OSX 10.9.1, will there be drivers for a Cannon MP800R printer

I can't find any drivers for a Cannon MP800R Printer/Scanner for use with OSX 10.9.1, does anyone know if these will be available.
The printing with the previous drivers produce striped printouts.

Bobster16, to answer to your question, there will not be any update from Canon for your printer drivers (see there : http://www.canon-europe.com/Support/Consumer_Products/operating_system_drivers/).
However, I also have a Canon MP800R printer and I found a solution on my own iMac, working under OSX Mavericks (10.9.1).
I first installed the following drivers and softwares from Canon website (although said not to be supported by Mavericks) :
Canon IJ Network Tool : mnt_-mac-4_2_0-ea11
MP Navigator v. 2.1.3 : mpnosx213ej7
MP800R printer driver : mp800rosxcp102620ea8-2
MP800R scanner driver : msd_-mac-mp800r-12_13_3-ej7
Installing those softwares allowed me to configurate the all-in-one printer, by using an USB cable.
In order to operate the MP800R by Wi-Fi, I then used Canon IJ Network Tool (installed automatically in Applications folder). It seems necessary to unable MAC adresses to set up the wireless mode. I had some troubles doing that, don't hesitate to ask for further information.
At that time, I could use my printer, but with some restrictions, e.g. some choices in the printer menu were stroken through. I then download from Canon Website the latest driver for MP printer (MP980 CUPS driver : mcpd-mac-mp980-10_84_2_0-ea13), and installed it. I didn't have to set up anything more, the files for Mavericks had been found by OSX, and everything works correctly now.
Please excuse the possible faults, English is not my mother tongue .

When will there be fix for AirPrint? Since upgrading to Yosemite I cannot print from my MacBook Air which I use mostly. (I can print from the my old 2005 G5 desktop and iPad2 just fine on the same network.) I could print just fine when I had Mavericks. I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun: resetting print system, deleting and adding the printer, checking for updates, uninstalling and reinstalling printer software and folders, turning off modem, router etc. NOTHING works.
The laptop shows that it is printing but nothing happens. Then it says it cannot locate the printer or there is a broken pipe. But it does tell me that I have a low level in one of the ink cartridges (which is true.)
Help! I have warned everyone I know not to upgrade. Is there a way to go back to Mavericks?

Hi.
Follow these steps to install the printer:

Basiclly you would need to turn the printer on and connect it to your Mac.
From the Apple Menu click on Software Update and install the HP Printer Drivers v3.0.
Next the printer should appear under Print & Scan, if it isn't click the plus sign and add it.

Well, I can confirm from my own experience and at least 2 others that the bluetooth does not work as there are no Qualcomm Atheros bluetooth drivers for this model under Windows 10. There is a thread discussing this. http://community.acer.com/t5/Windows-10/VN7-791G-bluetooth-devices-not-working-after-Windows-10-upgrade/td-p/375176 One person managed to get this working using Windows 8.1 drivers but I haven't been able to get it working so far.

Will there be generators for Data Modeler

Are there plans to add any generators to SQL Data Modeler? This would be similar to what we had in Oracle Designer. One of the nicest things with Oracle Designer was that we could interview the End Users, build the ERDs and FHDs based on the interviews, push them down to tables and modules and menus, then generate those with Forms and Reports and then show the End User the prototype. This would provide the feedback if we were in the right track or not very early on in the design process. Since we had the data model transformers, we could modify the logical model and then re-push the changes.
With DM 3.0 and all that it provides on the modeling side, will some form generators for a user interface be provided?

Mer is a Maemo 5 (freemantle) port for the N800 N810. it is allowing the older Nokia tablets to catch up to the N900.

I don't remember the website crashing when the Druid X was launched so I don't think there will be a problem with the iPhone unless a bunch of **bleep** from AT&T are on there trying to order on the 3rd when they can't until the 10th. From my research it looks like the Druid X was more hyped up and in more of a demand than the iPhone, Most say I will wait for the iPhone 5 or that there happy with Android and not a Apple fan boy I hope this is true so there will be more iPhones for the rest of us!

Are there LabVIEW drivers for the MCC USB-501 temperature logger

I am looking to purchase the MCC USB-501 and use it to acquire the ambient temperature on an event driven basis. The data logging portion is something I am interested in, I just want to have my application acquire the tempture when a certain event occurs. Does anyone have any LabVIEW drivers for this device?

I don't know what you mean by using a logger that collects data on an "event driven basis".
It is nifty little device, but it basically does one thing. It logs data. You load the software, configure it for when to start an how often to log data, unplug it, and put it where you want to log the temperature. When you're done, you get it plug it back in and download the data that was logged.
There is no way to configure it to react to events. It's possible that a LabVIEW driver exists for this, but all it would do is provide an alternate way of downloading the data instead of using the software that comes with it. It is not an immediate or interactive piece of hardware like a normal data acquisition card would be.

When will Creative have drivers for Win 7 64 bit

I just bought a X-fi notebook express-card, and I'm not very impressed with this card, I'm running Win 7 64 bit, so the Drivers CD was a wash, also, I have no way to control any of the functions, like Conrtol-panel, EQ and console, they don't work and are non-fucntional in Win 7 64 bit, and that Beta-driver that's offered on the download page is worthless it also has NO fuctionality, so Creative? Win 7 64 bit has been out for a yr. and a half now, WHEN are you gonna get some decent updated drivers for the X-fi notebook card, when i installed what you did have, I just wanted to CRY, such a shame, and this is a nice xpress-card, but, ya know don't you think it's kinda WORTHLESS without the Win 7 64 bit support.....: I mean come on creative, how can you sell something like this, WITHOUT any supported drivers, most PCs and laptops now run on Win 7 64 bit, haven't you even noticed this yet.......you should be ashamed of yourselves..........

Don't buy this Echo Indigo IOx ExpressCard for Notebook Computers if you are using Windows 7 64 bit I'm returning this card and I just got it today, my X-fi notebook express card sounds louder than this thing, and has "what U Hear" the Echo IOx card does not have the "What U Hear" in any of thier cards, so, I'm back with the Creative X-fi notebook, I got it to work by NOT using the windows driver dated 12/13/2009 this windows driver is broken, and will cause your X-fi notebook card not to work well ,so DON'T use that driver, I'm using this one Microsoft dated 7/13/2009, 61.7600.16385 , EQ fuction in the control-console is still broken in win 7 64 bit and I'm looking foward along with the Creative team for better driver support for Windows 7 64 bit, as I'm sure they are in-the-works, so, I'M BACK, and my X-fi notebook sounds Great , I'm glad I got my X-fi notebbok express card to work, somewhat, it's not the perfect fix, but it's doable at least for now

Hello everybody,
I alraedy read that there are no drivers for Pocket PC available to communicate with NI USB-6008 or other USB devices using LabView PDA Module. The reason is that most Pocket PCs have no USB host functionality. It's a pity, because I'm using a e800 Toshiba PDA that provides USB host functionality.
Furthermore I'm already using several NI USB-6008/6009 within applications developed with LabWindows and I would rather reuse these devices than byuing new ones like NI CF-6004. Perhaps NI offers a driver for Pocket PC - that would be nice.
Does anybody share my opinion or have some suitable solutions?

Hello Mario,
we are aware that the usage of the USB port on PDA devices is a feature that becomes more and more important. But at the moment we do not support it. Unfortunately we do not have an NI-VISA driver for PDA which is used for the USB devices on the PC side.

WIll There Be Preorders For White Iphone4?

I know it comes out the 2nd half of this month BUT does anyone know if they will have pre-orders for white before they are actually released and if so around what time would you estimate?

i dont think they will have pre orders i honestly think it will be easier to get because most people that wanted white went ahead and got black i think they will have enough stock to sell people the phone if they walk right in. but i havent heard anything about preorders on the white iphone 4 and nobody had posted anything about pre orders for it

Drivers for Canon BJC-1000 printer

I have a very old printer Canon BJC-1000. I understand that Canon do not have drivers for Mac OS and Apple is using Gimp-Print 5.0.0 beta2. However, my prints are all black and white despite I am using a colour cartridge. Is there a ny better driver?. I would like to try the latest release of drivers from this third party company: Gutenprint 5.0.0 cr2... will it work?

Unfortunately the Laserjet 1020 is not supported on a Mac operating system.
