Application Loader, unless there's another one I'm not familiar with, is part of the iOS SDK. That have usurped the .zip, or you may have removed that application but your Mac is still holding onto the mapping of Zip files to that application. Select a .zip file in Finder, Get Info, and go to the Open with section. Select Archive Utility and click Change All. That should fix the problem.

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are trying to log into with your Apple ID, or what exactly you are seeing (alert message, directions, etc) when you try to do so. Because of different local copyright laws and licensing you cannot keep everything exactly the same except for iCloud, which is not affected. You will have to create a new Apple ID for use on the UK iTunes Store with a form of payment drawn on a local bank and an address in the UK. Even a four-year-old MacBook should have come with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard. Leopard can run the latest version of iTunes; it will download and install pretty much automatically if you run Software Update.
You might first have to be sure that you are running the latest version of Leopard, which is 10.5.8. This, too, will download and install for you if you run Software Update. Just keep running Software Update until there is nothing left to download and install (you might have to run it more than once because some updates require previous updates to be installed first).
If you have a version of Mac OS X earlier than 10.5, then you can't run the latest version of iTunes. You will need to buy a more recent version of Mac OS X. You must be running at least 10.4 Tiger, and you can upgrade directly to Snow Leopard from Tiger. Apple still sells Snow Leopard for about $30 and you might find it slightly less at a retailer or on eBay. After upgrading to Snow Leopard, you will be able to upgrade to Lion using the Mac App Store for another $30 or so if your MacBook meets the minimum system requirements.

Do you have Facebook? Use that or any other similar online website you have access to.
Its basically a contact the author/support - much the same as you find in apps etc.
There are also many "free webs " which you just need to sign up and add your own text and images to a gixed free template. Do an online search for "free websites".

I cant upload any new music onto my iphone because im already connected to another iTunes library.

Basically, when I got my very first iPhone, I had connected it to an iTunes library on my laptop at the time.
Since then, that laptop has broke and I have my new one with iTunes on it. All of my iPhone's content is on this new iTunes apart from my music which it wont let me upload any other than what I have purchased on my phone. Every time I try to sync my music, it says that it will replace all of my iPhone's content for the content which is on my old iTunes. I do not want this to happen, is there anything I can do?

This happens if you are Syncing to a Different iTunes Library on a Different Computer.
By design, the iPhone will Only Sync to One iTunes Library at a time,

I am having a terrible time connecting to my ISP via dial-up. If I go to system preferences and click the network, and set up a new location, put in all the info, the computer will configure and connect me. But then I get the pop up message shown in the Post Topic. It only has an OK button you can click on. If I go off line it will not reconnect unless I go through the process again. It would appear the computer (maybe through something I have unknowingly done) is resisting any change. Any Ideas or advice? I'm pulling my hair out! Up to a few days ago I had no problem at all.

We can always move them back if it doesn't work out.

Deployment failed: J2EE application: *** has already been deployed

Hi,
I have a half deployed app I need to get rid of.
Enterprise manager failed to re-deploy it (memory problem) and now tells me it's already deployed if I try to deploy it but doesn't show it in the list of applications, so I can't undeploy it.
I have "grep"ed all the files in the config directory for my app name - no mention of it there. Nothing in the applications or application-deployments directories either.
Any ideas where it's lurking and how to remove it?

Robert, it seems that you are stuck in EM as you can not deloy nor undeploy nor redeploy that application.
I am not sure if it works well, but can you try the command-line utility j2ee/home/admin.jar? You can do
java -jar admin.jar ormi://localhost:${rmi_port} ${admin_user} ${admin_passwd} -deploy -file ${ear_file} -deploymentName ${app_name} -bindWebApp ${web_site_name}
Check java -jar admin.jar -help for more information.
Logout EM and login after the above deployment. If successful, you can undeploy the app then. If you have several oc4j instances, you might have to synchronize them then. . By the way, which oc4j version?

And if you have installed it, make sure you don't have a duplicate, older copy somewhere on your system. If you moved iTunes from its default location or renamed it, the installer or Software Update probably left the older copy in place and installed the new version and you may be launching the old one.

See if the iTunes update is available with software update, get it from downloads (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1576), or otherwise find the link to 10.7 in the "how do I downgrade from iTunes 11" threads. Most of them link to non-Apple sites carrying previous software versions like itunes 10.7.

My podcast has been rejected by iTunes for listing but I don't know why

I submitted a podcast a day or so ago for an iTunes listing, but received a note this morning saying it had been rejected. As it was a form letter, there was no explanation as to why this was. There was a link to a very long webpage with multiple things to check, but I truly believe I got the improtant things right. I ran a test as instructed to confirm that I could load the RSS feed into iTunes to see if it worked - it did.
Can anyone please help me out and suggest:
(a) what I might have done wrong?
(b) can I resubmit once I have made the appropriate modification?

There appears to be no technical problem with the feed, and you have an 'explicit' tag set to cover the strong language. On a quick check there appears to be one brief piece of music, and the use of this would be a breach of copyright unless you have obtained written permissions: this could get you removed though I don't know whether that actually is the reason, it's just the only issue I can see.
It might even be a glitch at the server end - it's been known - so you could try submitting again in a day or so. You may need to change the title slightly to do this.
You should remove the earlier episode in your feed - it's a placeholder by podbean.
