OPERATING SYSTEM IS WINDOWS 7
MONITOR IS HP L1940T
WE JUST PURCHASED THE NEW PAVILION ON 9-1-2012 WHICH CAME WITH THE KEYBOARD AND A MOUSE. THE MONITOR KEEPS DISPLAYING A OSD LOCKOUT IN THE CENTER OF THE SCREEN ALONG WITH A MENU WHICH WE CAN'T CHANGE OR REMOVE. WE HAVE TRIED VARIOUS REMIDIES SUGGESTED LIKE SHUT DOWN AND UNPLUG BUT NOTHING HAS WORKED. SINCE THIS IS A NEW COMPUTER IT IS FRUSTRATING TO NOW HAVE THIS PROBLEM. THE MONITOR ALWAYS WORKED PERFECTLY WITH NO PROBLEMS UNTIL WE GOT THIS NEW COMPUTER. PLEASE HELP....THANK YOU

OSD lockout usually pops up when the monitor menu but has been depressed for a few seconds and the message displays briefly and then goes away.
Try pressing and holding the menu button on the monitor for a few seconds to first unlock the OSD.
If the menu continues to come up and then go away then the menu button on the monitor is broken and the monitor would need to be replaced.

I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.
Apple is becoming more like Microsoft every day.

The work offline option can be found from Firefox button -> Web developer or from the menubar toolbar -> Work offline (Or at least thats what happens in Windows).
Have you any other reason for being offline; router off, firefox not dialing up or whatever. Or is security software or a firewall blocking firefox, or a network connection, or firefox setting etc set wrongly.

If you have to keep restoring your iPad with iTunes repeatedly and there is no change after restoring as a new iPad or not from the iPad's backup, your iPad has a major problem - likely a hardware problem. The iPad includes a one year warranty. You can call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple store if there is one nearby.

Hmmmm.
If you reset the AirPort Extreme by holding in the reset button for 9-10 seconds and then releasing, the AirPort should be back in default settings which would allow mutliple computers to connect to the LAN ports on the AirPort.
Power off the cable modem for now and leave it off at least 15 minutes.
With the AirPort Extreme still powered on, hold in the rest button on the back for 9-10 seconds and release. Allow a full minute for the AirPort Extreme to restart to a slow, blinking abmer light.
Then, power off the AirPort Extreme.
Check to make sure that the Ethernet cable from the modem is connected to the WAN "O" port on the AirPort Extreme.
After the modem has been powered off for at least 15 minutes, power it up and let it run for 5 minutes by itself.
Now, power up the AirPort Exteme and let it run for 2-3 minutes
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
Connect an Ethernet cable from your Mac to one of the LAN <-> ports on the AirPort Express
Click on the AirPort Exteme, then click Continue to follow the guided setup tp configure the AirPort Extreme. You can use the same wireless network name, password, etc that you used before, or set up a new name and password, etc.

I installed the printer in February and the disk did not finalize the setup process. I went online and
down loaded the drivers and software that was offered from the HP website.
The printer works, but as the months have gone along, I keep getting updates for the printer and
the system needs to reboot and it does automatically.
Now I am getting a blue screen with a critical dump error message. HP error reporting keeps sending
the same message back to restore to earlier date before the updates. That worked for awhile. Now
HP Error system says that malware has corrupted and needs to remove system file     spooldr.sys
Is this in your driver software. Spooldr is the system that caches pages of data for printing in chronological
order....
Can I uninstall my software and drivers and change to the plain & simple, print and scan to prevent the

Without information as to how to fix, your information is after the fact and useless.
I used the Safety Scanner provided to me by HP.  A full scan didn't detect any Malware in any files on my system. But the last screen dump provided the information that   spooldr.sys was corrupted and needed
to be removed.
Coming into HP Form, I did read on the HP website that my system Windows XP Professional was not listed
and noted that the software may have not been just what I needed. This was the reason for the question
about uninstalling and reinstalling less of the program. I really don't need my printer to print backward and
that is all I see that it is doing that other printers don't.
Besides, Kudos goes to the person from HP who sent the email, suggesting I used the HP Update software and drives recommended for my computer system. Computer, printer is working, back to normal and hasn't taken a dump since, I uploaded software and drives for Windows XP Professional.

I would connect each device to a power source, and then reset them by holding the power button and the home button until they turn off.
If it keeps happening, I would put the devices in recovery mode and restore them with iTunes.

You don't say which year it is, but if it's a 13" you're not having a common GPU that some 2010 and 2011 15" models are having.
Since reinstalling the OS didn't help, I'm afraid that the only real choice you have is to take the machine to your local Apple Store or an AASP and have them run diagnostics on the machine. It's likely a screen problem, rather than a logic board problem (although that's always a possibility).
The testing is free as if the estimate for repair. There's really nothing else you can do yourself at this point.

As stated I keep getting flashing on my screen when playing pogo games. Everything is updated, cache is cleared, javascript is cleared. It is also happening in IE8 now. I prefer using firefox as I am sight impaired and it's easier to use and see. Techs from Webroot and Pogo have checked computer and can't find anything that would cause this. Let me clarify my question regarding the Reminder App. Lets say I set a reminder for a task for today at 2PM. At 2PM my phone sounds and I pull out my phone and on the lock screen is a notification of my reminder. However, lets say I dont complete the task that I was suppose to do at 2PM and, therefore I have NOT put a check mark in the reminder app box that the task was completed). What I want is for the notification on my lock screen to keep hounding me until I put a check mark in the reminder item. I want the bubble in the Reminder App on my home screen to contain the cound of UNCOMPLETED tasks (e.g. tasks that do not have a check mark in them).
Is there an option in the Reminder App to do this (e.g. the "dont stop hounding me" option) ? It all seems so logical. Someone must have asked how do this before but I couldnt find it.

If you still have the problem after restoring to factory defaults/new iPod you likely have a hardware and an appointment a the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
