Org unit not reflecting in Infotype 0001

Hi,
While hiring a new employee, the"Organizational Unit" is not getting reflected in Organisational Assignment IT 0001.
This "Orgn Unit" field is showing the default value as "Zero"
Please can anyone tell me what could be the reason & how to rectify it?

Dear S Y,
Check the relationship assignment of a position to Org. Unit as said by Mr. Pemma sani and assign that position to a person.
It brings automatically...in that field.

When you enter the subst work schedule, you can view the same through info type 2050 or 2051 and not in IT0007.
IT0007 is only planned
where as 2050 & 2051 is actual worked times.

Separation Action: Infotype 0001, Org Unit not blank

Hi All,
Can you tell me what has to be done for IT 0001 during Separation action?
IT0001 is in copy mode in V_T588D for separation . The thing is, when i am trying to separate the employee, the position is defaulted to 99999999 but Org Unit and Job do not change, Which is ideally incorrect, the should be blank as position is linked to O and C.
Can you help me resolve the issue?

when you said

when you are hiring a person you are assigning a position then O and C are defaulted with that.
if a person is getting separated then changing the position to default position is correct.
there is no point in delimiting the O and C for the person at separation action.
we dont have any default O and C as Position(99999999), with this pointer you can understand.

Org Unit not defaulting in 0001 after running RHINTE 30

Dear SAP Gurus,
We are facing a problem where in Org Units in Infotype 0001 are not getting defaulted after running the RHINTE reports. We have done the integration between OM <--> PA, however after running the RHINTE reports the org unit is shown as 00000000, could anyone please throw some light on this?

Are you using the department flag functionality? (T77S0 switch PPABT PPABT)
I came across the same issue as you and i found that when department flags were checked for organisational units the Organisational Unit numbers were displayed correctly.
If any positions that report to Organisational units directly or hierarchically have no department flags ticked the Organisational unit number will be displayed as all zeros on the IT0001 record for employees assigned to these positions.

Business area does not reflecting in IT 0001

Dear Expert,
I have assign cost center to organization unit, then hire employee through PA40, so position assign into IT0001,
system pick up the cost center but does not reflecting the business area in infotype 0001.
i checked with FI consultant, there is proper intergation between cost center and business area.
Please tell me, how to resolved this issue.

Hi Urvashi,
You will get the Default values for Company code, Personal area, Personal Sub Area and Business Area because of Account assignment infotype - IT1008 - for your position or Org Unit
check from PO10 or PO13 and infotype 1008.
You will have PA value defaulted on IT 0000 screen and others defaulted on IT 0001 screen.
You can change these values on respective screens. A warning will be issued but you can overwrite them.

Movement of Position from Oganization Unit not reflecting in IT0001

Hi,
We moved some positions from one Organization unit to other using Staff assignment change trasaction PPOS_OLD. Although the relationships for these positions are updated with correct date delimitors when checked in transaction PO13, PO10 etc, we still see the old orgnization unit in Infotype IT0001 for the personnel number, when I check the org structure from within info type IT0001, it shows both the Org units assigned to that position, please suggest what the problem might be and how we can correct it.

I've seen this before when the person updating org data via PPOS_OLD does not have authorization to maintain employee data, specifically for Infotype 0001. I would test this (in DV or QA system and run /nsu53 after the move via PPOS_OLD).
My guess is that the begin date on the IT0001 record is different than the move date. Try creating a new infotype 0001 record with the begin date equal to the position move date (you'll want to put it on the main PA30 screen so when you click create, it will show correctly).
You can run RHINTECHECK to identify records that are out of sync between PA/PD.

Org unit not creating

Hi All
Am creating positions and org unit using RH_Object_Create FM and i can see those objid in HRP1000 table but when i come to PP01 it will show me only otype and objid but it will not show that green arrow for object infotype when i use VTASK = 'D' in FM then only i can see only positions green arrow in PP01 but what i shd do to see for Org Unit also in PP01 ?

Org units not created as business partners

I am using CRM 5.0. I created and maintained the organization structure within CRM. However like in CRM 4.0 , in 5.0 the org units are not being created as business partners within the system. Is there a change in 5.0 or am I missing on something. (I Created sales orgs, maintained distribution channel and division)

It works the same way as 4.0.

Org unit not displaying in Payslip

Hai all
In production, we have maintained Org Structure and assigned persons. Payroll live run is completed. But in the customized payslip, the org unit is not displaying. That org unit is there in the Org structure, in WPBP table also its displaying, but in the table T527x the same Org Unit is not there.
What could be the reason for not included in the table t527x, probably thatu2019s the reason why its not displaying in the payslip. ( the program picks the Org unit from T527x table)
But other Org units which are there in T527x table, are displaying fine in the payslip
Please suggest what to do

If you are using OM module, then you dont have to maintain values in T527X table.
Instead, i guess some customisation is missing in the payslip to fetch the data. are you using HR forms or is it through PE51 you are creating customised form?
If through PE51, then from then, click on the Window and choose change. In the top of the window screen, where you can maintain the screen header information, you store
*Department : BTRTL_______________ *
This will help you fetch the department details i.e. org unit

Org unit not visible in the search

Hi All,
In the master data maintenance of the organization management , we have created an sales organization unit (O 50000XXX).
Function and attribute values for sales scenario has been maintained.
Object permitted in determination check box also checked.
while assigning the pricing procedure determination for the sales org (O 50000XXX) we are not able to find the sales org in the F4 search help.
When we are trying to key in it manually it is giving an error msg 'Sales Office O 50000XXX not available'.
Please suggest any inputs.

Org Data determination is working fine in the business transaction, we have maintained the Org data profile and respective determination rules.
Now we have created a new sales org unit in PPOMA_CRM.
we are trying to assign the pricing procedure to Sales area in GUI.
SPRO--Customer Relationship Management -- Basic Functions -- Pricing -- Pricing In Business Transaction.
In New entries , while searching the sales org. by F4 help.....the newly created sales org unit is not getting visible.
I tried of giving the object ID directly but the value is not getting accepted.

Position order under org chart not reflecting SAP

I I am having a problem at the moment where the position under the org chart boxes in nakisa do not reflect the order in SAP. Is there any setting to enable the true reflection of order in nakisa or is this a schema change?

Hi there,
Yes, you need to define the object sort order for each hierarchy in each orgchart. You can do this in the Admin Console by going to the OrgChart module, selecting your orgchart (e.g. Organisation Structure) and then going to Sort Fields. You will need to do this for any subsequent linked hierarchies too (where applicable) as you might want a different order for each type of object.

Terminate or Retire Action - Default 00000000 job and org unit

As of now, our system is set up that if there is a termination or retire action, 99999999 is defaulted into the position. The org unit and job ids are left as is.
II noticed when running program RHINTE30 that the program proposed changing all org unit and job ids to 00000000 on IT0001 that corresponded to an infotype 0001 record that has a 99999999 position id due to a termination or retire action.
So, is standard SAP set-up to to have 0000000 in the job and org unit id field on infotype 0001 when the person is no longer in a position (position = 99999999)? Is that what is best practice? If so, why? The concern about changing the org unit and job id to 00000000 for a terminated or retired employee has to do with if we are using the 9999/12/31 end date on infotype 0001 to look up an employee's most recent job or org unit information even if the employee has terminated or retired. How would we do this if the job and org unit ids are 00000000s?

Have u run the RHINTE programmes properly ?
are u able to save the record?
As some times it may be display probolem, if u r able to save the record then check the relationship in pp10/po13.
and U have not answered what Mr. Valeri is asking about your Implementation/support because these type we come accress if data is not uploaded properly.

Change Org Unit in 0001 Infotype

Ple guide me how to change the Org Unit in Infotype 0001.
The scenario is we have not assigned Org Unit to some employees while uploading. Now we have to change the Org Unit in 0001 for some 50 employees.
What is the procedure to be followed?

Hi Venu,
If you had already uploaded the Position for 50 employees in IT 0001 than just maintained the Position to Org unit relationship and org unit will appear in IT 0001.
if you had uploaded the master data with Default position, than you need to create position or assign the existing position with the person and create the relationship with the org unit
you may use TC PPOME, PP03 OR PP01

Entries & Leaving Report displays data of selected not equal to org unit

Hi,
While using the standard report Entries & Leaving; in the selection criteria when I put
NOT EQUAl TO(options) in front of the org unit and and mention the corresponding personnel area and entry date, the report still displays the employees with that particular org unit.
Why is this happening? Any idea how to correct this?

I am using standard adhoc query report Entries& Leaving.( S_PH9_46000223 ). There on the selection screen I enter the following values:
Personnel Area: GLLV
Org Unit : #(Not Equal To) 60000047
Entry Date : 1.11.2008 to 28.11.2008> F8
Now the report also displays the employees which belong to o 60000047 which is incorrect.
This is the exact problem and how to rectify this. Please suggest

Hi,
As I understood about your query, go to PA30, select the position field, select the structure search tab, go to find(Ctrl+F), select the object type S-position, give the position no, then it will give position place and root org, unit of the position and it will expand the structure.
