Outbound process red flag - how to restart?!

Hi, well i tried in a previous post to get help but i guess it was a little misunderstanding.
I have a well processed message but it's not being send to target system, so i get a red flag on column outbound status in SXI_MONI. It's like a system is not available but in this case it is.
It is File to IDoc Scenario and be sure that i already checked SM59, SX1, SX2 and so on.
Funny thing is that sometimes message is send properly - when CC read one file - but when it has to read >1 outbound status will be set to error for each message!
has somebody any clue on this issue?!
br!!

Hi,
it's a FILE2IDoc Scenario i am getting no error at all except of the red flag for outbound process. In detal-view of the message nothing is reported an even the CC-Monitoring is showing nothing because IDoc-Adapter is not part of the Adapter-Engine.
That's the problem! Because a target systems is connected via VPN to the gateway of the XI. And when the VPN is not active, the message is not being transmitted. But in XI i connat restart it when VPN-Tunnel is active again.
Any clue on how to restart?!

  • Restart message scheduled for outbound processing

    Hi,
    I'm having a BPM process that collects IDocs. A lot of messages got stuck now in the status message scheduled for outbound processing. Can I manually restart these messages? What will it happen if I restart them? Will they be sent twice or just once?
    Thanks in advance,
    George

    > I'm having a BPM process that collects IDocs. A lot of messages got stuck now in the status message scheduled for outbound processing. Can I manually restart these messages?
    I think you are looking in MONI for status "Recorded for Outbound Processing" .. correct?
    Just scroll towards right and then you will find the Queue ID against your message, just click on this id and see if it has got stuck in queue if yes then just process it from there.
    >What will it happen if I restart them? Will they be sent twice or just once?
    If you process the message it will be posted only once.

  • Green flag: scheduled for outbound processing

    We had some network connection problem.Outcome was that in SXI_MONI ,there were some
    red color flags,single rectangles,green flags.
    Firstly i restarted red color flag,secondly i restarted single rectangles.In this way,first two issues got resolved.
    Third problem was  "scheduled for outbound processing" ie green flags.
    Fo this , i decided to fiest relate how many actual idocs are posted to destination.While i was going with htis activity.
    automatically after two hours green flags got processed.
    So what does this means ,that green color flag is scheduled to run later and an XI consultant needn;t work on this part ?

    Dear sirs,
    I feel registrations should be one time activity, ideally speaking.The queue cannot come into picture if it was not registered.
    Now i a queue is stuck due to network disconnect( i am referring to only and only network disconnect) here.I do not mean any message mapping failure and i do not mean any udf error or something.
    So if a queue is stuck due to a netwrk disconnect,plz guide me witha solution.What i came acroos i just mentioned.
    As what u r saying that we need to register/deregister queus.Kindly justify this article then as given in subject.
    You may correct spelling of technical.I did so to avoid this site filter.

  • Split mapping created no message-how to avoid red flag message in SXMB_MONI

    Hi,
    In my scenario I'm putting files in an external server with multi mapping and a condition in graphic mapping in MM, when condition is not true and no files are generated I see a red flag message in XIP MONI, "split mapping created no message".
    I do not want this red flag message to come.
    I see this thread:
    Split mapping created.. No message exists
    My problem is the same, "nikhil a " said that he solved the problem creating a dummy message in Message Mapping, but I don't know how to do that. Someone could explain to me?
    I do not want to use BPM.
    Thanks
    Fabio Boni

    when condition is not true and no files are generated I see a red flag message in XIP MONI, "split mapping created no
    message".
    This is correct behavior i suppose.
    Check if you can verify the condition in the Receiver Determination itself so that the process will stop in the first step itself if Condition = false
    Even when you say that a dummy message is created, it is to be sent somewhere or if not send then again it may give an error.
    Lets see what experts have to suggest here.

  • I bought my iphone from a goodwill and i tried to activate and it's red flagged or on some kind of hot sheet,but there's no information,so the sprint store service personnel said that i'm sol,so how do i remove red flag or activate my iphone,goodwill has

    I BOUGHT MY IPHONE AT A GOODWILL STORE AND I CAN'T ACTIVATE OR RETURN IT HOW DO I REMOVE THE RED FLAG OR GET IT REMOVED FROM HOT SHEET OR GET A REWARD OR SOME THING EVERY BODY IS SAYING THAT WHO EVER OWNED IT GOT A NEW IPHONE ?????????

    You can't.
    If the phone has been blocked because it has been reported as stolen or lost you've wasted your money.
    Why would you buy something without checking it worked?

  • Troubleshoot: How to process messages in "Recorded for Outbound processing"

    Dear Experts,
    I have File >XI(3.0)>IDoc scenario with 10-25 interfaces. Per interface an average of 200 msges.
    Now we have an issue. from past 6 days all the messages for one of the interfaces are in status: "Recorded for Outbound processing"(with that single small black right arrow) in SXMB_MONI(around 1760 till now). Other than this few 100 messages for couple other interfaces are also in same status. There are other message interfaces using the same Idoc type; but they dont have this problem.
    I have checked the queues: SMQ1/Q2. There are no errors. The other threads mention about some reports; but all are for error messages. So that also did not help!
    On the first day someone had deleted the error queue entry. They had first checked the message in the queues but  that was not showing any status. (This is very strange... but for some messages , the left most status column is not showing any status at all.. but while clicking on the end time column; I am getting the pop up which says succesfully processed). But this is not our problem right now.
    Please help me process the messages in the "Recorded for Outbound processing" status.. some how!!!
    Thanks in advance for your inputs....
    P.N: Runtime workbench here is not configured properly. No CC monitoring tab; message monitoring shows only adapter messages etc.... So cannot check anything here

    Thank you for your inputs.
    @Udo.... SMQR- no issues.
    The RFC destination is fine.
    @Abhishek The Idoc has not reached SAP. The xml messages in XI are in "Recorded for outbound processing" which is kinda like Scheduled, i think. Anyway I checked the R/3 cant find the messages or errors.
    Any help would be highly appreciated....

  • Text messages don't always send; I get a red flag message. How can I make them re-send automatically?

    This drives me nuts: Occassionally, but not often, I will send a text message and it does not go through. This happens both when I am using iMessage or regular text messages. It gets me into a lot of trouble: I assume my text message has gone through, then check my phone half an hour later and realize the message has not been sent. I don't even get a vibration or a notice that it hasn't sent; it's only when I check my messages that I see the red flag but my undelivered message.
    How can I get the iPhone to just automatically keep trying to re-send these messages until it goes through, or at the very least to give me a notification buzz when the message doesn't go through so I know to manually re-send it myself?

    At this time that option does not exist. The only workaround that I can think of is to watch and make sure the text sends before closing the app.

  • How to red flag RFC Receiver errors in SXMB_MONI?

    Hi,
    I have searched the forum but could not find a complete solution so am asking here.
    Interface is File -> PI -> RFC to SAP
    The RFC raises an exception if any errors are detected during the posting.
    To check error handling I have changed the RFC in SAP to raise an exception. When testing the interface I get a chequered flag in SXMB_MONI though the Adapter Engine shows the RFC exception was raised.
    How can the RFC exception be red flagged in SXMB_MONI? I do not wish to use a BPM or alerts, my preference is to red flag in the monitor.
    The repository shows that the RFC has message types Response and Fault, can these be used in some way.
    Che

    Hi Che,
    your flow is asynchronous, therefore whenever an asynchronous message is leaving PI it will be successful from a view of PI. PI cant get any information about errors inside SAP ERP.
    If you want to have a error flag or an alert you need to design your flow synchronouns: File adapter works by default asysnchronous, therefore you would need to adapt it: Create a synchronous flow (never did that but could be possible) or create a BP receiving the asynchr file message and send synchr the RFC.

  • Restarting "Recorded for outbound processing"

    Hi,
    Is there anyway to restart automatically, "recorded for outbound processing" messages, on PI system?
    Thank you,
    Best regards,

    Register your queues again and see if it gets processed.
    Last option could be to try to delete the message from queue and then restart it in moni.

  • Read payload for error messages and throw a red flag in SXMB_MONI

    Hello All,
    I am calling a synchronous web service from PI ccBPM and getting a response back to PI ccBPM itself.
    So the steps in BPM are receive(from CRM), sync step (to call web service) and a control step (to end the BPM process).
    The requirement is to check if error_list node in the response from web service call has a value in it and throw an error in SXMB_MONI so that they can easily identify how many messages errored out  out of thousands of messages.
    This is the response structure for web service if there are errors.
    <manageResponse>
      <result>
                    <ErrorList>
                        <object>
                            <hyatt>partnerupdate--NR</hyattt>
                            <Message />
                            <Operation>jukio</Operation>
                            <User>atuser</User>
                        </object>
                     </ErrorList>
    </result>
    </manageResponse>
    Again I only need to see if error_list is not empty and throw a red flag error in SXMB_MONI.
    Thanks
    Mike

    Hi Mich,
      In Response map when Error segment appear's fail the maping so that you can see the list of message in MONI. and do not need to put any conditions in MONI.
    I mean in your Respoinse when ERROR_LIST segment coman under that one manatory field you select and take that field length say 20 characters.
    source field->Substring (0,100) get the 100 characters from source in that case case from source it won't get 100 characters mapping will fail so that you can see the Error messages in SXMB_MONI.
      Finally what I am saying do the wrong condition mapping in the response mapping so that mapping will fail.
    Regards,
    Venu.

  • Green flag to Red flag in SXMB_MONI

    Hello experts,
    During the FILE -> BPM -> RFC scenario, i use a mapping step to intentionally throw an exception to make application errors visible in the monitoring logs (SXMB_MONI).
    This way a red flag on the outbound status field is shown if the condition to execute this mapping is met.
    This works well for its intended purpose in a scenario, but doing the same approach for another scenario (everything is done exactly the same way), the second scenario shows a green flag on the outbound status field.
    the Greed flag dictates "message is scheduled on the outbound side", once i click the "PE", i can see the queue has failed in the BPM.
    I am not clear as to why it displays green flag instead of a red flag. The requirement is to display the red flag. (and so that no queue-clearing is required).
    Any ideas on how to achieve this is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

    hi, thanks,
    when i click to the Queue ID, it opens the SMQ2 (qRFC inbound) .. here i can only see 1 LUW displayed, with SYSFAIL status. This is because of the intentional exception thrown via a mapping step.
    Instead of failing at the queue (and get a green flag in sxmb_moni), it should show error status in sxmb_moni with red flag in the "outbound status" field.
    If i clear this and unlock the queue, the next execution again falls into a failure in queue status (and a green flag in the sxmb_moni).
    I appreciate any other ideas.
    Thank you.

  • Showing Red flag in Message Monitor

    Hi All,
    I am getting red flags in Message Monitor while send from SAP through RFC.
    If i click the flag, showing message "Column status could not process - Transaction Execution Terminated Upon Request"
    previously its worked properly. In last process we have send at a time 150 message to message listener, in that it has processed 100 messages successful and rest of them show in red flag.
    After that even i send single message also, its getting red flag.
    And how can we reprocess those messages
    Can anyone please let me know how to solve it.
    Thanks,
    Kind Regards,

    Hi ,
    I have found that error where it has been terminating.
    I have kept condition action block below the sql insert query in my transaction as i am calling from Message process rule.
    Under condition action block, i have kept leftside SAP jco and rightside stop action block
    If the query successful execute it will trigger SAP jco, if not it will trigger stop transaction(i.e. In stop configure. link, mapped sql query success to TerminationMessage)
    The issues is,
    if i send 150 messages, its inserting all records in DB but in the transaction it triggering 100 messages to SAP Jco through condition after that its triggering stop action block. I don't no why its happen.
    In condition i have kept
    confg. object as 1 and radio button with or
    Confg link as sql query success with input1 propertie
    Any idea regarding this, why its triggering after sometimes even its successful executed.
    Thanks,
    Kind Regards,

    run the report
    RSXMB_REGISTER_QUEUES
    RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES
    Refer this blog

    And if problem is still there:
    Try to de register and register your queue  try to delete the entry in the queue by double clicking on the Queue ID in SXMB_MONI and restarting your message.
