  • IDOC Error - Entry in outbound table not found - Status 37

    Hello,
we try to generate the IDOC in a Test Tool WE19. I always get the same error "Entry in outbound table not found" - Status 37. I tried already many config changes (Partner, Ports, Distribution Modell...).
The thing is that the IDOC should be sent on external system (non-SAP System) but also the IDOC should be write to file. The external system should later on catch the IDOC and process the data.
I suppose the problem is the fact that we send it to external non-SAP System. I add as Port Data and the source where the IDOC shoud be generated. The Partner that I choose is logical system. However I dont specify the RFC Connection because the file should only be saved and not send directly on the external system. Is it possible or maybe I need to specify the IP-Adress of the external system?
When it works I need to generate the IDOC as service management IW32. I try it with TA IORD. I get the message "rejected". Probably because of the error in the test tool WE19.
I am already fighting on it for many hours...
    Thank you in advance
    Michael

  • Entry in outbound table not found E0 400

    Hi all,
Can anyone please help me with the below error which i am facing in ALE IDOCS.
status 29: Entry in outbound table not found E0 400
I am unable to see my port name in the created IDOC and the basic type is incorrectly called.
may I know what settings need to be verified.
    Thanks in advance.

SAP checks the IDoc control record for outbound IDoc against EDP13 (outbound partner profile table). EDP13 is updated when you create outbound partner profile parameter in WE20
Check if you have created the partner profile outbound parameter in WE20 correctly to match your outbound IDoc control record.
SAP checks partner number, port, partner function of the receiver along with message type, message code and message function. They all should match between WE20 outbound partner profile parameter for your message type and the IDoc control record (EDIDC) segment.
This is the SAP code that throws the error message you mentioned
    read table q_edidc index 1.
      select single * from edp13
                      where rcvprn eq q_edidc-rcvprn
                      and   rcvprt eq q_edidc-rcvprt
                      and   rcvpfc eq q_edidc-rcvpfc
                      and   mestyp eq q_edidc-mestyp
                      and   mescod eq q_edidc-mescod
                      and   mesfct eq q_edidc-mesfct
                      and   test   eq q_edidc-test.
      if sy-subrc ne 0.
        concatenate q_edidc-rcvprn '/' q_edidc-rcvprt '/' q_edidc-rcvpfc '/'
                    q_edidc-mestyp '/' q_edidc-mescod '/' q_edidc-mesfct '/'
                    q_edidc-test into text.
        condense text no-gaps.
        message a400(E0) with text(50).
      endif.

  • Entry in outbound table not found in PFAC

    Good day all.
I'm facing an error "Entry in outbound table not found" when I try to create assignment PFAC (Responsibility Rules).
Any body have an answer to solve this issue?

Are you trying to do something related to IDOC/Partner profile related responsibilities?.

    Hi ,
    Thanks for your reply.
We are using one custom message type.
I would like to give you example of exact scenario.
Suppose my IDOC has large amount of segments then ,
    It is dividing as
1st IDOC : Control record ....header and data segments
2nd IDOC : only data segment
3rd IDOc : only data segment
4th IDOC : data segment and Trailer.
In this way, I am getting all my 4 IDOCs in error.
    What should be d reason?
    your help will be grateful.
    Hi Everyone,
    any update?

  • ALE Error 29 - Entry in Outbound Table not found

    Hi,
I am getting the following error in the IDOC  processing.
IDoc: <IDOC Number>  Status: Error in ALE service
Entry in outbound table not found
I have checked the partner profile. It is OK
I noticed that the IDoc record doesn't have the defined port. The value in the port section is empty.
The IDoc message type - CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M
    Basic Type: CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M01
    Any inputs will be appreciated.

    Observations -
I checked the Status records for the IDOC and there are only 2 entries -
    1. 01 IDoc Generated and
    2. 29 Error in ALE Service - Entry in Outbound table not found

    Hello experts, hello to all,
I'm facing with the same task. I have a requirement to update BP postal code using the LSMW.
Identical to Pintoo D I am usign the IDOC Message Type "BUPA_C_CHANGEADDRESS" and the Basic Type "BUPA_C_CHANGEADDRESS01". In the section Field Mapping... I have mapped the Business Partner ID (BUSINESSPARTNER) and the City postal code (POSTL_COD1). In order to update the postal code I set in the Tree-Structure E1BPBUS1006_ADDRESS_X  the Field POSTL_COD1 with a constant (= X).
When I try to process the IDoc I get the Error 51:
Data set BUT020 for BP 0000403643 maintained time-dependently,despite inact.time dep.
Additonal I checked the recommenden OSS Note 810634 and the Customizing but everything is OK. Did I mistake during the confuguration of the LSMw project? I cannot find a documentation regarding the IDoc Msg.Type BUPA_C_CHANGEADDRESS.
    Kind regards

  • Internal error: Entry in COKA-Buffer not found

    Hi,
In FB50 I was trying to post the following entries:
    760100 (expense/cost element) Dr.     1000
    100000 (petty cash account)                         1000
When posting (ctrl+s) the following error appears "Internal error: Entry in COKA-Buffer not found". At this point system stops the transaction and exits from that t.code. On expanding the error the following is displayed :
"Internal error: Entry in COKA-Buffer not found
    Message no. KC051
    Diagnosis
The system could not find the entry with the following key in the COKA float:

    Procedure

We checked the table COKA and the above mentioned object no. was not found. So how is the system displaying this particular Object nu.?
Can someone please help to solve this problem?

    Hi friends,
we are having the same problem with PA objects in FI transactions. Object PA in COKA is different from object PA in COEP when we are posting.
Internal Error: KC051 Buffer not found.
Issue transactions are: F-02, FBB1, F110,... but curiously transaction F-01 works OK...
Any suggestions please? We don't know what we can do... we've checked all sustitutions and validations FI/CO but we don't find anything.
    Thank you in advance.
    Regards.

    Hi,
the view V$PARAMETER must be accessed through  SAP/Oracle Database Monitor lets you view the active Oracle database parameters and the contents of the init.ora file.
Alternatively, you can use transaction st04.  You need to apply SAP Note 706927 before using the database monitor.
Hope this information is help to you.

    José
