'Other Address List' not showing in Address Book

I'm trying to create an customized address list that will appear in the address book. I've placed the contacts into a contacts folder, and placed this contacts folder into a .pst file. This way, I can distribute this .pst file for others to use the same
address list.
I'm aware that I have to tick 'Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book', under the properties of the contact folder.
This address book does show up under 'Other Address List' -> name of the address book, when we look at the address book drop down list. This is when I only have 1 email account under the same Outlook profile.
When I have more than 1 email account under the same Outlook profile, this address list shows itself under the 2nd email account, and not 'Other Address List'.
Is this by design or could it be a bug? Is there a way to fix this / any workarounds? Thank you!
FYI I am waiting for verification of my account as I can't post pictures or links. I've already completed verification by clicking the link. Maybe there's a delay somewhere.

I tested this issue and I can reproduce it in my environment. However, as far as I know, this behavior won't affect the usage of the address book.
I searched the internal resource but I cannot find a bug report regarding this issue. If you have any suggestion about this issue, you can submit a feedback via:

Distribution List Not Showing in GAL

Using the Exchange Management Console in 2007 I created a new Distribution List and added some users to it. It is showing up under All Address Lists > All Groups. But it is not showing up under the Global Address List.
How can I get it to show up under the GAL?

Please try below steps :
following command in the Exchange Management Shell.
Get-GlobalAddressList | Format-List Name,*RecipientFilter*,ExchangeVersion
This command lists detailed information on the Global Address Book. To view information on all of the other address books on your Exchange 2007 server issue the following command:
Get-AddressList | Format-List Name,*RecipientFilter*,ExchangeVersion
Both of the above commands will display the following Address Book attributes:
Name
RecipientFilter
LdapRecipientFilter
LastUpdatedRecipientFilter
RecipientFilterApplied
RecipientFilterType
ExchangeVersion
If the RecipientFilterType is set to Legacy that means that the Address book has not been upgraded to the Exchange 2007 format.
Below is the command that I ran to correct this issue:
Set-GlobalAddressList "Default Global Address List" -RecipientFilter {(Alias -ne $null -and (ObjectClass -eq 'user' -or ObjectClass -eq 'contact' -or ObjectClass -eq 'msExchSystemMailbox' -or ObjectClass -eq 'msExchDynamicDistributionList' -or ObjectClass -eq
'group' -or ObjectClass -eq 'publicFolder'))}
While all of our other Address Books had been upgraded, you will need to ensure that you upgrade all of the Address Books on your Exchange 2007 server.

Contact choice list not showing up on dial screen

I have a large contact list in the address book and today the contact choice list not showing up on the dial screen when I press the first one or two letter of the contact name, for example, there are 2 contact in my address book, John Smith and John Joe, when I press "john", BB will filter the address list and show up 2 contacts above in the choice list, but it stop working today, any ideas? thank you.

Never mind! If anyone else has this issue.... After trying numerous things , I simply turned iMessages off on ipad, restarted ipad and logged back in.

This is sporadically occurring issue hence I cannot pin point one single reason. Since sometimes you are able to logon and some time not certainly it could not be a Role authorization issue.
Just check if your business role is properly configured. Thats all i can say.

The ID Program folder will be relevant to your OS...
I took a shot and right clicked on my Scripts Samples, choose reveal in Explorer and opened up the ID Program folder.
As shown, there is a Fonts folder.
Drag/Copy/Paste fonts to this folder.

Where are the other address books that I had? Now personal, only

The original Personal Address book was unused and I had another Griffith Yahoo address book. I uploaded lots of data to that. It and another historical address book have disappeared with the latest update. I'm totally fouled up with the lost addresses. Help to find the old book. The reason for the old Personal not being used was it didn't track my Emails sent.

Wonderful- all my address books are there. Just clicking on the View-Layout-Directory Pane solved the current problem. Many Thanks. I had imported a lot of my Directory contacts from the XP computer to that address book. It's not great buy at least I had a storage spot. Again - thank you.

IBase search result list not showing in Account Identification

I'm new to CRM and we have an upgrade issue. We just migrated to EHP3 for SAP CRM 7.0. After the migration, the installed Base result list is not showing in the Account Identification screen. We have the requirement to show the installed base on the right side of the confirmed account and also the result list in case the customer have multiple equipments. The first part is working correct and it shows the data if there is only one equipment with the customer. But in cases where there are more than 1, the installed base view shows blank and also the result list does not show. Instead the Interaction History is displayed. I have checked all the forums and the config and it all looks correct. Here is the list of config that we have
1) I have the Account Identification Profile created and assigned the Object Component 'ICCMP_IBASE' to it with Auto Search checked ON. This I believe is for the IBase Details which is working fine for single equipments.
2) Function Profile 'BPIDENT' with value of the Account Identification Profile has been assigned to the Business Profile.
3) The Installed Base Profile 'DEFAULT_TREE' has been updated to UNCHECK 'Display Tree' as we want the result list.
4) Function Profile 'IBASE' with value 'DEFAULT_TREE' has been assigned to the Business Profile.
Am I missing something? The exact same config works perfectly in a box that has not yet been upgraded. Any help would be appreciated...

Contact list not show after migration Exchange 2007 to 2010

Hello.
I have a old infraestructure with exchange 2007 and new organizacion with exchnage 2010
If I migrate a mailbox from 2007 to 2010 I can open the mailbox on 2010 without problems,
From owa works correct active sync and outlook work correct, I can send a receive mails but, from outlook client I can not see the Global Address list.
Step by step:
User with mailbox over exchange 2007.
Outlook, owa active sync.. all is working fine and I can see the Global Addres list from owa and from outlook.
Move mailbox from 2007 to 2010
Completed ok without errors
The user mailbox on 2010 working fine, I can access by owa by outlook and active sync and from owa I can see the Global Addres list but from outlook I can not see the GAL.
I've tried diferents outlook versions: 2003 2007 and 2010 but I can not see the GAL
If I try to download de GAL from Outlook I see outlook download the correct list and complete ok without erros but not show on outlook.
I don't know why..
Exchange 2007 with sp3 and 2010 with sp3 too.
Any idea how could resolve this problem?

Did you migrate your address list or create a new one? Move-OfflineAddressBook "Default Offline Address Book" -Server <your Exchange 2010 server>
Get-OfflineAddressBook | fl *server*
Set-OfflineAddressBook "\Default Offline Address Book" -VirtualDirectories "your exchange server\OAB (Default Web Site)"

Contact list not showing up after upgrade to iOS5

Just upgraded to iOS5 now my contact list is blank but the contacts still show up on incoming calls and text messages. I have the iPhone4 and yes I have reset the phone. Any clue how to get them to list again in the contact area? Thanks for any help!

My contacts were still in place after upgrading to 5, but I could not get into them. Clicking on a name would just freeze the Address Book. Some other thread here suggested the "soft reset", holding down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and power cycling the phone. That solved the problem for me.

Server app task list not showing up!

All of a sudden when I try connecting to my Macpro server locally using the Server app. I connect (no error msg's) but the dialog box with the setup boxes, views, task ..etc is not showing up. When I look at the view on menu bar all the features are greyed out. The only thing showing up is "hide accounts'. Working fine couple of days ago, no changes were made Any idea?

Thanks everyone for the replies. Here is how I corrected the problem. I deleted and installed a fresh Server app, so now I was able to connect and view my profiles, Noticed in the "Alerts" window that my localhost IP has changed from the original one I used to setup the server. I normally use DHCP with manual i/p. The other night I played around with network addressing and changed to DHCP. That's when my problem started. All is good now and again thanks for quick response!

I have 191 contacts in my personal list. But something happened and now when I click on the bookmarks icon it takes me to add a contact and I cannot access my contacts. HEL! lol thanks

Do this... With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
Now, once back up and running, go to your Address Book, and open it. See your contacts?

Telephone Call List not showing in the T.Code - CRMD_TM_CLDIST

Hi Experts,
We are working in SAP CRM- ISU project in which we need to transfer the telephone call list to CRM .When we execute the transaction code CRMD_TM_CLDIST in CRM,system does not show any call list,as in ECC system is reflecting one call list successfully transferred(No of lines for processing 1)
We have executed the transaction FPVT to transafer the call list to crm system but crm system is not showing any call list under transaction code CRMD_TM_CLDIST.
Please share your input as how telephone call list will be displayed in crm system through ECC.

We are triggering the dunning process in SAP ECC, there when we excute the transaction FPVT after entering all the details & click on execute then in ECC,system shows that (No of lines for processing 1).
We need dunning customers in CRM through calling list,but when we execute the T.code CRMD_TM_CLDIST, no calling list is reflecting.

Application list not showing in GoTo menu in 5130

When I try to add applications to the GoTo menu in 5130-c2, the application list (from Select Options) is not showing. Instead it hangs and I need to switch off my phone and restart. My software version is latest. Please help me solve this. I have installed applications both on phone and on memory card.

dont dispaly data directly,after creating the both objects for containers and code for fcat and lay out ,
then execute the report , if you able tos see small grid in corner, u can dispaly internal table by using settable_for_first_display.

Why is my to-do list not showing in mail

I have watched tutorial on setting up to-do lists in Mail but my mail application is not show To-Do only notes and flagged are showing under the reminders heading. How can I fix this?

Only my computer hard drive is and I want to import from an external drive. I have always been able to until I updated to Aperture 3.6 and Yosemite.
I had the same problem. On the folders on the drive with the Aperture library did show in the Import panel. After I clicked the computer icon in the upper left corner of the Import panel, suddenly all drives appeared.
You can also try to drag the folder you want to import into the Import panel, to point the file chooser to the drive.
