Let me take your side here. Call verizon billing and tell them you are cancelling the phone and service since you have not received it from Fedex. Verizon requires you to sign for their shipments from Fedex. The carrier then tries three delivery attempts and then sends the package back to verizon.
If you paid by credit card call up and dispute the charge, since your 14 days of previewing has not technically started as to return it within that time frame, just cancel the whole order. Make sure Verizon does not try to bill you .

You could have went into a verizon store and got your phone imediately instead of being shipped.
A lost or stolen phone not signed for by you or authorized person is verizons problem and not yours. You don't owe verizon for service not provided or the phone that was not delivered. Call your bank or credit card company and have them remove the charge.

You can continue to use the current AppleID for iTunes, but your husband can create a new AppleID to use to create a new iCloud account that will be his own and not overlap with yours. If you do not have another email address to use for an AppleID, just get a free Gmail account and use that.
You can have as many AppleIDs as you want (or at least, as many as you have email addresses for). You can use a separate AppleID for the store, another for iCloud, and even another for iMessage if you wish.
You will want to keep the current one as the shared one for the store as all your previous purchases are permanently tied to it, and thus you need that AppleID to update or redownload your current purchased content. -
Have not been able to use keynote if it's linked to icloud. It just starts and turns off quickly. No problem if I toggle off using icloud. Any ideas.
Have you updated to the latest level of Keynote on your iPad? Keynote 2.0.1 (1075) - Check Settings > Keynote

You could try restarting or resetting your iPad.

I had the same problem last month.
The only fix was to call Apple Support. Basically, the history of the account could be followed and the hacker had changed the email address and no doubt the password of my apple id. The account also showed purchases in £ so I suspect the associated country been changed as well? Apple support blocked his associated credit card, restored the account back to a date where I had last used it and we then changed the Apple ID to a new email address. I could have used the old Apple ID, effectively regaining control of it, but I wasn't attached to it and it enhanced security by changing it.
Scared myself last night as my daughetrs iphone had been associated with the old ID and she couldn't access the icloud acocunt. I'd manged to restore her iphone, although it was asking for the passowrd of the hacked Apple ID, I used the password for the 'new' ID (just the old one with a changed email) and it worked. Even after restoring the iphone, I still had to change my 'new' apple id back to the 'old' email so she could sign out of the 'old' icloud account on her phone after the restore and disable 'find my iphone'. Only then could she add her own personal icloud account and I changed my apple id back to the new email. Confused?
Point is, you will need apple support to regain control of your apple id. If you're not attched to it and want a new or modified apple id, make sure you sign out of all assoicted devices first! -

When are you getting that error message? How long is the battery life? Please keep in mind that it will take the phone a few days after the update to adjust. In many cases 3rd party apps on the phone may no longer be compatible with the new software and can cause issues. We recommend to make sure all apps are updated.

My iphone 4s will not turn on, It was working properly and then I noticed the battery was at 1% I then proceeded to charge my phone like normal but nothing happened. IOS 6 has messed up my phone, what do i do?
I've literally just plugged my Iphone 4s in opened iTunes to update it, it got to the final stages of the update when it decided to stop and tell me the phone had been reset to the factory settings and then asked if i wanted to restore it, which didnt work! iv tried to restore it 5 times now and its still not working, the phone is even telling me to connect to iTunes when its plugged into the laptop and iTunes is open. is my phone completely buggered??
This has happened to me - trying to do a restore and that's not working either! This happened to me with iOS5 too. So this means being without my iPhone for several days or weeks AGAIN while I find time to trundle down to the Apple store for them to fix it - last time nothing I tried worked at all.
Fed up - this is why I'm switching to the Samsung Galaxy 2 guys - your software takes too long to download and update and then as often as not it causes far more problems than it fixes. Very disappointed -
How can I force iTunes to let me backup my iPhone to my computer as a new phone? It is not asking me if it is a new device but is trying to restore my old settings.
Go to iTunes Preferences, Devices tab. Check the box "Prevent iPods, iPhones & iPads from syncing automatically".

I have a SE K800i and after the 10.4.9 update used iSync 2.4 to sync up my iBook contacts and calendars to my phone. However, immediately after the first sync the K800i started to have troubles.
When I highlighted certain contacts the phone would turn itself off and on.
I tried syncing again to see if it would clear up the trouble but halfway through syncing the phone turns itself off and on and the sync fails and in the contacts list are some weird entries.
I cannot delete the offending contacts as trying to do so causes the phone to turn off and on.
I have tried deleting the device from iSync then adding it again. I also deleted the com.apple.isync.plist file - both to no avail.
Any ideas?

My phone is really acting up too, It takes forever to connect a call, sometimes it just doesn't connect, also fades in and out of service all the time now. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to connect to the internet, and this is ONLY after upgrading to 4.3.3
I have done a restore, reset & pulled my sim card. Nothing fixes it, Im quite frustrated.When restores appear to cause issues with iPhone function there is one fix that sometimes helps. That is to restore again and Set up as New iPhone when iTunes asks. Then after that use iTunes manually to Restore from Backup so you get your contacts and everything else back on the iPhone.

Under Settings->Messages->Send & Receive
1) is your Apple ID listed there?
2) Under "You can be reached..." is your phone number appearing at the top of the list and does it have a checkmark next to it?
3) Under "Start New Conversation From" is the checkmark next to your phone number? -

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Preferences/com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.trackpad.plist.
Move the .plist to your desktop.
Log out/in and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer ones.
