OS X x installation could not be completed error. Cannot find how to resolve this issue

ive been trying to install Yosemite all day. Read a lot of posts and tried all the methods of how to go in safe mode. Cannot find a way out of this loop and cannot figure out how to get back to Mavericks. Working on late 2010 iMac w Intel based processor. Please let me know how I can get back to my computer

Are you getting a "No" symbol mid installation? That is the problem that I keep having. I can't get past it. I end up in an endless loop like you said. All I can do is restore from backup which takes about 4 hours and I don't want to do that. PLEASE HELP!!

You need to restore the phone (that is, iOS), not the backup. Those instructions have always been ambiguous. After iOS restores you should get the unlocked message, and you can then restore the backup (it should prompt you to). And you need to wait "long enough" after you got the instructions; it can take several days.

Server 2008 Pinter install error OPERATION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED (error 0x900f0214)

I downloaded the HP Universal printer driver for a LaserJet 4250dn network printer to our server running SERVER 2008 SP2.
I dowloaded the zipped executable files for both the PCL5 and PCL6 drivers to the desktop and ran the EXE to unzip the files. When I tried to run the INSTALL.EXE file (as an ADMINISTRATOR) for BOTH drivers, the following occurs:
Answer YES to EULA
Select TRADITIONAL MODE (or DYNAMIC MODE - it doesn't matter - neither one works)
Click INSTALL
Immediately I get the error OPERATION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED (error 0x900f0214)
Click OK
Click FINISH
This happens with both the PCL5 & PCL6 driver installations.
I activated FILE SHARING, PRINTER SHARING, and NETWORK DISCOVERY but did not solve the problem.
I was logged in as the Domain Administrator and the Local Admin also.
Any suggestions?

I have updated, restarted, etc. Sometimes when scanning I do not get this message, but more often I do.

Scanner Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000015). The device is not ready.

When trying to scan I keep receiving an error message. Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000015). The device is not ready.
What does this mean? I have been able to scan without problems in the pas, with Windows 7 Fax and Scan.
Printer : HP PhotoSmart 2710
Computer: HP Pavilion zd8000 (originally XP)

Your request could not be completed error on the iPhone

Hi,
Since yesterday, without having changed anything on my iPhone 4S, when trying to go to the FEATURED apps on my iphone, I get the YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE COMPLETED error. All other tabs (top 25, search, updates, categories etc...) work. Only the FEATURED tab does not.
Apple genious bar says it's the carrier job to support. Carrier is not avaialble...
Have looked into the forum already and tried all the reset settings, ON, and OFF iPhone, login out and in with Apple ID for App Store etc... no luck.
Any idea please?

Adobe web chat come up with a solution.
Open the PP project.
Export your sequence or project as a Final Cut Pro XML file.
Set up a new PP project.
Import the Final Cut Pro XML file.
This will get you back up an running.
Since getting back to editing this project I have found that some things will be lost or change in using XML:
You will lose position key framing, black video clips, dissolve fx, audio levels, audio dynamic fx, the ability to open a multi camera clip and change the camera view.
You will keep cut points, crop fx.
Not perfect but only took a couple of hours to save 3 days work.

When I choose record audio or screenshots, I get a little further, but as soon as I select my ipad as the source I get the same error message.

You don't need to be a developer for this to work. I get the same error. Just one more thing on the list that make me upset more and more with Apple. Things just don't work out of the box like they used to.

On your profile, you say that you are using Mountain Lion. Is that correct? If you are using Mountain Lion, you don't have to download the Mountain Lion installer again.

Same for me with Iphone 5 and IOS 7 on mac pro. Install ITunes 11.1 and after reboot nothing work. Work only with Mac Pro in safe mode.
I have uninstalled Wi-fi-sync1.0 app from MacPro and Itunes sync well with iphone.
