Org.xml.sax.SAXException: Error:General Schema Error: Grammar

Question

I am getting the error below. Any clues/workarounds? I am
using WL 6.1.

I guess the problem is due to the schema namespace
you are using.
xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema"
pls try with :
"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
