Out of Memory Exception while I am not using the all memory
Dear,
On the Java sun Emulator, I use the memory graphic to see how i could optimize my application.
And I have got what that's for me a suprise, a Out of Memroy Excpetion while the graphic show that I use a bit less thant the half of the memroy available.
Does someone could make guess about the troubles or giving me some clouds ?

Pardon me if I am stating the obvious, but the Oracle 10g database embedded JVM is compatible with JDK 1.4 (and not JDK 1.5 -- even though NIO was introduced with JDK 1.4).
Also, the Oracle JVM is not the same as SUN's, so don't expect it to behave in exactly the same way. For differences between them, I suggest looking through the Oracle documentation, and exploring the MetaLink Web site.

You'll probably want to get the machine revved up ahead of time so it's misbehaving when you walk in the door, rather than count on it to act up — or not — after you and the Genius have been standing around waiting for a while. (BTW, I'm assuming that once it starts acting up, it continues to do so until you give up and shut it down. Is that true?) -
I am running out of hard drive space so I clear 32GB of space at midnight and went to bed.
When I wokle up I had no space left even though I had not used the computer, the system.lg is FULL of stuff and I have no HD space anymore?

the OmniDiskSweeper was a very helpful download, because it laid out the HD and all the files on it in a "largest to smallest" fashion. When I did this I found that I had an inordinate amount of memory being taken up in my Mail Data folder, this did not make much sense so when I dug deeper I found that a 59MB scanned file that I had emailed 3 weeks ago had not been delivered, so the computer was retrying every minute and saving the history of what it was doing, so it was saving the 59MB file as well as the log about the 59MB file and hence for the last 3 weeks it's been chewing away at HD space recording the activity of the undeliverable file.
I deleted the Data record folders and removed the yahoo account from My Mail and reinstalled it with proper IMAP information and the HD is secure and holding at 331GB of free space. Like it ought to be.
I love the fact that if something very strange is happpening on your MAC there is a REASON....find it and fix it, and move on. In the PC world you would reboot 20 times, call some guy in India who will ony try to sell you a new subscription or warranty for $99 and never solve anything.

When my screen saver has been on a while, I have to use the cursor to "rub out" part of the screen saver to see my login section. Can anyone help me with this?
I don't have a solution for you, but just wanted to let you know I used to have the exact same problem. I resolved it (for the most part....about 90% of the time, anyway) by adjusting the screensaver and power settings to never let the computer go to sleep.

If you have a CDMA phone, there is no way to deactivate Call Waiting from the phone. You'll need to contact your carrier.

After Effects is NOT using the full Twelve GB of memory on my Mac Pro late 2013 dual video cards
I would like to know if there is a reason why AE CC12 and CC13 (2014) is not using the full amount of video card memory on my MP late 2013. It's six GB per freaking card I invested in and its not accessing it.
Is there a work around this issue?Why shouldn't it. When I upgraded to this new Mac Pro late 2013 with its dual video cards. Premier turned into a blasting fast editor. I no longer need to render my edited cuts and the scrubbing of preview and timeline footage is phenomenal. The only performance boost I've seen in AE with this new system is in rendering and I can't even say its double as fast in comparison to Premier or Encoder and its an 8-Core system with 32GB of ram. Everything else is flying.
So again to answer your why should it. I rebuttal with "Why shouldn't it". The other two mentioned programs are using GPU resources to improve performance why is AE so behind the curve.
I'm not the only one asking why. I was in the audience at a Dmala meeting here in LA with Todd Kopriva and Al Mooney previewing AE and Premier 2014.
People kept asking Todd about performance boost in between questions about new features. Todd finally just asked what do you prefer a couple of new features or performance boost. Everyone wanted performance boost over new features. If you think I'm making this up go ask Todd Kopriva. -

They advice me to turn off my mac and unplug power by 15 seconds, after that turn it again. Now it works. Will see. If noice will come back I bring it to a service provider. -

If someone from Adobe could GUARANTEE that this problem would go away if I
purchased CS4, I would pony up the cash and do it. However, I'm skeptical
about that because I just saw someone else post a message on the forum today
who is running CS4 and getting the exact same runtime error as me.
I'll try un-installing and re-installing as Admin, and if that doesn't work,
maybe I can find a used copy of CS3.
In the meantime, I'm also wondering if a Photoshop file can carry any sort
of corrupt metadata inside it once it has errored out? Reason I ask is, I
had to port all of my old PSD files to the new computer, and I only seem to
be getting this error when I attempt to work on one of the files that
previously got the runtime error when they were sitting on my XP machine.
When I create new files from scratch on this new computer, they seem to be
working just fine (at least, for now).
If so, I would probably be smart to never open those troublesome
"errored-out" files again.
