We have a lot of materials to delivery to  a same customer and we have to create  an outbound delivery  for some SA which they had same devliery date.
Which should I do?could you give me some suggestions.
thank you in advance

Hello,
With reference to sales order  :::
Schedule lines are the details in which SAP stores information about how much quantity will be delivered to customer from the complete order quantity & by what date it will be delivered.
Line item is one material entry from a sales order which contains order from customer for various materials & clubbed together in one order.

A contract is a type of outline purchase agreement against which release orders (releases) can be issued for agreed materials or services as and when required during a certain overall time-frame.

How send an  outbound delivery and billing document by FAX

    Hi,
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/2b/d925bf4b8a11d1894c0000e8323c4f/frameset.htm
You have to create an RFC user for the RFC interface, so that you can receive messages in your SAP system. For each external communications system, create an RFC destination and a Node.
You can add more systems, that is, create new nodes, even during operation. Since new Customizing settings may be necessary, you can branch directly from SAPconnect administration to Customizing (for example, to maintain the rules for recipient number adjustment).
Outgoing messages are first stored in a queue. You have to schedule send processes so that the messages are sent from the queue to the external communications system. You can distribute incoming messages with inbound distribution using the recipient addresses.
You can also change the default settings for confirmations of receipt in the Internet. You can specify a default domain to enable messages to be sent externally to users or objects to which no Internet address is assigned.
The tools for monitoring and error analysis are available for monitoring sending. You can check the operating status of the external communication components in the SAP System and evaluate the send status of the documents. If errors occur, you can configure a trace that logs the processing of messages.
An overview of the settings that you have to make in the SAP System in order to enable sending can be found in the documentation on External Sending in the SAP System.
    Hope this will help.

    Naveen.

  • "difference between sales order and scheduling agreement "

    hi,
i want to know difference between sales order and scheduling agreement and where use scheduling agreement & where sales order ?
    please help
    amit

    Hi Amit,
Its not hard to find this info at help.sap.com
    Sales Order
Definition: Request from a customer to a company to deliver a defined quantity of products or provide a service at a certain time. The sales area that accepts the inquiry is responsible for completing the agreement.
    Scheduling Agreements
    Purpose
A customer scheduling agreement is an outline agreement with the customer containing delivery quantities and dates. These are then entered as schedule lines in a delivery schedule. You can either create schedule lines when you create the scheduling agreement or you can create them later.
You fulfill a scheduling agreement by creating the deliveries in the schedule as they become due. You process deliveries for a scheduling agreement in exactly the same way as you process a normal delivery. After you have carried out the delivery, the system updates the Delivered quantity field in the scheduling agreement item with the delivery quantity. The following graphic shows the document flow for scheduling agreements.
    Integration
You would use this component if you had outline agreements with the customer that contained future delivery quantities of materials that would be sent at certain times within a fixed time period.
If you work with scheduling agreements for the component supplier industry you also need to choose the "Electronic Data Interchange" (EDI) component.

    Dear Gurus,
Is there any standard setting to update terms of payment without changing the PO and schedule agreement manually. My client wants that they will update terms of payment in vendor master at the first time and create 1 purchase order for the particular vendor.
Later they will change the terms of payment in vendor master and the same has to picked up in PO automatically without changing the PO.
Please let me know if there is any standard settings available or any user exit i have to apply.
    Regards,

    Hi,
If you have multiple payment term in one vendor then you can not put payment terms in vendor master.
You put payment terms in at the time of P.O.

  • Outbound delivery and pgi without sufficent stock

    Hi,
I would like to know few things regarding.
    1. Can we process outbound delivery and PGI without having sufficent stock.
2.if yes than what will be the status of document flow.(when i did it system showed  following message, sales order-being processed, outbound delivery-being processed, and conformaton of service-completed.
3.if we can not do pgi and delivery without sufficent stock than what is alternative for the same.
Kindly reply as soon as possible.
    Thnaks
    Rahul

    1)  Yes.  It is based on your item category like TAX, you can post the goods issue and system will not check for stock availability.  It is also subject to other parameters like
    a) ticking the Negative stock field in material master
    b) ticking the box for your Valuation area in OMJ1 etc
    2)  As I said above, if you use item category TAX and do PGI, then in document flow, you can see Confirmation of Service against this delivery document
    3)  Stock should be made available
    thanks

  • Link between outbound delivery and matriel documents of good receip

    HI,
in which table we can find the link between outbound delivery and matriel documents of good receipt.
    thanks

    Hi!,
If you have posted a goods receipt for an outbound delivery, you should find in the header table MKPF for the material document the field MKPF-XBLNR completed with the outbound delivery number.
Then, if the document flow for the delivery has been updated correctly, in the table VBFA for the delivery (VBFA-VBELV), you should find the material document under VBFA-VBELN.
    I hope this helps you!
    Best regards,
    Esther.

  • Reverse/Cancel Outbound Delivery and Billing documents

    Hi all,
My question is...How do you reverse/ Cancel Outbound delivery and billing documents and what will be the reversals in  Accounting document and how are they updated.
    Regards

    Hi,
If billed delivery is to be reversed,  Then
    1. First cancel the billing with transaction code vf11
2.Then reverse the PGI with the transaction code VL09
3.Cancel or delete the Delivery in vl02n
    4.Delete the sales order.
Accounting entries will be reversed by cancellation of the invoice and material movement will get reversed after doing VL09.

  • Subcontracting - Direct delivery with MRP and Scheduling agreements

    Hi All,
can anyone suggest where I am going wrong.
I have a sub con assembly A that is made up from parts B and C.
    The source of supply is:
    A by VENDA
    B by VENDB
    C by VENDC
I do not want part B arriving on site as it is situated next door to the sub con plant. (however I might want to stock it for spare purposes later)
So I would like to send Part B directly to VENDA
I have set up a scheduling agreement for part B for VENDB and I have changed the delivery tab to VENDA and ticked the SC vendor option.
My problem is that when I run MRP I get a planned order for Part B and not a schedule line. If I remove the tick then I do indeed get a schedule line.
I have read a few posts that indicate that this can only be done via MRP areas (which we dont have).....is this really true??
    Kind regards
    Ben

    Hi Peter,
I have looked at the possibility of converting over to MRP areas and the migration was a technical iceberg   We have a lot of custom code which works along side MRP at plant level and I suspect this would require changing.
However you have triggered my curiosity again so I will have another play in my sandpit!
    Take care
    Ben

  • Unable to create single delivery through scheduling agreement - MM37

    Dear All,
In our scenario, we are creating scheduling agreement with tcode - ME37 for multiple material and for each material we create multiple delivery creation date schedule with past date (ME38).
Then we create delivery with VL10D, we put scheduling agreement number in purchase order tab - purchase order field & Execute.
It creates multiple deliveries but we want to have single delivery.
We implemented SAP note - 377501 , but is is still not working.
    Kindly advice,
    Regards,
    Bhushan.

    Dear Lakshmipathi,
    Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I searched the forum & got list of reasons for delivery split but wasn't able to identify exact reason.
But first I want to confirm,
    1. Whether is it correct process to create delivery through VL10D for scheduling agreement (ME37) ?
    2. Also to overcome delivery split, we implemented SAP note - 377501 but did not worked.
Therefore I am thinking to implement SAP Note -  386340, Kindly advice.

Now whenever I create a delivery for date 17.12.2009 with reference to Sch. agreement, delivery had selected directly 100 boxes instead of 10 and it shows an error in notes Schedule lines were rejected due to differing delivery date/time
I've done settings in delivery type for referencing sales order(i.e. scheduling agreement) with default order type.
Kindly solve my problem as I have been stucked here from last 3 days.

  • Inbound Delivery For Scheduling Agreement Lines using LSMW

    Hi,
We need to create inbound deliveries for scheduling agreements. Our scheduling Agreements are too big with 200 lines. But the vendor used to send only few discrete lines in his ASN. Is it possible to create inbound deliveries for the Scheduling agreement using LSMW? Is there any standard BAPI or IDOC available to handle this in LSMW? Has anyone done this before?
    Our requirement is as follows.
    1. Create Inbound Delivery for few lines of the Scheduling Agreement
    2. The delivery quantity of the inbound delivery will be a partial quantity of the Scheduling Agreement
    3. Materials are batch managed and the batch number for each inbound delivery item need to be captured.
    4. Vendor's ASN Number and its item number need to be captured at inbound delivery header and item level respectively.
Note: Delivery Schedule of the Scheduling Agreement is not used in the above scenario.
If you have any input, it will be really appreciated.
    Regards,
    SP0526

    Hi,
You can give your scheduling agreement number in the field Purchase Order.
If you want select from the list, you can click on PO tree (just under create inbound delivery). There selet document category as "L". You will get the scheduling agreement list.
