OTA update for A10-70 failed "no command"
I just updated using the OTA update available for my A10-70 and when it rebooted, it says "No command" . I can get to the recovery, and I tried doing a factory reset on it, but the tablet still won't boot. Any ideas? Is there a factory image I can use somewhere to do the adb sideload? I'm stuck.
Well, I found the rar file, but how on earth do I install this thing? I tried looking at the instructions on their website (translated into english) but there's missing screenshots and the russian doesn't really translate well into technical instructions.

The only options for me on the tablet when it boots up is going into recovery (can't connect via ADB), or going into the "apply update from ADB) which gives me access for ADB Sideload, or going into fastboot (can't connect via ADB). In a nutshell, where do I need to be when I run the flash tool?

I did a complete uninstall (including the CS5 Clean Tool) and reinstalled MC CS5. I ran the updater and everything seems to have updated properly. Thanks for your help. I was holding off on the reinstall because of the time involved with reconfiguring the apps, reinstalling plugins, etc.
Looking at the installer log, there appears to be some permissions related entries that were not present in logs of the failed installs. Here is the relevant section of the log.

A recent download of an iTunes update, for some unknown reason, failed on my computer. Since then I get a system error message everytime I log on telling me that the program cannot be opened because 'MSVCR80.d11' is missing from my computer. When I try to open iTunes I get an 'error 7 (Windows error 126)' message and am advised to reinstall iTunes. However, when I attempt to do this, it downloads the programme and gets as far as installation, at which point I get yet another message: this time 'Service Apple Mobile Device failed to start'.
I am at a loss to know what to try next and would appreciate any assistance. I'm also concerned that, in the process of reinstalling iTunes, I am going to lose all the music I have collected over the years.Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

I've read posts here and talked to techs saying that the OTA update is supposed to be today and well it's today so is it delayed? Just wondering I've checked a few times and it says no new software available. Anyone have an idea of when?

yeah......and when i signed up for email alerts for the tbolt you would've thought i would have recieved an email prior to it actually being on the shelves. i doubt that page will be updated until they've already started pushing it. and even if it is, it's easier to check your phone for available updates, than to check the site every morning. i just find it easier (and less frustrating) to wait until i see everyone on the forum talking about actually recieving the update, than to count on verizon to actually clue us in....or even know themselves, when it will happen. heck, they advertised this phone in the best buy ads and ran tv commercials for it for a month before they even knew when they would release it....lol. -

Adobe Updater has an Update for Extension Manager 6.0.5 that has failed to install on both my computers multiple times. Has any experienced this? Is this update essential?

Latest Update for Adobe Muse fails.
What is Adobe doing about putting out a new update download file for Adobe Muse? Everytime I try and run the download and install it fails and I have to uninstall and reinstall Muse. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I have seen other discussions regarding this issue on this forum. How about it Adobe?I have to start Muse and say install update later to be able to proceed into Muse.
The error message reads

I have tried un-installing and re-installing air and have un-installed and re-installed Muse and to get into Muse I have to remind me later to get Muse to start. If I choose update the install will fail and Muse will no longer start then I have to go through the process all over the way.
Any help you can provide me would be appreciated. Has anyone else had similar issues when trying to updat Muse? Post your issues here. -

OTA Updating is a feature of iOS 5.
Getting upgraded TO iOS 5, however, you have to connect it to iTunes like all previous updates. -

Small but critical point. The Apple TV2 uses Micro USB- NOT Mini USB. Very big difference (no pun intended.) I just didn't want somebody to go out and buy a Mini USB cable thinking it would fit their ATV.
Mini USB is a common cable. It is used by almost all digital cameras, most USB hubs, etc. So most of us can dig out a Mini USB cable somewhere in the house.
Micro USB cables of the type needed by ATV2 are far more rare. I own literally dozens of USB devices, phones, cameras, printers, hubs, and still did not have a Micro USB cable.
FWIW, I went and bought one and my bricked ATV2 still would not Restore. Had to return it to Apple.

Tried to install latest iTunes for Windows update on my PC Win 7 and it fails again wioth same error messages as with the previous update in Febr.

Then tried the manual install after download, get the message that Apple mobile service failed to start and make sure i have required privileges to do so(Total BS)
the SetupAdmin.exe file does not provide any action.
Then right clicked the iTunes6464.msi file and installed it. Seems to install the update but when iTunes starts get the: "error 7" msg with iTunes helper was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. then w're in that **** loop......LOL
I believe this is because I have a 4 yr old laptop with old graphic card. -
Adobe creative cloud shows update for photoshop but fails to install
I recently downloaded the trial version of PhotoShop through the creative cloud app for my Microsoft surface pro3.
The program seemed to completely install apart from at the end there was an update that failed.
It still shows an update in the cc app but when you click on it, it attempts to install but fails.

OTA update for preinstalled ps touch on galaxy note 10.1?
Will there be an update to 1.3 for the pre-installed ps touch, or will note 10.1 users have to pay for the update? Also, it would be nice to see more brush options and better utilization of pressure sensitivity in the stylus.

When is the next OTA update for Droid2?
Anyone know when the next update is coming? I bought my Droid2 in August and haven't been able to use it because of activesync / SSL issues. Google fixed this issue in September but Verizon is still testing. PLEASE HELP this phone is worthless without corporate email.

Everybody panic! The guys over at Android Central spotted this posting from on the Android code repository (from one of Android’s Security engineers, no less) indicating that the next major build — presumably the much hyped Gingerbread — will be version 2.3. The bad news? Rumors had pinned Gingerbread at version 2.5 or 3.0, implying that it’d be a fairly monstrous update.
Sure, there are no official rules for version numbering; the jump from 2.2 to 2.3 can be just as huge as a jump from 2.2 to 2.5, 3.0, or 8.7. But there are unspoken rules (largely fueled by pride). Rule #1: If it’s a big ol’ update, show it with the version number.
