Org Unit reporting under OM

Hello All,
I always get this request from most of my end users about running a report/creating an ad hoc query that will list the Employee details of the parent Org and subsequent child Orgs (O) untill the last one available. Everytime I put the Parent Org Unit no. in my input values and then select the (Reporting to or Incorporates) relationship, it returns with the PERNR details of the direct reports only. Where as I want the PERNRs and other details of these PERNRS for all employees who are in the child Orgs reporting to the Parent Org. (all IT0001 details) . I end up manually keying in the Org no. for all the child orgs in the report to get these details. This is cumbersome since few of our Org unit has at least 6 levels of reporting.Is there a easier way or standard report available to run these kind of queries ?

1. in object type give O (org Unit)
2. Object ID = your parent Org Unit
3. in structure parameters tab for EVALUATION PATH give O_S_P or O_S_P_O
4. In PA reporting use RPLICO10
Execute it and you might get what you want.

Org unit reporting to multiple Org units

Hi,
We have set the A002 relationship as time constraint 002 and the B002 is set up as time constriant 3 but we are still able assign the org unit to report to multiple org units. Can you please let me know how to fix this issue.

I don't think we could give 50 for the priority because the data is overlapped if the start date and end date between two objects are same. For Relationship A002 Reports (line) to, we couldn't fill the weighting percentage too. I think you can use another another relationship A/B 262 Reports to. Is it exactly reports to two org. units or there is a priority reporting and additional reporting? If both are priority reporting, I think you can use matrix organization.

I have a very common requirement in SAP HCM ABAP development.
For an Org Unit, how do we get all Reporting Org units(Also employees reporting to the sub org unit) & Employees ?
I have tried using RH_STRUC_GET_MULTIPLE_ROOTS and RHPH_STRUCTURE_READ, but the evaluation path is insufficient to get all objects under it. I tried with both O-S-P and O-O-S-P evaluation paths and as per some constraints, I can’t create a customized evaluation path for a reason.
I am using PNPCE database for user selection screen and user would be advising the Org unit. I even referred the standard transaction ‘S_AHR_61016495’ which is using PCH logical database.
I would really appreciate if anyone could provide a solution for this. (Rewards guranteed )

I had used the same RHPH_STRUCTURE_READ and passed the appropriate values to it, but it did not populate the required results. I cross checked the results manually, may be some relations issue. But later I tried using RH_STRUC_GET_MULTIPLE_ROOTS and it worked fine.
Meanwhile I had done a workaround with PCH and RH_STRUC_GET and it served the purpose of getting all the Org units, it’s reporting sub-org-units, positions and persons (The deepest structure from the root org unit advised on selection screen).
The solution I used is, I captured the org-units advised on selection screen by user using PCH logical database and then by looping on sub-org units reporting to the main org-unit I populated related positions and persons holding them and assigned it to the PNPCE logical database.

Currently I am working on matrix reporting structure. My requirement is to identify the dotted line reporting as well as direct reporting between org units to org units and where the relationships are storing and which tables.

A/B 002Is line supervisor of
That is if you map the sub org unit to root org then u need to assign
B002 --Is line supervisor of
(meaning:root org unit is the supervisor of sub org unit)
Top Down approach
if you assigning the root orgunit to sub orunit then
A002 reporting line to.
(meaning:sub org unit reporting to root org unit)

I want to change hierarchy of organization unit X111 immediately after X1.
Ex:

Under Org.Unit X111 some employees exist. Live Payroll run at least for 1 year completed.
Is it preferable to change org. unit report to link from X11 to X1.
What will be implications ?

Go to T Code: PPOME
According to your EX: Select X111, click on it and drag and drop it in X1. So that automatically the link flow over there. Hope there will not be any prob in payroll.

How we can create relationship between Org unit and Task Catalog in Organisation management once we grouped all the tasks in one group.
For Example we have one org unit under that we have 3 depts those will consider as org units only.under 3 depts we have professor,Lecturer,Reader as jobs and positions also.If we create Professor tasks in task catalog which all the tasks will be assigned to positions as well.
If it is Org unit and Task catalog how we can create relationship.

Report to the employee list under an org unit for a specific PSA

Hello Experts,
Is there any standard report to see the list of employees belonging to a particular sub org unit under a particular personnel sub area?
For eg: There is a company X, and it has got 3 plants in blore, mumbai and chennai.
Blore , chennai amd mumbai represent the personnel sub area for the company X.
to see the list of employees working under operational sub org unit , under the org unit of company X in blore, is there any standard report in SAP??

Not able to view reports by users under top org unit- Interactive Reports

HI,
We are using CRM interactive reports.
In my project the client is having 3 Sales Org with two sales office and two sales group for each office respectively.
When the document is created by the sales Executiv, he and his manager is able to see it in the reports but the top person of that org unit is not able to see the report.
Some say the report can be viewed by only employee responsible and his manager. In my project the core team is sitting in the top ORG unit. They want to see the reports of all the sales org units.

Dear Luke,
I am not able to see that navigation icons within an org chart box - The org unit that is displayed on clicking the orgchart does have branches in SAP but i am not able to see these navigation icons that lead me to these branches.
Is there any specific step that needs to be done to see these branches.
By the way what is the log file you are refering to is it the "PresentationResources.xml " or is it any other log file.
