Hie, Can you please suggest me for below?
I created a new org unit @ PPOMA_CRM..and linked it with R3 sales area,
I go to Transaction BP and i m trying to link it with new sales area i have created but it does not appear for selection.
Can any one suggest me if i m missing any step?

We are about to enable SSO in our environment. As a result, I need to modify the value for user_pref("network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris", "my domain");>>prefs.js.
I created a simple .bat file to make the necessary mod and add the line to pref.js. When I run the file it outputs the prefs.js to the same location, not the Mozilla AppData folder. We are a Win7 environment with folder redirection enabled. Therefore, our user's Mozilla AppData folder is located at \\my domain\dfs\XenDesktop\Profiles\username\AppData\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default (random default profile name). My question is what is the best course of action to add this pref. to all PC user's pref.js file? keep in mind the pref.js is located on the hidden network path I included above. I apologize if my question is not easy to understand.

Yesterday, prior to my post, I did try the mozilla.cfg method. I read your reply to another FF user's, similar question. Here are my complete steps.
1. created a txt file with the following info: defaultPref("network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris", "ngs.org"); // set new default value
2. saved the file as mozilla.cfg
3. dropped the file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
4. Created local-settings.js with the following info:
pref("general.config.filename", "mozilla.cfg");
pref("general.config.obscure_value", 0); // use this to disable the byte-shift
5. dropped the file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\pref
When I launch Firefox the network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris should say ngs.org, but the value is still blank.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Org structure issue

Hi,
I have a question related to an org structure issue. Let me explain by taking an example:
The Org set up we have goes like this, let A1 be the VP of a particular division, he has a director B1 reporting to him. B1 has four different employees C1, C2, C3 and C4 reporting to her. The interesting part here is, C1 and C2 belong to a different cost center (say CC1) and C3, C4 belong to a different one (CC2). Both CC1 and CC2 are managed by B1. The tricky part is CC1 comes under the VP 'A1' while CC2 does not have any supervisior above. B1 is the final supervisor.
The problem is, when I run the Org report to find all the employees coming under A1, C3 and C4 also show up. How to correct this?
In our system, the org structure is driven by position of the employee and not by the cost center. However we have an relationship record (A011) in HRP1001 between the Org unit of the employee and the cost center but it does not serve the purpose because B1 is placed in one cost center CC1 and manages the other cost center CC2 too. Since she can be in one cost center at a time say CC1 there is no record pertaining to CC2 for her.
How to resolve this? what kind of config change needs to done?
Any leads or suggestion would be helpful.

Hi,
You can define your organization structure except the cases you have exceptional .
For the exceptional Objects create them in Expert mode and maintain infotype 1001 depending upon the requirement.

Org determination

Hi CRM gurus,
I was trying to set automatic Org Determination wherein I want not only the Sales Org, but also the Distribution Channell, Division, Sales Office, Sales Group to be pulled in automatically.
Here is what I did so far.....
The CRM is mapped to corresponding Org Units in R/3 (in other words, the Middleware is setup fine).
I have checked the check-box "Object Permitted in Determination". Have the necessary attributes setup.
Created my own Org Data Profile which has "Orgl Model Determin. Rule" 10000177 (OrgUnit by partner attribute: Country), and had this Org Data Profile assigned to my custom Lead Transaction Type.
Now, when I try to create the Lead, the Org Determination seems to work fine, but it does not populated the Org Units without asking me to check from the list of options. The Sales Org and Division seem to be fine, but the system's still not sure which Distribution Channel to select especially when I have "Excluded" all the DCs with the exception of one (so, in a way, I have made it easy for the system to choose the only active DC, and leave no options, but the system still lists the 'excluded' DCs for selection). And I have no clue as to how to fix the Sales Office n Sales Group selection. First it asks the Sales Office and Sales Group to select, and after selecting that, the system asks me to select the DC. In case, if I select the 'excluded' DC, the system throws up an error message. So when the system knows which one is the correct DC and which one's the wrong one, then why does list all of them?
I'll appreciate your help n will provide max points as soon as you provide the solution

Yes, you are correct here.

No, it is not possible to select only certain attributes, just the whole org unit can be activated or deactivated.

No, to be honest: You should have one org unit representing one combination. And then you can activate / deactivate the permission flag. I found that to be the easiest way.

Exactly. Sounds strange, but the sales org setting is inherited towards the lower org units and therefore it is enough just to have them activated.

following activities has to be done:
in IMG
*create sales org -
assign sales org to comp code
assign dist channel to sales org
*assign div to sales org
*set up sales area
*assign sales office to sales org ( if u maintain any sales office )
*assign plant to sales org-dist channel.
*Business area-BA assignment has to be done( if BA derivation rule is based on sales aera)
*Pricing procedure determination has to re-check
*Account determination has to check -VKOA(if any table based on sales org )
Master Data
*Customer Masters has to extend to new sales area
*Sales Material tabs has to maintain for the materials
*price condition records has to generate which is based on Sales org specific.

[solved] set up network domain

hello
probably going to get the perennial wording that stupid questions on arch's forums entail... but...
i have just started a coding bureau. i really enjoy arch and the forced learning of the intricate workings of the computer that comes with it. thus, i have installed arch on our 4 workstations. I set up sync scripts using rsync to sync home directories upon boot, login, logout and shutdown. this works ok, but i've had to set up user interaction to ensure syncs are not done incorrectly incase of a sudden PC shutdown without sync. also, passwords are not synced if a user updates a passwords on one computer. I am very inept at networking, but i figure there must be a way to set up a linux network with a central system that handles all home directories and user settings. i have googled endlessly and found nothing. googling "site:bbs.archlinux.org" set up domain" yielded no helpful results either.

Are you looking for information on NIS (all computers on the network share the same user accounts) and AutoFS (home directories are shared throughout the network)?

I am concerned with the following -

I know that I have a failure with the IO::Socket::INET6 also.
I am also not getting (never have gotten) the BAYES tag when I look at the Raw Source on Spam Emails. I am assuming that error above could be the issue.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I love this discussion group and it has helped me out of a bind more than once!

Default Value , Not Null and EJB2.1

Hi ,
Am using Weblogic10.3 + Oracle Db + EJB2.1 Local Entity Beans .
The issue is that one of the table has createdDt which is not null and is defualt is set to Sysdate. When I try to create this Entity with createdDt null , I get an exception like below , But since I have mentioned default value , I shouldnt be getting this. Have I missed something ?

1. Login to the Workflow builder and then check if the AP Invoice workflow got loaded onto the data
base or not.
2. Check if there is a corresponding event created in WF_DEFERRED queue after you initiate approval for the invoice.
To look at the WF_DEFERRED_EVENTS you can use the following navigation -
Workflow > Event queue summary.
3. If there are no events in the WF_DEFERRED queue, please check if there are any events in WF_ERROR queue.
If you find events in the error queue, run the WFSTATUS.sql script and WFSTAT.sql and check what's the cause
of the error and correct the same.
4. If the Invoice has crossed this stage, you could run the WFSTATUS.sql and WFSTAT.sql scripts to see what's the
status of the Invoice in the workflow. If that does not show any errors, run the Workflow agent li
stener.
Check if the workflow agent listener picks up this event
5. Ensure that there is a value given in the requester field in the Invoice.
Please ensure that the employee name entered here is defined in HRMS as the validation is
done against values defined

[Solved] White screen after KDE 4.11.1 upgrade

Hi!
I updated the system going from KDE 4.11.0 to KDE 4.11.1. On reboot I got the correct loading of KDM, but upon arrival on the desktop the latter is presented fully white with big red button with an "X" in them. Thinking it was the configuration of kde, I deleted .kde4 with the effect that the next time I always white screen (that is only the red buttons have disappeared).
I try to remove completely kde with:
pacman -Rsnc kde
and seeing that reinstalling I get the same result, I also tried to clean up the cache pacman packages listed by the command:
ls kde*4.11.1*
so I redownload and reinstalled with:
pacman -Syu kde
without solution. I also tried to do what is recommended in the wiki, that is in addition to eliminating .kde4, I run:
$ rm ~/.config/Trolltech.conf
$ kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental
without solution.
Thinking then it might be the partition / almost full, I checked with:
df
but the partition is not filled even for half of the 30gb that is available.

THANKS, my White Screen was caused by a combination of issues but this solution worked for me.
My Problem -
I am not sure exactly what caused my white screen, I was playing around with /etc/profile & /etc/sudoers
What I changed -
sudoers - I added my user group to sudoers and allowed sudo to execute applications using xauth in home dir
profile - changed umask to 133 ( I hate execute bit ) and default text editor to nano
What Happened -
Tried to reload via source but no changes where taking effect so I rebooted.
Upon reboot I could not login to KDE, it would keep looping back to the KDM after I entered by password for my user, however it would let me login as root ( after I enabled root login ).
I figured this was a permission issue so I changed umask back to 022 in /etc/profile, I was then greeted with the White Screen after login. I read numerous posts about how to fix this, most said to reinstall kde and delete /tmp, none of this worked.
I deleted /var/tmp/kdecache-$USER and now I am back in business ( I had to re set the widgets, i.e. panel ).
I was so excited that I had to write a post about it!

Outlook 2010 Certificate does not match

I have a problem with a new installation of Exchange 2013 on a Windows 2012 Server. Most of the clients are Outlook 2010.
All the internal users are getting the error message:
"There is a problem with the proxy server's certificate. The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the target site exchange2013.myinternaldomain.local
This is shortly followed by another box "the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site"
Of course the issue is my purchased SSL certificate is MAIL.REALDOMAIN.ORG while the server's name is exchange2013.myinternaldomain.local
With Exchange 2010 servers I have deployed I have had success following KB article 940726 but this time it didn't fix it with Exchange 2013.
There must be a solution!

fix doesn't make me happy!)
I tried creating a local DNS zone for my external domain name and pointing to the internal IP but that didn't fix it.
In the ECP under the Outlook Anywhere section -- "*Specify the internal host name such as contoso.com that users will use to connect
to your organization:" I changed the internal host name to the external .org address but this caused Outlook clients internally not to work.
I used the -AutodiscoverServiceInternalUrl command to point it to the .org address on the certificate but didn't work either.
I have a service record in both external and internal DNS pointing to the mail.realdomain.org address.
Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the information. I actually finally got this resolved a few weeks ago by speaking directly with a Microsoft technician. I am going to post what finally fixed my problem with the hopes that it will help others in my position.
Again, the problem which I am sure is common is a .local domain internally and a "real" domain on the outside. The solution that the MS tech had me do was to simply point EVERYTHING both internally and externally to the external host name - the one that
matched the certificate I had.
I'm surprised this solution isn't found elsewhere - it seems so obvious.
He had me run an number of commandlets which I will post here - with the caveat that they were for my environment! (I've masked my real domain name and substituted - mydomainame.org)

The last thing we did was ADD in DNS on the internal DNS server the mail.mydomainname.org and point it my Exchange Server private IP (192.168.1.2) If you do the whole host name and not just mydomainame.org it wont mess up access to say an external
website.

Hi,
we are in 11.5.10(Linux).In the customer UI only the section names are getting displayed.Items are is not being displayed. We've chosen default template for display.
1.Items have been checked as web orderable,published in inventory
2.Associated with a price list
3.ibe:item validation org set to master org
Is there any other check points that v r missing?

You also have to make them available in the iStore. Either map the product or the Inventory category (preferably the category) to the section you want the product to show up in. Then you have to run the iStore concurrent program autoplacement. run this in executable method and append, and published only. this will add the products in.
also don't forget to run the section search and index search programs as well or your search won't work.
