OS defaults to x32 not x64

Hi. I have just inherited a ProBook 6560b and have reinstalled from the recovery partition so as to delete the previous owner's stuff. The problem is it installs as a 32 bit OS (Windows 7) instead of an 64 bit OS. Is there anyway to force the install to an x64 OS? The thing runs like a dog on a clean install and I can only use 2.94GB of the 4.00GB installed memory. Cheers.

To get full 4gb memory you need 64bit O/S. To do this you need a Windows 7x64 O/S for this formatting. You can upgrade to Windows 7x64 but for best setup is to do a clean setup in Windows 7x64 O/S.

Photoshop opens Lightroom images in x32 not x64

I have had Lightroom 5 for sometime (now 5.2) and recently subscribed to Photoshop CC having used CS6. My OS is Windows 7 64bit. When I pick, in Lightroom the "Edit In" command the "Photoshop CC" choice at the top opens in X32 each time. Normally I need and use to get X64. This I can only now get by picking "Edit in" Photoshop.exe.(the next choice in the list) However, when this works (not always) I get the normal Lightroom dialogue box where I select edit with "lightroom adjustments." Not a major problem but then I get a security check and sometimes have to enter my adobe password etc. I have been in the registry (as suggested in a previous post) and all looks OK in the sense that the default path is Photoshop CC 64 bit. Should i uninstall and reinstall Photoshop CC (or Lightroom). Is this problematic with CC having moved CS6 away from my C drive. Also how can I remove the Windows security banner from the 32 bit programme. It's not on the 64 bit programme?

Also note, the actual version that Lightroom should open Ps in 64 bit mode by default but it can get confused if upgrade to latest version didn't go fully to plan.
Other info you might find useful when trying to locate the correct version
32 Bit is located: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop X\Photoshop.exe where X is your current version number (i.e. CS5, CS6 or CC).
64 Bit is located: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop X\Photoshop.exe

Query to find x32 or x64

I found three class to find x32 and x64 type of object.
1. SMS_G_System_COMPUTER_SYSTEM.SystemType:
This is used for hardware architecture only? Can I find a computer with ""x64-based PC" and x32-bit's Windows version?

I don't find, where are from this class get its data.

This is class for data of windows bit? 32 or 64?
Can anyboby explain me what class should I use to create collection of 32 or 64-bit Windows?

One does not exist for WQL.

Default Value is not getting displayed in SUN ONE Ldap

Hello,
I have created an attribute in slapd.user_at.conf and it is associated in slapd.user_oc.conf.
The attribute default value is given through SUN ONE Console. But, In our application the default value is not getting displayed.
We need the default value to run our applicatin. Can anyone help me for this issue

Hi anandkumar,
I belive this issue can be resolved by changing the Query proprties for the perticular field.
Kindly check the Field proerties in query designer and ensure that Text is enabled ather than Key.
__Field property check up:__Go to query designer->click onn the field-> Right hand side in properties click on display tab-> select Text in drop down menu of Display as tab.
FURTHER CHECK UP: check the master data avaiulability for the perticular info object, if masterdata is not available, do the text data for txt data availability in report level.

The Default Gateway Is Not Available / Problem

Hello, I recently purchased this HP Pavileon laptop, and I've been encountering this problem very often (every 2-10 minutes). This problem is getting extremely frustrating as absolutely nobody has been able to provide a fix for this issue.
When the laptop is on battery mode (this does not happen when plugged in); I commonly get disconnected from my wi-fi connection and to fix it, I must run the troubleshooter. This temporarily fixes the issue by resetting the wi-fi adapter.
What I have tried and has not worked:
* Turn off to save power option in the driver settings (in Device Manager) untickets
* Updated drivers
* New power plan
* Tried different drivers
* Complete system restore
The wireless adapter is Realtek RTL 8188EE. Upon running the troubleshooter, this is all the information from the detailed information section:

I was runnning into a similar problem with my HP product loan Envy Spectre 13 TouchSmart Ultrabook until I did the updates. I had upgraded my wireless router to a model with 802.11AC specification.

The default database blocksize of 10g is 8k.

I am getting this warning in Flash Builder:

Default css file can be specified as a compiler option (per SWC, I think).

If your subsequence is in a separate sequencefile, then check the properties of the sequencefile to make sure that the record has not been disabled.

When I use Firefox the default size is 100%. When I use Pages, also runs good (100%). Only in Safari, and Mail too, appears 150% as the default size.
How can I change it to 100% in both?

Hi,
The problem seems to lie in the installer, which has an unusual bad behaviour. The installer puts the 8500 a909a in the list of USB bootable devices. (Not good!!!)
When the printer is disconnected it isn't a problem. When the printer is connected the computer tries to boot from the printer and the computer hangs.
When I found the printer in the BIOS list of USB bootable devices I DISABLED that item in that list. Then it booted normally.
But now the BIOS takes an extra 30 seconds or so but boot up seems to be preceeding normally.
The guys on the CHAT and PHONE lines didn't even imagine the installer might be a problem so their advice was useless. They were blaming the computer. More importanly, they didn't have a way to escalate the problem. They had no capacity to respond in a flexible manner. It was like dealing with unhelpful staff in the county clerk's office.

Default Mail app not working with yahoo mail. Won't update.

Default Maill app not working with Yahoo Mail.
It stopped working the other day. I tried everything but it wouldn't update new mail. The yahoo account itself is fine because I can see new mail on Yahoo or a yahoo app.
I tried deleting the account and putting it back on, but now it has 0 mail in any part of it. Nothing has synced.

A lot of people have been unable to access Yahoo e-mail on their iPhones or iPads. My wife’s iPad was not downloading Yahoo mail, although her iPhone was. Both used IOS 8.2. We tried deleting the account several times and troubleshooting all of the other settings. The problem appears to have been that allowing the IOS to automatically create the account on the iPad resulted in the wrong settings for the incoming server. The following procedure, pieced together from two websites, fixed the problem for us. So far, so good.

System error: Default TXJCD is not filled in the table T001

Can anyone help me out in this scenario? We are facing a peculiar problem.
We are in a upgrade project from 4.5b to ECC 6.0.Client is not maintaining any tax codes i.e they are maintaining it outside SAP.The problem is when ever the billing document is released to accounting(VF02) in ECC 6.0 it is showing this error System error: Default TXJCD is not filled in the table T001.But this is working fine in 4.5b.
Are there any basic changes regarding TAX JURISDICTION CODE is concerned from upgrade. Please provide.

Probably, the program is showing error message FF799, please maintain transaction OBCL with a default tax jurisdiction code.
The tax jurisdiction code should be maintained at state level only and
corresponds to the tax jurisdiction code structure maintained in table
TTXD. For example, if your structure is 2-3-4-1. Then your default
code should be XX00000000. I suspect that the settings in transaction
OBCL are incorrect and hence the FF799 error, when shipping from a US
plant to a foreign ship-to customer (non-US).

After closing firefox, the next time I open it my homepage has gone back to the default homepage and not the one I tried to set as my home page.

I've tried multiple times to set my home page to Yahoo.com
It works as long as I have Firefox open, but if I close Firefox and then re-open it, the home page has reverted back to the default home page, not the one I set.
This has not happened before updating to 3.6.10.
