OSA : Addition of header data.

Hi,
We are implementing Obj settings and Appraisal in SAP 4.7
and using this service in EP Business pack 60.1.5.
We have added "Part Appraisers" and "Further Participants" and it's working fine.Apart from the Part Appraiser and Futher Participants,we need one more Appraiser field for Higher level manager.
We checked the setting "Multiplr Appraisers allowed" in tab 'Processing'. We want the Apraisees Manager and Higer level manager to be picked up dynamically.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello Jothi,
An implementation of the 'Default Appraisers' should do the trick here. BAdI definition HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_D1.

we have implemeted the HRHAP00_ADD_HEADER Badi to get the additional employee data in the print layout of a form.
I attahched this badi to the additonal header data in the Lay out of a from ,still iam unable to get the further details of a employee in the print form.
If any one has the similar experience or worked with the additional header data badi please share with me how to get the additonal header data functionality.

Thanks for the reply. As you pointed out ,we are moving from ehp3 smart forms to ehp4 adobe forms.
The BAdi was working fine with the smart form ,when we attached the same with the ehp4 standard print layout it is not working.
As i do not have much exposure to the techinical aspects i am unable to crack this issue. Please advise me where exactly i need to work and how to incorporate the BAdi into the form.

BAdIs for HR Appraisal Document Additional Header Data

We use trx PHAP_PREPARE to create Appraisal doucments Using Organization Units. I have the following requirement,
1. add new selection parameters on the screen (Personnel Area, Additional Appraiser),
2. create document based on the Personnel Area entered,
3. populated the Additional Appraiser as the Further Participant on the Header Data Section.
My questions are which BAdIs I can use to fulfill my requirement and how can I do it??
Q1. Can I use BAdi HRHAP00_ADD_HEADER to capture and pass the additonal data to the documents.
Q2. Can I use BAdI HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_DO Default Further Participants to populate the data on the screen.
Q3. How about BAdi Free Enhancement, what can I use it for and how can I use it?
Does anybody has good link or detail documentation of how to implement the Appraisal BAdIs?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I haven't get any reply yet. Someone out there must have done something similar.
Kindly give me some suggestion where should I start looking.
According to the HCM book, I can use "Prepare Appraisal Docs with Restricted Templates" to prepare appraisals based on more than just organization unit.
The program is using LDB PCH, unlike PNP which can select different report category to default selection screen parameters.
I can add personnel area on it, but I don't how to ask the program to get objec with this personnel area.
Can someone give a SAP program that uses LDB PCH with additional selection options?

Hi All,
I am stuck in a typical XI issue.......I have a scenario where my input to XI is IDoc and output is xml message going to IBM MQ.
The IDoc is sending some chineese character which is fine is SXMB_MONI Integration server and also fine in the payload of message monitoring, so feel the message is going fine from XI to MQ.
But the receiver EDI system which is picking the message from MQ queue says the chinese characters are getting corrupted. They say that you need to set the additional properties in MQ header data
JMS_IBM_MQMD_Format = MQFMT_NONE.
How do I do this in communication channel for jms adapter ? How to I set the MQ header data in jms communication channel ?

How to remove header data from JMS Queue while sending by jms adapter

Hi.
I have a problem regarding the MQ-series JMS adapter.
When writing the file the JMS adaptor putting some additional tags.
Actually we are converting idoc-xml to flat file by using ABAP mapping which is available in SAP document. We are using JMS Receiver adapter, whiel sending flat file to JMS QUEUE, it is displaying some extra xml tags. I think this is the header data available in IDoc XML. Can any body help me in removing header data.
There must be some way for XI's JMS adaptor to not include these information.
My example looks like this:
RFH Ø
¸MQSTR
¸ " is junk that I really dont need in the file.
How can you setup the JMS adaptor not to put in these information?

I have a question regarding Pre-Populating the header data in the survey attached to an activity in CRM Mobile 4.0. That in can we define a Functional module for a PBO (Process Before Output) for a survey u201CZ_SVY_Templateu201D in CRM 4.0.
So that when a Sales rep opens the Survey in CRM Mobile 4.0 the Organizationu2019s Header data should automatically be displayed in the u201CZ_SVY_Templateu201D, so that he just needs to fill out only the remaining additional blank fields in the survey.

Idoc Receiver - Header Data does not update

Hi there
I have an Idoc receiver in a scenario where I send a Idoc from a file to the R/3 system. My config is all fine but the Idoc status in we19 shows red. My Header data for the idoc is incorrect. The idoc is WALREQ01. In my Message Mapping Im setting the SDNPOR, SDNPRT, SDNPRN, RCVPOR, RCVPRN to the correct values and the I activate the scenario but in we19 it still shows the incorrect idoc header. It does however change the idoc segment data, just not the header. Is there maybe some other place I have to set the Idoc header data?

Apply Control Record Values from Payload
If you set the indicator, the conversion of communication parties to the IDoc partner is only possible for systems that are not logical systems.
If you do not set the indicator, all combinations of communication parties and services are handled as services without party.
If the IDoc XML structure contains a control record during outbound processing on the Integration Server, it is rejected and created again by the IDoc adapter. If you want to include additional values in the control record, set the indicator and provide an appropriate mapping for the values. See also: Fields of the IDoc Control Record

Posting header data for MIGO thru badi

Hi,
I'm using badi ' MB_MIGO_BADI ' for posting header data for the T-Code MIGO.
I have created an extra tab for supplier details for header data. The details from dis tab should be stored in a ztable.
I have written the code for the same in the METHOD 'POST DOCUMENT' of the badi, but m unable to store the data in the ztable. niether is the code for display working.

Hi,
you need to create an attribute where you will store data from your additional screen. In example there is an attribute GS_EXDATA_HEADER with structure MBLNR, MJAHR, BADI_NUMMER. So obviously the point is to enter some number on additional header tab screen. You can see that in the method PAI_HEADER that all data from screen are transferred to this structure and in the method PBO_HEADER are data transferred from internal structure to the screen. So in this internal structure you store the current values of the fields from your additional header tab. Now when you store material document you want to also store your additional data into database. Until this point you store it only in memory. Hence you prepare a new FM which will store this data to DB and you will call this FM in UPDATE TASK. Here is an example

EXPORTING
is_migo_badi_header_fields = gs_exdata_header.
Once again to summarize it:
1) Define your own structure to keep additional data as an attribute of BADI implementation class
2) Pass data from memory to screen and back using methods PBO_HEADER and PAI_HEADER
3) Store additional data into DB using FM called in UPDATE TASK from method POST_DOCUMENT

Good Evening to you,
when i was posting F-48 (post vendor down payment:header data) i was getting an error of No Special G/L acct defined for acct type K sp. G/L ind B recon.acct so at that time i went to OBYR and given in Acct type-K SGL Ind-B in that given Recon account and Special GL Account both the numbers but still the erroring is coming. Later i went to FS00 and checked in Control Data that the GL Account the reconciliation account-vendor is already given but still the error is coming.
So if anybody faced the same error means let me know.

The problem of "No Special G/L acct defined for acct type K ....." has been rectified when i specify the Special GL A/c in OBYR.
Now the issue is i gave a wrong Sp GL account in OBYR and posted a document later i recongnise that i gave wrong SP GL and went back to OBYR and gave the correct SP GL A/c number. So there was a posting has done earlier 1 document so can you tellme how to change from Old Sp GL to New Sp GL.

1. GR message check box issues message to the buyer after every the goods receipt against the PO.
Message type has to be configured for this functionality.
2. If you are managing stock of material at storage location level , then you will need to maintain this at PO item level.

Excel o/p in Reports 9i-additional report header for every row

Dear All,
Is there any way to generate an Excel file output from OracleReports9i.Actually I have tried the simple report.
I am able to create a delimited output.But the prob is it contains an additional report header for every row of the report and this is very strange.Its coming like that

I had the same problem and this is what I did, works great. You have the total control.

I need to display the text value of the text field in the header text of the header data in credit memo.
The text values are stored in a ztable and i need to display it based on the billing document stored in vbrk (zfield) that was inserted during the creation of credit request..

Read the value from Z Table and during the creation of cedit memo check out for some exit where u the value from The zTABLE AND use function module SAVE_TEXT with object and id in the header text .

SSRS 2008 R2 - Dynamic header data stays the same when exporting

Background:
I have a SSRS 2008 R2 report with a single Tablix.
The data is grouped by InvoiceID, with each appearing on a separate page.
I'm displaying some of the detail data in the group header row using Expressions similar to the following:
="Invoice # " & ReportItems!InvoiceID.Value"
The data referred to by my ReportItems statements are all hidden in the detail row (Advanced Mode, the Hidden Value for the Static Row Group is set to false).
Problem:
When I Preview the report in Visual Studio, everything looks as it should - the dynamic header data changes correctly with each group.
However, whenever I export the results (I've tried all the formats), the header data is the same for every group - its taking the values from the first group and using it in all the groups.
I've copied the same expressions into my Totals row, and the data is correct when exported; its only happening in my header rows.
Any help in resolving this is greatly appreciated, thank you.

According to your description, you have a header with expression contains ReportItems. Now you find it shows incorrect result when exporting to a file. Right?
In Reporting Services, it has reported some similar issue that the ReportItem returns unexpected result when exporting. In this scenario, since you just want to show the group name in each page as a header for detail rows. So you can make the
detail rows group on the Group. Then delete the Group column but still keep the group. After that add a row above detail row (Out side of group) and put in "=Fields!InvoiceID.Value". Now it will show the corresponding Group name
when you set page break between each group instance. We have tested this case in our local environment. Here are screenshots for your reference:
