Is it possible to import BR photo library into Lightroom 4? ( PS Version 5)? If not what is the best solution to organize or combine current folders with LR?

Now that you have clarified what you mean by BR, I will answer your question:
Certainly, a Bridge photo library can be imported into Lr. You have to be aware though that both programs store / save edits and metadata differently:
Bridge saves in xmp-files and Lr saves everything in ist data base = the catalog - although there is the option of saving to xmp, too.
You would import your images into Lr the normal way by using the Import Dialog. You can leave your folder names and structure as it is now. In Lr you are not so dependant on folders (as you are in Bridge) because organizing and finding images is easier done with keywords and collections. But for starters just go with your existing folder structure.
Lr is able to read all the metadata from Bridge, so your metadata and edits should show up right after import. If they don't use the <Read metadata from file> feature.
Rating stars will be read by Lr, also color labels - although you have to set up the description of color labels in exact the same way as you did in Bridge (the wording has to be identical, including upper/lowercase, spaces, hyphens, etc.).

There are a couple parental controls apps like a browser called "K9 Web Protection Browser," and stuff like that. But it only blocks images and stuff like that. If you go into Settings>General>Restrictions you can block Safari altogether. But I don't think any of these answer your question.

I am moving iTunes from my old harddrive to a new laptop. I want to keep my apps organized the same. I was running Vista, now I have W7.

My laptop died, bought a new one with Windows 7. Now I am trying to move my iTunes infor from the harddrive to the new system. I would like to keep the my apps organized the way I have them on my iPhone 4 and place my Podcasts and music in the proper directories without having duplicates.

Make sure the XP box is upgraded to the latest version of itunes. Also make sure it's using the itunes media folder layout as explained here, because that's what the W7 is going to be using.

Install itunes on the new W7 PC.
Get these folders from the XP machine
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes
C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
And put them here on the W7 machine
C:\users\username\My Music\iTunes
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\

I have an old apple ID that is associated with an email I can no longer access, but over half of my apps are associated with this Apple ID. Any idea on how to reset the apps to go with my newer Apple ID without completely wiping my iPhone?

I have an iPhone 4s. The email I need to use is completely locked because Windows believed someone else was trying to use my account (another reason Windows and I don't seem to get along). Anyway, I think my little sister may have accidentally clicked "Forgot my Password" while trying to download an app on my iPad that was under the same ID. So, an email was sent to my old hotmail account that is lockedried unlocking it, but the alternate email that was listed was an old one of my moms and she can't remember what her username was. I tried answering security questions on my Apple ID to maybe get my password to reset that way, but - since I made this account when I was about 12 or 13 - I can't even begin to remember what the answers to the security questions are. (And before anyone gets on a pedestal about how I was too young to be doing something like this, I did have parent supervision and wanted something like this of my own, so lets stick to the ACTUAL problem). So, main problem here. I now have about 30 app updates that are under an account I basically have no access to. I've deleted the apps from my home screen and tried downloading them with my new Apple ID, but it shows as if it's stored in the cloud and will only let me download it from the old Apple ID. Is there any possible way to dissociate my apps from my old ID and associate them with my newer one WITHOUT completely resetting my phone?

You can not merge accounts.
Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to download them, you can not transfer them.

If it's the same machine (same CPU) there should not be any need to activate. The actiovation is tied to your CPU.

HT1386 I have a new computer and when I tried to sync my iPod Touch with the new iTunes, it has lost all of my music and videos from my iPod/old iTunes library: including all but 4 songs of my bought songs, videos and audeobooks!

I have recently updated my computer since my old one broke and therefore had to download a new iTunes. When I came to add my iPod to this new iTunes, I was given no option to transfer the contents of my iPod library to this new iTunes and was forced to try 'sync'; when my old computer was repaired once we lost all of our data so I had to download a new iTunes then,all of my iPod downloads were transferred and I could easily reburn my CDs so I didn't think the wiping of my iPod would be a problem. When I clicked 'sync' it warned me that it would replace the contents of my iPod with the new iTunes library, as I said I didn't think this would be a problembut then it asked if it should transfer my recent iTunes downloads so I said 'yes'. The sync was completed but now I only have 4 downloaded songs and 5 albums which I burned to my new iTunes! I have lost all the music I bought, all the videos I bought and all the audiobooks I bought! (Luckily I still have my apps.) I tried to restore backup but realised that only covers calendars, contacts E.T.C and I checked my iTunes account and that shows all my downloads but I can't see a way to restore them or anything like that!
Please help! I am in despair as you can imagine how much moneys worth I have lost and am losing faith in Apple

Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.

Thanks for the replies. It took a while not hearing anything so thought I was alone. I have done many of the suggestions already. The key here is that it occurs on both phones with apps, and phones still packaged in a box.
A Genius Bar supervisor also checked his Verizon data usage log and found the same 6 hour incremental use. Suprisingly, he did not express much intrigue over that. Maybe he did, but did not show it.
I think the 6 hour incremental usage is the main issue here. I spoke with Verizon (again) and they confirmed that all they do is log exactly when the phone connected to the tower and used data. The time it records is when the usage started. I also found out that the time recorded is GMT.
What is using data, unsolicited, every 6 hours?

Did you create a NEW Apple ID or did you change the email address for your OLD Apple ID? This will affect how you update apps in the future.
Anyway, go to Settings/iTunes&App Stores, log out, then log in with the new ID.

It doesn't sound like you "changed" your Apple ID, sounds like you created a new one. Bad idea. All content bought with an Apple ID is forever tied to that ID. The ID that bought the content is the only ID that can update the content. Apple does not merge IDs not does Apple transfer content from one ID to another.

1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPad but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPad with it.

Im trying to sync my new imac with my ipads and iphones, I have alot of music on my devices and when I plug them in to the new imac i get a message that states this devise is paired to another computer (my opd PC ) When I logged into Itunes it uploaded my music the I had purchased in the past , But for the music that was burned from CDs it doesn't. While it isn't as easy to just use a Mac iDevice as media storage as Android and Windows, you can add documents and such like Word, PDF and others manually in iTunes to have them sync as well.
