OS 10.3.1.1565 my Passport camera can't focus, all pics are blurry

After updating OS 10.3.1.1565 the latest one, my Blackberry Passport camera can't focus and all the pictures are in blurry condition. And some noisy mechanical noise from the camera trying to get a focus but it still can't get one.
Please help me to solve this problem because before updating everything was awesome with BlackBerry Passport.

@badspyder, the mechanical noise is a bit worrysome, as mine is silent, but others have reported defective cameras.
You could try BBVE to test it.
You could call support as they may have a troubleshooting protocol,
Or you could try to reload the OS software. Do a backup, then reload, then restore, and you should be back to normal in about 2-3 hours if it is a software glitch. I had to do that for different reasons.

From experience, ensure that you have decrypted both your device storage, and the removable SD card if installed, or all of that data will be lost.

My ipad air's rear camera can not focus, when push the rectangular on the screen it can't focus and get clear, always keep blur. On the other hand when first open the camera application it first clear but immediately when push on the rectangular on screen it becomes blur. Never get clear show after that. Why the led flashlight can't be used to focus on dark photos?
The led light on the iPhone 4 is fine for taking photos in completely dark. The only problem is that 90% of the photos taken with almost 0 light are out of focus.
If only the led can be turned on when trying to focus I think that that 90% of my night photos will be better.
Hope Apple can do something here.

HT1688 camera on 4s , i have downloaded all pics and their is still 129 pics that the lap top does not recognize? how can i download these pics?

i have just downloaded 407pics from my 4s. i turned off phone then turn on after 3-4 min. I looked at Camera to ensure that all pices were gone and their is still 129 photos and 29 videos ( no Album) . when i then plugged the Phone back in to download these pics the lap top does not recognize any pics left on the phone?

Your photos will not be touched, but your computer might recognize the photos again after that.

If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. Well I'll guess you're using iPhoto 11:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

I am having some huge problems with my colorspace settings. Every time I upload my raw files from my Canon 5D mark II or 6D the pics are perfect in color. I will edit, save, and then realize once i've sent it to myself to test the color is WAY off. This only happens in photoshop. I've read some forums and have tried different things, but it seems to be making it worse. PLEASE HELP! Even viewing the saved image on the mac's pic viewer is way off once i've edited in photoshop. I am having to adjust all my colors by emailing myself to test. Its just getting ridiculous.

Check the color space in camera raw, the options are in the link at the bottom of the dialog box. Then when saving make sure you save it to the srgb color space when sending to others. Not all programs understand color space and or will default to srgb. That won't necessarily mean it will be accurate, but it will put it in the ballpark. Using save for web will use the srgb color space.

If you purchased it from Apple within the last 14 days then you can return it for a full refund. otherwise no. If you purchased it elsewhere you have to check with them.

Adobe Reader on the iPhone is a PDF reading app. It's not a creation app.
You need to get an app like Pages which is intended for page layout. It can place pictures from the phone and export PDF.

Are you certain that they are both running IOS 6.1.3? Go to Settings>General>About, and check the "Version".
