OSB - date format

Question

Hi
in OSB project I use XQuery to display an XML structure.
I what to display date type in this format:  DD/MM/YYYY 24HH:MI:SS
What do I need to write in XQuery and where?
right now I have this element in the XQuery:
<ns0:OpenedDate>{ $ServiceRequest/ns0:OpenedDate/@* , $ServiceRequest/ns0:OpenedDate/node()  }</ns0:OpenedDate>

Use below  smaple xquery and assign output to a variable and use that variable in your transformation/mapping
