No puedo instalar otra vez el Premier Cs6

hace unos meses que estoy pagando el abono de Creative Could y pude bajarme varias aplicaciones incluido el Premier CS6, hace una semana reinstale el Windous y cuando quise reinstalar el Premier no me lo permite el creative, si baje las demas aplicaciones pero necesito Premier fundamentalmente, es la razon por la que abono mensualmente. Cual es el incoveniente que no me permite bajar otra vez el programa?

I want to download trail of Photoshop to see if it will do what I am needing... It made me download Creative Cloud and now it won't even open...... What do I need to do to get this free trial of Photoshop?

When I downloaded Creative Cloud it made me set up an account, download, verify my email. Now when I go and double click or right click and run, or right click and run as an administrator, Creative Cloud does nothing.................. I just want to download a trial of Photoshop to see if it will let me edit my images the way I need them done... If it works I plan on purchasing it because I will need to edit pictures repeatedly. It is quite frustrating when I try and download Photoshop and it makes me download this other thing to make it more "seemless" but then it doesn't even work. Now when I go to try and download Photoshop it just redirects to the Creative Cloud website and pops up saying it has to open something outside of Google Chrome. If I hit cancel, it does nothing (obviously), if it hit launch, it still does nothing...................... What am I doing wrong here???

How many times can I download free trial of Photoshop?

I dowloaded the free trial of Photoshop CS6 in April but wasn't able to try it because I got herniated discs in my neck and a pinched nerve in my arm. Today I downloaded it again but when the screen comes up with the buttons License this Software or Continue Trial it won't let me click on Continue Trial. So is it a one time deal when you can use the free trial? Thanks from a frustrated Mac user.

You can try to download creative cloud Desktop.

Once it is downloaded try to sign in and then try to download the applications.

Kindly refer : CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed.

When I hit the Buy Now button I am put in a field to buy Photoshop Elements 13, with no way to change to Elements 10. I do not want to go through the hassle of reinstalling etc. In fairness, it's been over a month since making the decision to buy. Still, I consider this a nightmare. Adobe does not sell older versions of their software. If you wish to purchase an older version you will have to find and take your chances with a third party vendor.

I downloaded the 30 day free trial of Photoshop on 9/11, but have not been able to open it, or even find it on my computer. I do have the Adobe Create Cloud icon, and when I click it it list PS as downloaded and lets me access tutorials, but that is all.

Hi Homerguy,
If you are using Mac, please open the finder window click on go and choose applications and try to launch Photoshop from there.
If windows, please navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 and double click on the Photoshop.exe file.

It would be necessary that you have to use "Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool". (see Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 )
The order varies depending on your individual needs:
1. Maybe you have to activate/deactivate, so please have a look there:

2. Sometimes, we know in the meantime, the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
3. Did you already try "uninstalling and re-installing"? Be careful with (de)installing aso. by (de)installing by your own resources. As much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)
