Original regions change like copie!

Hi there, I'm stuck with a problem: when I change a copied region (eg length), the original region changes as well! This also happens when I re-load the file from the audio window. Does anybody know how to solve this?

sorry, or add a bit of silence from another region (file) and glue them together then select create (when asked) for a new file.

Assuming you do not have access to the "original" video/project and the YouTube video is the only copy, there is a method. Try "YouTube Downloader" which is a free software that allows you to download clips from YouTube as .mp4 files. You can then edit with Premiere, and re-encode again for upload to YouTube. Just keep in mind that you are re-compressing the video so there will be some quality loss. The better the quality of the original, the better the copy will hold up.

Position of items in a region changes when changing region display point

Hi all,
I encounter a strange behaviour of items when changing the display point of a reports region from default (Page Template Body (3)) to anything else.
If set to Body (3), my items are correctly displayed above the report, but else they are displayed below.
Changing the sequence numbers does not affect this.
To clarify what I mean I created a sample application:

Is there any possiblity to influence whether items in a reports region are displayed below or above the report table? - I did not find anything...

If you read the description of those other regions you'll clearly see "items below region content" rather than "items above region content", like the page template body region #3.
This is one limitation of the ApEx region templates that some would like to see improved - meaning, allowing for more flexibility.

Region Change from UAE to America??

Hi everyone! I have been thinking of buying an iPhone 5c (or 5s I haven't made a decision yet) in the United Arab Emirates, but the thing is that the phones here don't have FaceTime, not that that's that big of a deal for me, but I am going back to the United States in June. I talked to a friend who told me that one she took her phone to the states it was harder for her to hold on to her 4G and she kept getting the E symbol on the top left of her phone. Now I am not sure if it is because of the phone itself or the carrier (T-Mobile) but were I to buy a phone here, I would like to be assured that my phone wont have many problems going back to the states. I would like to buy a phone soon as the phone I am currently using is garbage and I can not stand it a second longer. So basically my questions are 1. Will my phone be slower in the United States because of the region change and what are the other problems I might face? and 2. Is there ever a way to get facetime on my phone? (1 is more important than 2) Thank you for your time and help.

If you buy one from Du or Etisalat, it will be closed for use only in their networks. I bought a factory unlocked 5S from the US, no problems at all using it in Dubai, UK, France. Don't know if it was because I bought my 4S in Dubai or the model itself, but it would not work with my foreign SIMs and service was extremely dodgy outside of the UAE with my UAE chip. Country key and region change

Can any tell that how i can change country key and region of plant after some material master data is maintained? In spro sap is not allowing to change the country key and region of the plant.fields are in display only

Go to OX10 transaction and select your plant - select details - once plant details displayed, click on address icon on (Shift+F5). Here you change the country in address.
But consider different impacts of country change - like tax calculations, Sales etc.

Invalid Regions Changed

Hi all,
Any help here would be appreciated. I have a song that when I open it now I get the error message, "23 invalid regions changed". When I play that song I don't get my original audio clips but they have been replaced by other audio clips from a different song.
Any advice on how to get my original clips back?

Copy of regions change the notes

Ok, I`m new to Logic. Just started using it a month ago.
Everything has worked out well until now.
I started working on a new song yesterday. As usual i have some parts (midi regions in instrument tracks) that are played several times. I just copy them with rightclickAltdragging. Now the regions change when I copy them like that. The new copy will have most of the same notes but some notes change pitch. What is going on?

WOW!! I had the same problem and viola, the global transposition track is FULL of changes. Whats odd is that I never use the global transposition track, only transpositions in the region parameter box.
This is a guess, but this problem seemed to occur when I selected all regions and normalized all transpositions (as I liked them and wanted it to become permanent). Could this be a bug? I'm going to look into it further, but WOW, what odd behavior. Thank you iSchwartz for pointing this out!! I thought I was going insane! "This isnt what I wrote, is it...."
BTW, these problems only occur when option-copying regions. Duplicating regions did not change transposition. Weird.

App store region change confused *HELP*

I purchased an App from the app store which is a gaming app. This app for some reason changed my app store region from UK to the USA, so what i would like to know is how i would change my region from USA back to the UK. Because of this region change i am not able to update any of my current apps, and most of these updates are very important for bug repairs and glitches.

Content is specific to a particular region, as not all content is available in all regions, or it may be available at a different price or in a different version. Changing your region back to UK should restore the availabilty of purchased content, but your gift card balance (which is in $USD) will not be available then.

I am authoring a DL DVD disc for a Yoga Institute, after burning original master with No copies allowd condition using, CGMS - CSS conditions, How to make 1000 copies.
If I buy DVD duplicator ( replicator?) and hook up to PC via USB , then use the duplicator burner to make copies, how it works. As I tried on www days, after days, burning my eyes, all information is confusing.
This is challanging project and I am entering newly in the market. So this is my death or life. Please help.

Region encoding is the mechanism that enables motion picture studios to control the worldwide release of their movies. It is required by the DVD Forum (http://www.dvdforum.org/forum.shtml) in all commercial hardware DVD players. Every DVD-Video disc contains one byte of data representing a region code, which limits where the disc can be played.

Once you have set the region in DVD Player five times it cannot be changed.

Query Region - Changing "Go" Button

Using JDeveloper 10.1.3.3 with R12.
I was going through the tutorial and I completed the "Search" tutorial. After I was done, I wanted to customize it and play around with it and I'm trying to change the "Go" button to something different, but I can't seem to find where to change the text of the button.
I guess because when you tell it to make a query region and search panel etc it automatically puts in those buttons? But how do I change the text of the buttons.

Yes this is possible. The trick here is to not start with the webBean, but the OAPageLayoutBean. Also you need to attach this controller as the controller of the table beneath your query region so that when it is called, the GO button exists.
Here is the code (presume simpleSearchRN is the name of your query region, change to match your query region name):

Xss in a Region-Title like &Name.

I have sort of a general question.
I have tried to manipulate a Region-Title like &Name. with a
JavaScirpt Statemante. When I paste the code
<script>alert('Hello world');</script>
directly in the Title-Field of the Region, it works.
But when I try to fill it from a text-field, it does not work.
So when I paste
<script>alert('Hello world');</script>
in a text-field named Text, and the Region-Title is &Text.,
it does not work.
The characters are escaped, but I don't know, why.
Does anyone knows, how I can make this work ?

The APEX engine is automatically escaping the page fields, as part of its rendering process. This is to prevent XSS, which is a serious security breach.

Well, as you are talking about a region title, you can still use the *&ITEM.* notation, just populate it in using an On Load – Before Header process.

Error 70001 when changing DVD region (changes still allowed)

I still have allowable DVD region changes left on DVD player, but when I try to apply a region change, error message 70001 appears.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem? I've looked on various online forums and tried using VLC - but this doesn't work - and used MacTheRipper to no avail either.

Are you sure the DVD is region 1 ONLY? You can't always trust the label. I have a three DVD boxed set that says region 1. One of the DVDs is multiple region.

Requirement is to bring in Region Field in COPA..
The Region field is available in Customer Master data.. so the relevant tables involved are:
KNA1 - Customer, Address key
ADRC - Address key, Region
Check table: T005U
Now, how do we create a COPA characteristic Region and what should be the derivation rules..

Target
KNA1-REGIO = CO-PA-WWREG (your region Characteristic in CO-PA).
When Region field available n populated in KNA1, you don't need ADRC table.

DVD region change isn't needed anymore?

When i first got my macbook pro i set the dvd region to 4 not allowing to play some of my dvds which were region 1 which was fine as i didn't want to use up 1 of the 5 times to change the region.
I only watched region 4 dvds and whenever i inserted a dvd with region 1 the screen came up asking if i wanted to change the region so i could play the dvd, i always declined.
I recently got dvds which are region 4 and they are also region 'all'.
I then got a new dvd which was region 1 and i thought i would just try it out and i put it in and it automatically started playing and the screen never came up asking me to change my region.
I thought it would be just that dvd but now all my other region 1 dvds work as well.
I thought maybe i did accidentally change it to region 1 but my region 4 dvds also work without asking me to change the dvd region.
I was wondering if by doing this, if it is still using up the 5 changes allowed?
Or if it isn't as the screen is not coming up anymore and that i'm free to play any dvd now?

you could download, install, and run DVD Info X 3 to find out the region change status of your SuperDrive.
