Why won't OS X 10.6 Download on my macBook?

Snow Leopard 10.6 installer DVD should still be available from Apple for $20. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775 to purchase it. It may still be in the Legacy Products list.
If they no longer have any in stock you will have to buy it from eBay or Apple resellers that still have stock. But you will have to pay a premium since the DVDs are no longer being made. Snow Leopard DVDs are already up to $100 on Amazon.

Blackberry 9320 won't dowload music. Help?!

I suggest you try downloading music via wifi and see if it completes. If you are in South Africa note that MTN had restricted their BIS to no downloading. This could be the reason why you are not able to get it working, what error mssage are you getting?

My itunes music won't dowload anymore. I used to be able to drag what was purchased from my itunes to my desktop, other devices, etc. What's happened and how do I fix it?

I used to have an ipod, but it died, and I thought the music died with it. Then I discovered that I could still use the music I purchased on my new player (a walkman this time) by dragging the itunes files to my desktop, then loading them into windows mediea player (then into my sony). Now, any of the music I didn't immediately transfer to my new listening device (or even to my desktop) is no longer available. The message says the "codex" is not the right one, etc. I bought this music and should be able to play it on any device I have. I've looked online and sources seem to be indicating that I need pay extra to be able to download these now - that's totally unacceptable. I won't be purchasing music from Itunes ever again if that is the case, and I've lost the music I've already paid for. Hopefully someone has an answer for me!

C4380 driver won't dowload Windows 8.1

I've had my Photosmart C4380 for about 8 years. Since I bought it it has worked intermittently wirelessly. Over the years I have downloaded the driver at least 200 times! I now have a new laptop which is on Windows 8.1 and now the driver won't even download! I have tried the diagnostics tool, and the HP Windows Installer but with no jiy. The printer works with USB, but that is not what I want! Can anybody help me to download a driver that works please???!!!!

ITUNES WON'T DOWLOAD ON MY COMPUTER

ON THE WEBSITE I ENTER MY EMAIL AND THEN HIT THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON FOR ITUNES. IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING. I REMOVED ALL THE PROGRAMS THAT WERE ASSOCIATED WITH APPLE AND UNPLUGGED THE PHONE. I RESTARTED THE COMPUTER AND IT STILL WON'T LET ME DOWNLOAD IT FROM THE WEBSITE

Have you got any security settings on the browser that you are using (do you have pop-ups blocked ?) that might be blocking the download ? Or have you got a different browser that you could try ?

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Printer says wireless on, but will not print

We moved our home office to a new location in the house. After re-connecting all devices, the printer appears to be working ( according to its display). Network test results were "passing". When I opened a doc and tried to print, it would not, telling me printer was not in the network. Went through wireless set-up again entering ISP provider password. Still no printing.
I uninstalled and re-installed the printer. Still won't print. I disabled Norton Internet Security in case it was blocking the process. I downloaded Team Viewer so my son could see if he could assist me, but could not connect to him using it. I tried to download HPPrint and Scan doctor, but it won't dowload. Any ideas?

welcome to the forums
I understand you have moved your printers location and it's not printing through the wireless network.
You mentioned that the Print and Scan Doctor will not download, and this could be an issue on the computer or with the internet connection. Could you try using another web browser and try downloading and running the Print and Scan Dr again? Let me know what the results are from the tool.
Also, try making copies from the front panel of the printer and let me know if they work, or if you see any errors.

Will Download, will not load completely

Using either IE or FF to download gets to a certain point (90 something percent of installation) and then asks for a cd to be inserted in the drive for 10.1 to complete the install. Of course, I do not have or ever had a CD for reader so I have to cancel . Win7 Home Prem. 8g mem,the Poderosa of disk space, quad core. I have tried all the "sure fire ways" Adobe says to try to get it to load but no success. Help! It won't dowload ver 9 because it says I have a more up to date version, oh yeah where would that be because I am unable to read any PDF's.

You may want to try the following.
Remove all traces of Reader (not only the program) from your system using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. This is no longer supported by Microsoft because it can produce problems with Win 7, but you can still download it from from places like

and perform a clean install.

Not sure if any of you above have managed to solve your problem or not but after coming across this same problem myself today as I am currently 'sofa bound' I decided to make it my mission to find a way around it.
Initially I did think, having ready what seemed like a million questions and people with the same problem, that the only way was to buy OS X 10.5 ... HOWEVER, no. In among all these threads I found a jewel - Download I Tunes 9.2.1 which gets rid of the download itunes 10 advert and allows you to then buy from itunes again :-) I am now one very happy lady.
I apologise to all those that dont have older versions of OS X that maybe wont support even this upgrade but certainly for those like me with just 4yr old lap tops at least it means it not longer means buying a new one.

Firefox "fix won't download. dowload window keeps running - for hours. Help!

I'm running on Firefox 6.0.2. Firefox sent a (pop-up) download window saying Firefox recommends downloading a fix immediately. I clicked on it, window said downloading, ran for several hours until I closed it, unfinished. Trouble for me?

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the disk image (dmg) file to the desktop

* Install the new version that you have downloaded

Flash Shows as Dowloaded but won't work

I can't understand what is going on.... I click on the button
to donwlaod Macromedia Flash, then I see the revolving icon,
tellming me that the software has successfully downloaded. When I
visit a website requiring Macromedia flash, I receive a notice

What gives? How do I correct the problem? It is only

That doesn't mean a lot, I'm sure, but it's the root of your problems, and Flash Player has nothing to do with it.
Microsoft "rewrote" the User-Agent Strings for the abomination they call their latest and greatest browser. User-Agent Strings are what websites use to identify the browser you're using and provide the proper content for it's browser engine, like ActiveX stuff, and Flash or HTML5 video. Thanks to the geniuses in Redmond, WA, the User-Agent Strings for IE11 (which has a Trident engine), ID it as either "Gecko" (Firefox) or "Webkit" (Chrome). Problem is: when the site the directs to the content for one of these two engines, the Trident engine in IE can't intepret it and the site then sees IE as an "unidentified" browser.
The problem with an unidentified browser is that the plug-ins in that browser aren't recognized either, so even though you're up to date, it says you need the latest Flash Player when you use IE11. YouTube... has converted to HTML5 video so if it doesn't detect Flash Player, it can display HTML5 (MP4) video which requires no plug-in to play. Facebook can't do that, because HTML5 doesn't apply to games... only video.
Microsoft has no plans to "fix" the mess thay've created because they think it's a great idea to block you out of the websites you visit.
They recommend using "Compatibility View" and pretending that you're using an older verison of IE... Problem with that is that it's seen limited success, and you have to enable it for EVERY page that has problems... individually.
I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.

Opera (from Opera)
Safari (from Apple)
Chrome (from Google)
ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in.

Dowloaded movies won't play

I download 4 seasons of a television show from iTunes. Initially they worked fine but now several months later when I go play them in either iTunes or on my iPhone, over half of them won't play. It keeps saying that they aren't movie files.
I get the feeling that somewhere along the line the files got corrupted so am I stuck with a ton of files that won't work or can I somehow get these replaced?
