbeing processedu201D
    4.     I try to u201Cpost good issueu201D manually.
    5.     I get the error message u201CSyntax Error in substitution u2018Reg_SUBu2019, step u2018001u2019u201D
The error message long text is:
Syntax error in substitution "REG_SUB", step "001"
    Message no. GB032
    Diagnosis
A syntax error was found in substitution REG_SUB during the ABAP code generation.
    System Response
An ABAP code is not generated for this Boolean statement and the statement is evaluated as FALSE (in ABAP include GBTWMFIC).
    Procedure
Correct substitution REG_SUB using substitution maintenance.
Hopefully anybody here can help me with this problem. Thanks in advance

    Hi Stephanie,
I just wanted to point out two things:
    1. As Dinesh explained already, the first scenario is mostly used if the Logistics Execution (delivery, transportation) happens in ERP, and billing was already set up and used in ERP. But in principle you can also use CRM Billing in connection with Logisitics Execution in ERP. This means you create your sales order in CRM, your delivery and so on in ERP, and then you can bill the order or the delivery in CRM. The advantage of this is that you are able to bill e.g. sales order and service order items in one invoice.
    2. In the second scenario you can upload orders to ERP (if you want to do Logistics Execution), but is is not necessary (if you don't do LE). And it is not necessary and not possible to upload billing documents to ERP. CRM transfers automatically or manually the billing document to ERP FI and creates and Accounting document. So it is fully integrated without replication and without using ERP Billing.
I hope this answers your questions.
If you are interested in an integration scenarion with CRM Order - ERP Logistics Execution and CRM Billing, please watch the following short video:

  • Cash Orders in CRM 7.0

Seeking some info and tips on how to have settings for Cash Orders in CRM 7.0, akin to that in the ECC.
Just to refresh your goodselves, Cash orders in ECC are posted through a "Std Cash Acc determination - KOFIAC".

    Hi,
you can either download the existing orders from R/3 with the download object SALESDOCUMENT or you can connect an ERP system to access ECC data directly (see note 1236015 for restrictions and http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/EN/90/725d22d2c049a8ada480ea3939c53e/content.htm, http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/EN/45/73b94278560c31e10000000a1550b0/content.htm,

  • User should not delete Sales orders in CRM before May 2014.

    Hi,
We have  requirement in CRM i.e. user cannot delete Sales orders before may 2014 in SAP CRM.
Recently we have implemented Credit Check management in ECC (Cash n Carry Process especially for some customers)
Normally we do create orders in CRM it should be replicated to ECC, based on FD32 credit value in ECC, CRM  order should give credit check massage.
go through the below notes n help us where to change BADI in CRM, plz.
We like to add a scenario where prior to April’14 period, user can not cancel/delete any order in CRM, so that the order cancellation data will not flow to SAP and below problem can be resolved.
While checking the credit Exposure of the INDL Customers, we found in some cases, user has deleted few old orders in CRM which creates a open sales order value as Negative in SAP System. Due to this for a customer, if there is ZERO credit limit, ZERO outstanding, ZERO liability, Credit Exposure is become Negative as open order value is there. In CRM order is being raised and credit block is not appearing if the order amount is below the Credit exposure.
Request you pls maintain the open Sales order value as ZERO for the INC customers (as per attachment list) for those who have a NEGATIVE open sales order value.
For the open Sales order Value which are POSITIVE, keep these as same as these are customer’s actual & current open orders.
NOTE: If user delete before may 2014 sales orders, all the deleted order values will be added to FD32 (Credit exposure -Negative),then user can able to raise sales orders for that value also.(It cannot be happened)
    Regards,
    JK

    Hello JK,
I guess you can play around with the standard. You need to create a separate PFCG Role which only contains sales order related authorization object. Basically removing sales order related authorization object from the main primary PFCG role. And then controlling the secondary PFCG Role which only have sales order object. Controlling sales order PFCG role with validity period. Below is the screen shot of the PFCG role where you can maintain the validity period of the PFCG role for the specific user assigned to it.
I hope this solution was helpful for you!

  • Link between Delivery and Sales Order Schedule Line

    Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement in which i need to display quantity and amount at schedule line level and also the delivery and delivery item for each schedule line.
For example, if there is a sales order O1 and item 10 for which we have 3 schedule lines and 3 deliveries as well say D1, D2 and D3.
Report should be something like this
Sales Order    Item   Schedule Line    Delivery    Del Item   Confirmed Order Qty
    O1                 10      1                       D1           10            5
    O1                 10       2                      D2            10            5
    O1                 10       3                      D3            10            4
How can i determine that a particular delivery corresponds to which schedule line of that saler order-item?
We have the link between delivery and sales order but is there any way that we can get the link of delivery at schedule line level?
    Please help.
    Regards,
    Gaurav

    Hi,
I suppose you must check with SD functional consultant and the post should also be in the logistics SD forum and not BI. But I suppose there is know specific link between the schedule line of SO to the Delivery. It is more like a bucket flow for ex.
Sale order   Item    Schedule line  qty
    SO1            Item1     Sch1            10
    SO2            Item1      Sch2           10
    Delivery Item QTy
    DO1       IT1   15
    DO2       IT1    5
In this case qty 15 is distributed over both SO1 and SO2, and SO2 ITem1 Sch2 has link to both the DOs
So I am not sure if you can establish a one to one link, please check with your SD consultants.

    Ashwin G
