We moved and our address has changed. Also our AMEX card identity has been stolen twice and AMEX has changed our number and security code twice already. Now i am trying to edit my account at Itunes. Every time I try to edit our account at Itunes, I get this message: "YOUR SESSION HAS TIMED OUT. TRY AGAIN" Anything i am doing wrong? How do I get to the accounting department without getting this message?

I am having this problem too. I recently changed ISP b/c I wanted the iPhone, so I had to update my iTunes username to my Gmail account.
In fact, I logged in HERE using it as my new Apple Id... so it works!
But for some **** reason that is driving me nuts my iPhone will not connect to the iTunes store using my new Apple Id. It keeps saying my email has changed or is invalid and asks me to sign in to change it. So I do that, and it lets me in USING MY NEW Apple ID!!!! Then I go back out to the buy the App and the madness starts all over.
Come on Apple, do you want me to buy your apps, or what?

I have recently been experiencing problems with my iPhone and iCloud backup. My iPhone tells me I have not backed it up to iCloud in over 4 weeks, when in actually it was 2 days ago. To backup to iCloud, you actually backup on your phone, not your computer. To backup to iCloud, you MUST be connected to wifi. While on wifi, go to Settings> iCloud (sign into iCloud if you haven't yet)> Sorage & Backup> Backup Now. You get 5GB of complimentary iCloud storage. For most people, that's enough. iCloud backup stores app data (game progress, login, etc), contacts, calendars, notes, and photos. The apps themselves and your music can be retrieved in the iTunes and app stores for free again by going to the purchased area.

I had this problem, but it was because I was clicking on an external link. Try instead going straight into iTunes, then going to the Podcast section. At the bottom of the "Podcast Quick Links" section, there's a text, "Submit a Podcast." Click on this instead. Once I did, I got to the same page as before, but it did process the feed.

I agree. I don't rely on iCloud as a backup, that is what I have my portable hard drive for. Its 500 GB so I can hold my entire iTunes library several times over on it. I have all my movies on my hard drive, but somehow "The Mist" got deleted off of my hard drive, so I figured "Well, the option to redownload an already purchased movie is available through iCloud, I'll just do that!"
And permissions and download availability have nothing to do with it, the movie's still there, it still allows me to redownload it. The only problem is when I click download, I get that message.
And nobody else uses my computer, but I do have multiple accounts authorized on it. Even still though, I am attepmpting to download it through the account I purchased it under. :/

Try a reset...
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Then restart your iPad.

I would just explain that this just started happening, that nothing has changed on the phone, that it is an original iPhone and I wondered if they are implementing a change in coverage with their Edge network in my area.
If you restore your phone, you will be given an option to back up your phone at the beginning of the process (see step 6 here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414). You will be given the option to restore to that backup at the end of the restore process. Your messages are stored in the backup so restoring to the backup will return the messages to your phone. As far as I can see I have placed pictures on all the pages. I admit that on some pages I could have placed 3 or 4 pictures but I chose to use ony one or two. Could that be the problem?

The error seems pretty clear - you must have a photo in evey photo frame in order to place your order - so you must either change the layout (if you only want one photo on a page then use a layout with one photo) or put photos in the spots you have not filled

Either use different icloud IDs (accounts) on each device, or on the iPad, turn off iMessage (Settings>Messages). Or use a different Send & Receive address (same settings page).

A look around the internet and my previous knowledge indicates this is not an issue with firefox, but with how the server that the app is run on is incorrectly configured. To test this, please install an old version of firefox. You can download an older version from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html then try to visit the website again. Please let us know if it turns out that it works with version 3.6
