Outbound dialed calls - recipient can't here me (iPhone 5)
Since I bought my iPhone I have had this intermittent problem where I dial a person, using keypad, speed dial, or contact info, it doesn't matter.
It is not every time but it is not 1 every 10 calls either, it is random and unpredictable but when I connect, they can't hear me - it's like the mute button is on. I can hear them perfectly and switching from handset to speaker to a bluetooth device doesn't change things. I hang up, call them back and voila, this time they can hear me.
It's driving me nuts...any help?

try making a voice memo. if you can record one and then hear your voice, it's not a hardware issue because that means the microphone works fine. if you can't hear yourself, it would need repair

1. Outbound dialer calls talktime in each call.
2. Each calls respective ECC values.
I have tried to get talktime from TCD table it’s shows zero value.
Please advice how to get above values, it would be much appreciated.

You can use the PeripheralCallType in the TCD table to find dialer calls. Look for calls with:
PeripheralCallType IN ('27','28','29','30','31') for reservation calls and
PeripheralCallType IN ('32','33','34','35') for the customer calls
For duration of reservation calls look at the HoldTime value
For duration of the customer call you can look at the HoldTime + TalkTime + WorkTime for a total handle time for the customer leg of the dialer call
If you want to look at the ECC variables that were associated with that call you will have to lookup the Termination_Call_Variable table matching:
Termination_Call_Variable.TCDRecoveryKey = Termination_Call_Detail.RecoveryKey

So my I phone 4s volume has decided to pack allowing only my phone to make sounds when I have an incoming call, I can also here fine using facetime and receiving calls. YouTube, soundcloud, any of I players will no longer play sound. I've restored the phone using iTunes on my laptop and checked all the volumes are turned up and the button at the left hand Side of the phone is in the correct position.
Try inserting and re-inserting your headphones 7 or 8 times. Also try cleaning out the headphone jack in case of debris that might be interfering with the connection/disconnection.

Hi,
My call reject can't work in iPhone 5..!! I can't even c the icon( to swap up) when incoming call.I am/was having the exact same problem. I would be in a call and my phone would "beep" like there was an incoming call but no option to ignore or swap nor does it display who is calling. I would continue to hear the "beep" until the caller either hung up or went to voice mail.
The secondary problem was this.... if they didn't leave a VM, my phone does not even show a missed call therefore I have no way of knowing who it was that was calling.
So I turned my phone off and back on. Now I have the options to ignore or swap the call. However, now what happens is if I am in a call and I hit the ignore button, I continue to hear the "beep" like the call is incoming and the caller does not get sent to my voice mail!!!!!!
Very frustrating. This all just started happening for me 2 days ago.
Oh and p.s. I still haven't upgraded to iOS 7. -
Outbound Dialer calls the client but don't call the agent

I have a strange problem with Outbound Option in UCCE 7.5(6).
I have configured "PREVIEW_ONLY" in admin script. The behavior is below:
- the campain starts;
- I can see the call in "CTI Toolkit outbound desktop"(here I don;t see any call to agent's phone);
- I am pressing "Accept";
- The system calls the client;
- The "client" answers the call;
- I don't have any call to agent's phone.
What could be the problem here?I verified the VIP's CSS. The dialer ports can dial in the agent's partition.

This is a new phone we just got from insurance replacement. It did work but now only works on speaker phone.

That's not good! We want all parts of your device to work properly. Has there been any liquid or physical damage to the new phone? Have you tried powering the device off/on? Are you using a headset with the device?

I need to extract idoc number for all outbound jit calls that I can view in Outbound JIT call monitor.Can anyone please tell me that which table is used to store the generated idoc no. for a particular call/component group in a call.

There is one transaction code BDM2 which is the link between the INBOUND IDOC and the OUTBOUND IDOC
I never used this transaction, but try
OR as an alternative
There is a Function module SREL_GET_NEXT_NEIGHBOR
Goto the Transaction code SE37 and give this FM
OBJECT-OBJKEY = <IDoc number, 16-digits>
OBJECT-OBJTYPE = 'IDOC'
MAX_HOPS = '99'
and execute
it will give the Outbound idocs for the inbound idocs

I'm having problems modifying the 'Dialed Number (DN)' text box under 'Advanced Configuration->Patterns for RNA timeout on outbound SIP calls' of the SIP tab in the Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal 8.5(1) opsconsole. In a nut shell, I need to change the RNA timeout but some reason when typing into the Dialed Number text box, the input is not taken. The reason I want to change this settings is because my ICM Rona is not working with CVP:

CVP doesn't allow you to exceed the RNA more than 60 Seconds. If you want to configure the timer for DN Patterns you should do it via OPS console, It would update the sip.properties files in correct way, the above way is incorrect.

I have imported contacts from Outlook to Mail and they have synced via iCloud to my iPhone 3GS. I can't get my iPhone to make a call using these contacts (it tries but then says call ended) but if I dial the number of any of the contacts on the keypad, the call DOES work! Help me please - is there something I need to do to the contacts because tehy came from Outlook? Thanks

TS3367 I can call my friend threw her face time, but she can not call me.
My face time is able to call all my friends threw their face time.
But when it comes to one of my friends, she can not call me or message me threw face time, she can't call anyone threw face time.
I can't seem to figure out how to get hers to be able to call me.

Probably because there is no such thing as "i touch".
It is iPod touch and the troubleshooting does call it out.

When I make an outgoing call the recipient cannot hear me very well as though the volume was turned down very low
However when I activate the speakerphone the recipient can hear me loud and clear
Is there a fix for this?

When I call, I can here the person being called but they can't here me!
9 times out of 10 when I place a call, the person I am calling can not here me even though I can here them talking. It is almost as though my end of the call is not connecting to theirs. This has been going on for several months now and I have tried everything I can think of to fix it (turning it off, updating it, restoring it mulitple times) and nothing has worked. I'm about ready to trash the thing and go get a different phone cause what good is a phone if I can't make a call! Any suggestions????

so my iphone 4 that is using ios5 keeps freezing when i want to dial, or receive call. i can use all my other apps but cant use the phone to call because the freezing problem. i know some people that are having the same problem too. what can i do?
I got the same problem. The percentage of getting this problem is around 10% of all my dial/receive calls.
The problem usually appears when I receive calls. The phone app will freeze, and I cannot dial or receive calls even I closed the phone app, however, most other apps work properly.
Once this problem happens, I will not be able to turn off the phone by holding sleep button, the only way I can get rid of it is holding sleep and home button at the same time to reset the iphone.
