Org Charts not pulling through complete internal order numbers

Hi Team
Can u please help me to overcome my issue
Here is my issue -
Can someone please investigate this issue - the internal orders are not pulling through to the Org Charts correctly.
As per this screen shot, Michelle Morgan is on internal order 4000035.
However as per this next screen shot, this information is not pulling through completely (it is only showing 40000).
I.e  one employee the cost centre / Internal order on R3 is showing as one number and on portal it is shown as a different one

The only reason to resettle the orders is that the "settlement rules" were revised in the current fiscal year .  In the current fiscal year , the settlements for each settled period (closed period) are reversed and then resettled in the current  open period using the revised settlement rules. However, the issue involves these same orders had costs in the previous fiscal year and were settled originally in that previous fiscal year with the old settlement rules. This is a closed fiscal year and all periods are closed.
Any thoughts on a system approach to effect the settlement rule change crossing two fiscal years rather than manual entries for prior fiscal year settlement rule impact as a  two step process the first step being the current fiscal year resettlements and the second step the manual entry for previous year impact ?

    Hi:
The Valuation Price on my Purchase Requisition does not pull through to the Purchase Order.
All the settings on "OMET" and my user profile seems to be set but still I get an error - No conditions determined (no authorization for input)

All my other authorizations are also okay.
    What can the problem be.
    Thanks.

Maybe you should explain all steps YOU  have done, instead of saying "yes I have done that", As this function works for many many companies without any problem, it is either an issue with your enties, or it is a bug in the programs.
For a bug, you should search OSS notes and open a message to SAP if you cant find one that solves your issue.
the authorization part of this message relates to the functional authorization, and cannot be seen in SU53.
The error is issued in these 4 cases:
IF t160d-erfin EQ space AND ekpo-repos NE space.
          MESSAGE e235.
IF t160d-eprsz EQ space AND ekpo-repos NE space.

  • QM Notification: task end dates not pulled through from response profile

    Hello,
I am experiencing a problem with the end dates of the tasks in QM notifications not pulling through (from the response profile) when tasks are determined.
When I do the simulation of task determination, the gantt chart shows all the tasks together with the end dates. But when the actual determination is done these dates are not populated in the planned finish date fields.
I have double checked the configuration: priorities, response and service profiles are set up correctly. I have also searched SAP notes without success.
I thank you in advance for your responses.
    Kind regards,
    Theo.

Yes, I know, but as far as I understand binding the values back from rule to the workflow is something that doesn't work. I have never tried it, but I have seen posts here about people complaining that this kind of binding does not work.
Have you tried to bind for example some hard coded value back to the workflow (something that should definately work)? Does it work? If not, I suggest you to ask this from SAP that is it supposed to work and if not, why do they have this option to for binding from rule to workflow. Or then just forget what you are trying, and use some of the suggested workarounds.

  • Assignment feild is not pulling through to report FS10N

    Hi,
When I run the FS10N and FBL3N, The assignment feild is not pulling through to report FS10N and FBL3N even though we select the assignment feild to be displayed(layout). If we double click on the line item the assignment feild value is appearing.
We selected sort key as 040:Reference in GL master...
Could you please anybody  help me by giving solution for this and what could be the problem..
    Thanks & Regards,
    Prakash

    Hi
    Thank you so much...
I found the problem where it's going wrong..The problem is in GL master sortkey has been selected as 040(Reference), but user has not filled reference field, has filled assignment field. That is the reason system is not showing the value in assignment field, it has picked from the reference field.
So now if we fill the reference field system will display the assignment value in FS10N..
Now I want to get the existing assignment field values in FS10N,which have not been given in reference field.
Is there any program to retrieve existing assignment values under assignment field in FS10N report?
Could you please tell me..if any program is there...
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Position order under org chart not reflecting SAP

    Hi,
I I am having a problem at the moment where the position under the org chart boxes in nakisa do not reflect the order in SAP. Is there any setting to enable the true reflection of order in nakisa or is this a schema change?
    Thnaks

    Hi there,
Yes, you need to define the object sort order for each hierarchy in each orgchart. You can do this in the Admin Console by going to the OrgChart module, selecting your orgchart (e.g. Organisation Structure) and then going to Sort Fields. You will need to do this for any subsequent linked hierarchies too (where applicable) as you might want a different order for each type of object.
    I hope that helps!

  • Can Company Directory org charts be pushed to an internal company portal?

Our company is in the process of implementing 9.1 and I was wondering if anyone has information on pushing org charts from Co Dir to an internal portal used by employees and contractors?
There does not appear to be much information on if this is possible -

    hi..
As I understand, Expenses will be booked to a single company P&L a/c as you are doing now but you want to capitalises the expenses to various assets of more than companies.
I think , you have to first repost your expenses from original order to respected company's order ( to be created). you can use reposting cycle if data is more. Then you have seperate order at individual company level. Then you settle the orders as per standard practice.
I think this will help you.

  • Rules facts not pulled through in Decision service

    Hi,
I am using 10.1.3.1 SOA suite and JDev and have define a rule set with a singel fact.
Using the decision service wizard, I can select the rule set from the file repository but no facts are pulled through to the wizard.
This ultimately stops me assigning BPEL variables to rules facts.
Has anyone got this working and if so, are there any steps I have missed?
    Thanks
    Joel.

Anyone expierenced a DecisionService returning operationErroredFault?
BPEL-instance Audit shows errorInfo-nde with text starting with:
5}' when expecting one of: "fact" ...
    ends with
at line 16 column 41 in main
My experience is for those interested in achieving proper functioning of the Rules Author, the Import of XMLFacts, and the subsequent building of a BPEL process with a Decide-activity utilizing the Rules Engine.
Until today I've used developer preview, but will now switch to 10.1.3.1.0 (SOA Suite and JDev build 3984 "production").
The info in this forum thread has lead me pass some trouble, but not all:
I can confirm that the rules engine xsd sample (driver-demo) doesn’t work with the Decide-wizard: The format of the xsd should be as described in this forum thread.
There was one other situation in which "no Facts get pulled through" (symptom: you see an empty list of Facts in the Decide-wizard after choosing a named Ruleset).
Cause: The JAXB-generated directories and files must be copied manually from the location specified in Rule Author when generated, and into your BPEL-project sub-directory bpel\\rules\*
The copy-procedure is explained in the soa demo detailed tutorial (astut.pdf clause 8-10-10 page 8-87), but it's easy to miss. And if you do miss it, the wizard gives no specific clues (just a missing Facts list, same response as if the xsd filestructure is “non-supported”).
I experienced also that it’s probably a good idea to Import XMFacts complete from the JAXB classes hierarchy, not just a selected sub-fact: Example from SOA demo, the ApproveOrderBooking.xsd:
When making concrete Rules, you as author makes reference to a fact property or method that’s of type "ApproveType", in contrast to being a developer and choosing a Ruleset from BPEL Decide wizard when you pull through a Fact named "Approve" (not the "ApproveType", which is invisible in the wizard).
On the other hand the XmlFact "Approve" in the Rule author is actually empty: Looking within the Author there is no clue as to why you should bother to import the "Approve"-fact: all the properties and methods used by rules are associated with the "ApproveType"-Fact.
Further the instructions in astut.pdf is much needed to complete the assign-steps for a process to compile and deploy.
Now the actual deployed DecisionService proved faulty when tested from a bpel-instance. It gives timeout and a payload showing:
    <ns0:errorInfo xmlns:ns0="http://xmlns.oracle.com/BPELProcessA/DecisionService" xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
    <ns0:errorMessage xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:ns0="http://xmlns.oracle.com/BPELProcessA/DecisionService">
    5}' when expecting one of:
    "fact" ..."++" ..."--" ..."+" ..."-" ..."!" ..."exists" ..."(" ...<INT_LITERAL> ...<CHARACTER_LITERAL> ...<LONG_LITERAL> ...<FLOAT_LITERAL> ...<DOUBLE_LITERAL> ...<STRING_LITERAL> ..."true" ..."false" ..."null" ..."new" ...<XML_PACKAGE> ...<IDENTIFIER> ...<XML_IDENTIFIER> ...
at line 16 column 41 in main
    </ns0:errorMessage>
    </ns0:errorInfo>
Beats me: The logs within Enterprise Manager (http://server:8888/em) gives no clue...

  • SRM 7.0 Ship to Address contact details not pulling through

    Hi all
We are using SRM 7.0. We want users to choose the ship to address from a predefined list. I have added a new ship to address to an existing company. However when I add new contact details (telephone number, fax and email) it does not keep the new contact details. It still keeps the old contact details as standard. So when the requestor chooses the new ship to address, the old contact details are pulled through and not the new ones. How do I get the new contact details to pull through for the new address and the old contact details to remain for the old address.

    Hi
did you crreate a new ship to address? or change the contact details of ship to address ?
if you changed the ship to address . you must get updated address when you search.
if you created new ship to address , you must get new ship to address when you search it.
how did you change the ship to address ? - internal address?

While Creating the internal order ( Object Class - Investment Measure)
AuC (Asset Under Construction) not getting created automaticall . Note Investment profile is already there in the order.
Following steps below are configured -
    1. Define the AuC Asset Class (with investment measure) - OAOA
    2. Define the Asset Class u2013 for Main Asset - OAOA
    3. Define Investment Profile - OITA
    a. Assign the AuC Asset Class (Step-1) in the investment profile
    4. Assign Investment Profile to Model Order - OITA
    5. Define Order Type (Investment) - KOT2
    a. Settlement Profile - OKO7
    b. Maintain Allocation Structures - OKO6
    Thanks

    Hi Sreekanth,
What is the setting needed to create AUC Automatically when an Internal order is created ?
I have done all the setting, but still when I save Internal order neither AUC asset is getting created.
So I went to extras selected create AUC and it went to AS01, but when I came back (F3) from AS01 to Internal Order and save , Auc Asset is not getting captured in the settlement rule. I even tried to give manually the AUC Asset in the settlement rule, for which sys is not allowing in the settlement rule.
    Any thoughts are highly appreciated
    Advance Thanks

  • ITEM TEXT Not Pulling in to Sale order Item Level

    Hello All,
I have maintained ITEM Text in VD52 CMIR, when i try to create Sale order  and trying to check the item text at item level but it is not pulling, please suggest me where i need to correct.
    Thanks in advace,

    Hi,
Have you marked the checkbox "Selection indicator for list screens" just before the language field in VD52 ? If not then mark it and then see if the text gets pulled into item text or not.. It will pull for sure after selecting the checkbox.

  • Short text from a sales order not pulling through to a STO

    Hi,
Does anyone have any idea why the short text from a sales order would pull correctly into a purchase requisition, but when this PR is converted to a PO then the short text in the PO reverts to that in the material master?
    Thanks in advance.
    jj

    Hi,
IN ECC 6.0 EHP 4, it gets copied from PR to PO but not in lower versions.
Hence you can achieve the same using some PO BADI's or through enhancement spots.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Assembley Processing Sales Order date not pulling through as finished date

    Hi
I have a small issue. We are using Assembley Processing in SAP where the Sales Order creates a Project / WBS / NEtwork Order automatically.
If I look on the network order there is a clear link between the order and Sales Order and it also has the requested delievery date in there which is correct however the network order finish date is completley wrong.
The scheduling settings are backwards and lets say the delievery date is 01.04.2011 and and it takes 1 month to finish the project therefore it should start on the 01.03.2011 yet the finish date in the Network Order is way in the future. E.g. it is starting on the 01.05.2011 and finishing on the 01.06.2011 which is wrong.
It seems like it isn't even considering or looking at the customer delievery date.
    Regards
    Adeel

Dear, I am aware of this
And there is no point doing it manually or there is no point using Assembly Processing.
But why i asked you to schedule the network manually, is to find where the problem really lies. If you are able to schedule the network manually and derive the result as desired, then you can conclude that nothing wrong in network scheduling and its parameter and the problem would be the flow of date from SO to network.

  • CUP not pulling through Risks, linked to background jobs? GRC 5.3

    Hi guys,
I have an annoying problem in GRC CUP, I am trying to set up the "Create Request" function for our Company.
When I create a request for either a New User, or Change a User's Roles, then perform the Risk Analysis on this, the result is "0 Risk(s) found". I have added every single role in order to test, which should produce a risk, but still the same message.
I therefore thought OK, maybe the risks are not loaded into CUP, so I had a look in the configuration, namely the background jobs. The SOD Review and the UAR review jobs were not setup, so I scheduled them for every day, roughly every hour. However, this produces an error on the system log as follows:

    Loans Taken works correctly.
The Business Partner we use has a role TR0100 Main Loan Partner and on the "Control Data" tab the box "Customer Assigned" is checked and the External Customer field is populated.
We use transaction FN1V to create the loan.
    FNVD to disburse
    FNVM to change.
When we use transaction FNVM to display/change a Pmt method can't be selected and the following warning get displayed:

When we use transaction F110 to create a payment proposal the following error appear:
