OS4 autolock default can't change

I was noticing since upgrading to OS4 autolock in settings is grayed out and set at 1 min as default and can't be changed . Is this the norm now no way to change it? I use to have set to at least 5 minutes. That said I haven't seen too much of change with battery life in the last 2 days so maybe that's why.

I was able to get the Auto Lock setting enabled by doing the following
- Login to Google Apps Management console (if you don't have access you will need to ask your admin to do this)
- Go to Service Settings -> Mobile
- Enable setting 'Require users to set passwords on their devices'
- Save changes
- Disable setting 'Require users to set passwords on their devices'
- Save changes
- Delete Google Apps exchange account from your iPhone
- Recreate Google Apps exchange account on your iPhone
After lots of testing trying to get this thing to work, this seems to do the trick.
Please post whether or not you have success with this.

Sorry if anyone got excited by this "FIX". It seems that eventually the exchange settings get pushed back down. I am again stuck with auto lock set to 1 minute... AARRGGGG

I'm a new convert to the iPhone and iTunes world and generally I find things are easy to use and it's easy to get answers to questions
if I get a little confused,however I do have one question that I can't seem to find an answer to.
I am a big comedy fan and lately I have been downloading episodes of my favorite shows from the iTunes store but one thing I find
annoying is that if I go to the store,click on tv shows,then comedy,iTunes displays items available in 'Recent Bestsellers' order by default,
I can click the arrow in the corner and it will display them in alphabetical order for me but if I click on an item to view the synopsis of the
particular episode then use the back arrow to return to the category iTunes has changed it back again!
Is there any way that I can change it to display items alphabetically by default? I can't seem to find any option for doing so but maybe
I wasn't looking hard enough,may seem a trivial issue but if I want to find an episode of a series that isn't that popular I have to go looking for it.
Anyone able to help?

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the issue you are describing. If a movie from the iTunes Store supports multiple languages, they can usually be changed as outlined in the following article:

How can I change the default "from" email account on my iPad/iPhone in IOS 8.2?

I currently use my phone & pad for business and personal use. My emails should come from my business account but they're coming from my Yahoo account. How can I change it without having to manually change each email? I've checked online but I don't see settings/mail,contacts,calendars/default account in this new revision of software.

Go to "Setting"; scroll down to the 4th box for "iCloud"; You need to turn on you "Mail" option in the "iCloud" settings.
Then,
Go into "Settings", scroll down to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"; on the left panel, scroll down to the 4th box; there you'll find the "Default Account" settings.

You can associate files from the Bridge level and the Desktop level.
In Bridge CS4, go to Preferences > File Type Associations and change it to Photoshop CS4 for the file types you want.
If you want to open files from the Windows Desktop in CS4, these are the instructions:

For sideloaded content the nook pulls the metadata from ePub file itself. I would suggest looking at a program like Sigil or Calibre that will let you edit the metadata in the book to make it appear like you want.
For the PDF vs ePub - No, that's the way PDFs work (think of them as graphics, not text), wheres ePubs are Web Pages - so no you can't them to behave exactly alike without converting the files.

The default view of recent calls is missed calls on my current configuration.
Not a long time ago the default was all calls.
I didn't change it and don't know how.
How can i change it back? I really don't see the advantage of the current default, most of the users navigate to all calls every time.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.
However, I am on 6.1.4, so perhaps there is a diference in the iOS version. It is also a matter of one tap on the screen, so seriously, is it that big a deal?

How can I change the default web form names?

I'm using the web forms in Business Catalyst, but our web site is in Norwegian, so I want the default FirstName and LastName values to be displayed in Norwegian in the error message when the field is not filled out.
At the moment the user will get an error saying "Skriv inn First Name". "Skriv inn" is correctly translated from English to Norwegian, but the value "First Name" has to be changed. The same applies for "Cell Phone Number".
Also, I don't really want two fields for the name, I want the form to have just one field that is called "Name" or "Navn" in Norwegian.
I have tried deleting the name fields and replacing them by custom fields, but then I get an error message when the form is sent saying "ERROR: An error occurred. Your web form must capture customer name and email address. Please fix this issue and re-insert your web form on your web page."
Also, why does some of the "-" before the error have a space, and some not? I want all the errors to be displayed with a space between the dash and the error.
The e-mail error is automatically translated into Norwegian for some reason, but it should be a dash in there, so it says "e-postadresse" and not "epostadresse".
Is there anywhere I can customize these error messages? Or at least change the values of the English fields to Norwegian so the error messages display the Norwegian field names, and not the English?

I am sorry maybe I ve got stupid question but I cant solve my problem all day ... Suddenly from yesterday my quality of yotube videos gone from 480p(also a bigger player size) to 360p (smaller player size - the same like on the picture) . So all the time when I enter youtube the default is 360p and small player size . Could you please tell me how can I change back to bigger player size and 480p ? This is an option set in the browser, so it would not effect your other browsers. To change it, go to youtube.com, select a movie you would like to watch, then click the gear icon at the bottom. It will then show the current settings for speed and quality of the movie. To change the setting, simply click the "360p" and it will then give you the other definition options. See screenshot if these directions do not make sense.

How can I change the default oracle driver: oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver to oracle.jdbc.xa.client.OracleXADataSource in JDeveloper Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.0.2, Build JDEVADF_MAIN.BOXER_GENERIC_090328.0229.5205.
If I modify the file connections.xml from jdeveloper\system\system11.1.1.0.31.52.05\o.jdevimpl.rescat2\connections in the sense that I change the driver class, then in JDeveloper when I test my connection I have this problem: Test failed: oracle.jdbc.xa.client.OracleXADataSource cannot be cast to java.sql.Driver
Why do I need this XA version of the oracle driver? Well I tried, from a book to reproduce the model of an application: entities, stateless and stateful session beans, mdb, web services and a client to test one part of the model.
And because of the JMS server I need an XA driver.
I deployed to the integrated wls 10.3 and when I test my client, if I use the default driver for the connection the an error message appears tell me either to emulate two-phase commit or to use XA driver.
My application works very well, if I configured in the console of the integrated wls 10.3 a datasource with the same name as my ide/application connection that has for the Driver Class Name: oracle.jdbc.xa.client.OracleXADataSource in the Connection Pool tab.

Open DIsk Utility and in the toolbar select Disk Image. The file selector will open and you'll have to do three things: 1) just as with any file, name it and point the file selector to where you want it to be saved, 2) near the bottom you'll see name - type iWork 2013 and 3) below that select the image size. Click on size, choose custom and type 1500 MB then click on the Create button.
Some time will pass and then you'll see an external disk pop up on your desktop and/or the Finder window sidebar. Drag the three programs into it and eject it like any other external disk. Now delete the programs from your applications window.
Where ever it was you pointed the file selector to you'll see the file you created. Double click on it and the disk image will mount again.

Is FF downloading the file as a .txt file? If so, go to "Folder Options" in the windows control panel. Click on the "File Types" tab. Scroll down until you reach the TXT file extension. Look to see what that extension opens with (lower part of panel). It probably shows notepad. Click on the <Change> button. Scroll down until you find "Microsoft Word." Select it and click the <OK> button. That should show the TXT extension is now associated with Microsoft Word. Click the <Close> button at the bottom of the panel.
If FF is downloading the file as any other type, use the same process as above except look for the corresponding extension instead. If the extension is not listed click on the <New> button and create an association using the extension in the file name and then associate it with MS Word.
