Adobe no longer supports the installation and use of Acrobat 6 as it is a very old version which is not compatible with Windows 7.
I would suggest you to please use the latest version of Acrobat i.e. 11.0.10 which is fully compatible with your OS with its enhanced features and functions.

Since last update of Pages, my Pages app in iPad anda iPhone doesn't open, it closes suddenly. I already deleted it and reinstalled, but still not works.
Can someone help? Do I need to wait for another update?
ThanksThis is my problem that has to originate from the update. So glad that I did not purchase a MacBook! Apple products/apps are appearing to be not different from Windows products.
I have deleted and reinstalled from the device and desktop, resets, etc. When I uninstalled and reinstalled while connected to my desktop, the older version of pages was installed. I was able to see all of my files that were saved to the cloud. I was forced to update again to access any of the saved files. Once updated again, I could no longer open pages. It began, to open and abruptly shut down. -
Flash Player Uninstalled and clean install but will NOT work
Yesterday my Flash Player stopped working. I tried to update and it crashed. I uninstalled all of the Flash Player info and then did several clean installs. I tried previous verisons and it still won't work. I have Windows 7, I use Mozilla Firefox and not sure what else you need to know to help me fix this before I lose my freakin' mind.
OK, I will try, but I really don't know. I don't have any other recommendations of places to go and just use Flash like you do. You say it just quit working in Win7. Since you mention Firefox, I am assuming you are using Flash as a plugin for Firefox. Usually when such a problem occurs, something has updated. It may be that the flash plugin in Firefox is disabled.
Did something else update when Flash quit working. When you say it quit working, what are the symptoms. I went to the samples I listed below to check operation -- what did you do?
I just updated both Firefox and Flash. I then went http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flash/samples.html and played a movie sample. No problems.
All I can do is try to help you troubleshoot and see if I can replicate your problem. After the update of flash, I tried the same sample in SeaMonkey and IE (Ugh). Both worked. I am running Win7, 32-bit for this test. Acrobat version is not relevant for the problem.
If this does not point to something for you, then more information on what you are defining as working may be needed. At this point, I see no issues on my end and can not replicate a fault. Firefox is now at 18.0.2 and Flash is at 11.6. It is interesting that it is listed as Shockwave Flash from Adobe in the plugins list. If you search for Shockwave Flash, Adobe indicates a version at 12.0. I am not sure about the difference.

Black not printing - did all recommended steps, still not printing
I tried all the steps recommended in other posts. Still not printing black. If I replace the printhead, will that solve the problem?

I understand that you are both experiencing quality issues when printing in black ink from your HP Officejet 6500 All-in-One Printers. I would like to offer some additional assistance with resolving this issue.
Can I please have you both click here to access the troubleshooting steps. Once the support document opens please check Steps 1-5 to ensure that no steps have been missed. If you have completed those 5 steps to no avail, please proceed with Step 7 and Step 8 to manually clean and soak the Printhead mechanism.
Should the issue persist after cleaning the Printhead manually than the next step would be to replace the Printhead. The Printhead is the part that the cartridges fit into. It controls 'reading' the cartridges and putting ink on the page. If you're experiencing cartridge detection or quality issues and a replacement cartridge fails to resolve the issue than the next step would be to replace the Printhead mechanism. There is always a chance that the print system within the actual Officejet is defective. Should that be the case than a replacement Printhead will not resolve the issue and a whole unit replacement would be needed. If your printers are Out of Warranty I would recommend contacting our Technical Support queue by phone to explore replacement Printhead and printer options.

I am not receiving yahoo email on my IPhone 6 and IPad Air, both are iOS 8.2. I can only access email by going thru Safari to the yahoo mail page. I tried to delete the yahoo account on the phone and reinstalled, to no avail. Any suggestions how to fix this problem?
My wife’s iPad was not downloading Yahoo mail, although her iPhone was. Both used IOS 8.2. We tried deleting the account several times and troubleshooting all of the other settings. The problem appears to have been that allowing the IOS to automatically create the account on the iPad resulted in the wrong settings for the incoming server. The following procedure, pieced together from two websites, fixed the problem for us. So far, so good.

On the iPhone, tap Settings.
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Enter the following incoming mail server information:

Tap Next.
The iPhone will establish an SSL connection to your IMAP and SMTP servers.

All of a sudden my itunes won't work ,it asks me to reinstall but still wont work

and I've tried reinstalling a few times now. I don't know what else to try??Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

Since downloading Yosemite Flash Player not working. Have downloaded Flash Player for Mac, but still not working. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
1. System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All
Press the "Delete All" button.
Install Adobe Flash Player.

Download it first.
The next step is important.
Click Safari in the menubar and select “Quit Safari”.
If it doesn’t quit, Force Quit it.
Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
When Force Quit window appears, select the application if not already.
Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.
Application will quit.
Follow the prompts and install it.
Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.
2. Allow Plug-ins
Safari > Preferences > Security
Internet Plug-ins > "Allow plug-ins"
Enable it. -

Can't print from safari to hp 4620 appears to print but does not first time i have attempted to print from safari , notes print fine no problems. It is like on a desktop my print is sitting in the queue there are error messages only the usual print dialogue. I've turned the printer off and back on with no luck any suggestions?
That's very strange. See if clearing the cache in Safari will make it work. I'll include the steps below. If that doesn't help, install a different browser, such as Opera, to see if that will print from pages that Safari won't. If it will, then something is wrong with Safari. If it doesn't print, then the web pages might have printing blocked. There are sites that are doing that for copyright reasons. Let me know what you find.
To clear the cache on Safari:
Open Settings.
Select Safari
Touch Clear Cache.
Select Clear.
Touch Clear Cookies.
Select Clear.
Touch Clear History.
Select Clear.

i got a new iphone 4s on friday, people told me i needed to connect this to the itunes asap.
i have had a ipod for 4 years and had no problem connecting to itunes before.
at first my computer would not find the iphone so i looked up tips from apple and other internet sources ... after deleting temp files my computer picked up my iphone but itunes didnt... i kept getting a pop up when going on to itunes saying "this iphone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the itunes installer to remove itunes, then install itunes again.
So i did i did this serveral times and the pop still keeps coming up and everytime i reinstall itunes i have to delete temp files for my computer to pick my iphone up. i contacted apple and an adviser sent me a link to follow to delete itunes and other in a order which i did several times and still not worked.
i tried my iphone on my mums computer and it has picked it up but in my mums itunes i want my itunes as i have purchased many songs. now my ipod wont even register to itunes. i also get a pop up from windows saying Host process for windows services stopped working and was closed ... i ahve followed all the advice for that even a clear up on my computer and still nothing. you can even find apple mobile device anywhere on the computer tho my mobile is charging when plugged in. i have tried everything that apple reccomends anyone able to help

I have a problem with connecting my iPhone to iTunes. I uninstalled one of the computer program and restart my laptop. After restart my laptop and a message said that iTunes might not working because one of the component is missing and request to reinstall the iTunes. Hence I remove iTunes from my laptop and I reinstall iTunes to my laptop but still not working.
Before this the iTunes will automatically launch when I plug in my iPhone. But after I reinstall iTunes, it's not working. When I try to plug in my iPhone after iTunes launched and message "This iPhone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, then install the 64-bit version of iTunes." popped out. I did this twice but it's not working as well.
Please advise what should I do to fix this.First make sue you are installing the 64 bit version of iTunes.
Second make sure it is iTunes 10.7 or later.
I would download a fresh copy of the 64 bit version of iTunes 11. After installation reboot your computer.
Before connecting your phone reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -

It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?
