OT: site hacked or what?

My site is hosted over at HostMySite and since around the
middle of Jan I
have noticed that its not doing that well with google search.
Checked Webmaster tools for top searches and noticed it
listing some dodgy
phrases
When I do a search for that phrase, sure enough google lists
my site and the
site text in the listing is not quite what it actually is..

Looking at the page it seems fine and the source code looks

I tried google adwords keyword tool as it checks your site
for keywords
If I use the google adwords keyword tool found here

and use it to look at this page www.visit-the-coqui.com/home/
it gives me the following results (note: underwear is
mentioned???)
puerto rico (85), san juan puerto rico (10), puerto rico
vacation (9),
underwear (19), rincon puerto rico (6), Miscellaneous
keywords (2)
If I copy and paste the whole HTML for that page into the
optional text box
instead I get:
san juan puerto rico (11), puerto rico (91), puerto rico
vacation (9), to
puerto rico (5), Miscellaneous keywords (1)
this is as I would expect. I do not see anything wrong with
the html - could
there be something on my sites server (see below)?
So where is it picking up the underwear category from and
why?
Any ideas, suggestions as to what I need to do.
How can I tell where the site was compromised and if it is
still
compromised?

Security issues using Open Realty and DW (any sites hacked?)...

I am doing a real estate site and woud prefer to stick with DW and integrate the Open Realty plugin rather than jump in to Joomla for ease of manipulating the overall design. Have any of you ever had any sites hacked using OR? I know you have to use pconnect to use OR; does this increase MySQL vulnerability? I am using GoDaddy and am not sure if they even allow pconnect on their Linux/Apache servers...

A Trojan Horse almost always results from someone visiting a web site and/or receiving email and in the process inadvertently downloading malicious software. This malware did not get into the PCs on your network because someone on the internet got past your network's "firewall" ie the Airport Base Station.
What someone needs to do is to educate these PC users on your network on the basics of "safe computing", and to install and maintain software on their PCs to guard against and detect this type of malware at the moment it gains entry to the PC. What you do not need to do is expend effort beefing up the security of your network's connection to the internet.

Motion basically looks at the the source footage and it's timing (in the timing section of the Inspector) when analyzing for tracking. Filters are basically ignored by the tracker. Retiming actions, like time re-mapping, or retiming behaviors that are applied before the tracker should be used by the tracker. Did you change the timing after doing the tracking? If so this would also require you to re-track the shot. Understanding that you found a workaround, describing the effects you applied would help to explain why you ran into problems.

It won't download to my laptop. I changed the password as soon as I realized it and can get the mail on online, but just cant get it to download to my mac. I just get the dropdown window asking for my password, I enter the new pw and it just repeats itself.

Site hacked and IPS didn't detect a thing

one of our websites was hacked, the attacker used weakness in the scripting, what he did was added to the address "http://www.xxx.com/details.asp?id=xxx+update+textnews+..." and by this he changed the main page.
My question is why the IPS did not detect it ? isn'this some known form of SQL injection ?
is there some good explanation about these types of attacks and what should be done to further prevent this type of attacks

I assume the application is custom, not purchased "off the shelf"? It looks like your custom application is vulnerability to some form of URL tampering, but without more details it's hard to be sure. IDS is a signature based technology and as such doesn't do such a good job of detecting flaws in custom applications. If you allow HTTPS, it has no chance. There is something called an application firewall that is generally more effective for securing custom applications.

Intermittent connection to domain from remote site.. What is the recommended solution?

I used to have a separated branch office with its own application/db standalone server, and about 15 users locally configured on that server...
Recently we implemented a Microwave connection (25 Mbps) between the main and branch office, joined the server of the branch office as a member server of the main office domain and add users' accounts to the domain. So now remote users have there logon
and credentials from the DC in the main office but still work on there application/db member server located on the branch office.
The problem in this design is that when the connection occasionally goes down, users can't work on their application although there server is located on their same LAN, because they can't gain the necessary credentials from the DC/GC on the main site!!!
Would you please suggest any solution for this problem... do I have to make a local DC in the branch office, or create Child domain, or what?
PS.. I'm working on Windows 2003 domain

If you are not running low on budget and bandwidth is not a concern, consider implementing an additional domain controller in your branch office and make it as global catalog.

I Built A Site On iWeb, what next?

I built my website on iWeb and am now ready to make it live. What do I have to do in order to do this? Do I have to buy MobileMe? I also want to have my own domain name like www.myname.com

Wyodor posted a slick method of making an image of the photo and frame to replace the photo and frame which will be composed of many image files that make up the frame.
1 - Select the photo in iWeb.
2 - Open Preview and select File->New From Clipboard (Command+N).
3 - Go to the File menu and select Select All (Command+A)
4 - go back to iWeb and do a paste (Command+V).
This will give you an single image file of the photo and frame to replace the multiple files. Then delete the original photo. This will facilitate faster loading of your site in browsers.
