Os 10.3

Guys please help :'(
I updated my 10.2 os to 10.3 os
There were little program there was about 8 main apps only
2- it comes 0% and each time i charge it it opens in 5:7% and few seconds later and shutdown and the mark of charging appears and it opens in 5:7% again and can't open it
i tried the main charger and pc charger please help
and sorry for my bad english

OS 10.3 has not been released for the Z10. If you've loaded 10.3 then you've loaded unsupported software and you're on your own. There's no way for us to know exactly how or what you loaded to your device.
I recommend reinstalling the OS using an autoloader:
