Outbound processing

Hello All,
Please help me out. Im new to IDOCS.
My requirement is like this:
Bank transfer files(In/Out) are exchanged between the oracle bank office system and the bank.
Bank transfers to the bank of America:
checks issued or voided are extracted from an oracle system and are sent to the bank of america. A file conversion program is executed on demand to convert the extracted payments to the BankIn file. the BankIn file is then either manually transferred with some bank communication software or uploaded via the bank website. this is based on idocs.

u have to setup an idoc processing setup. then create a new idoc with all required fields and map the same. now, u need to assign idoc to the setup and it will start transferring data.

  • Troubleshoot: How to process messages in "Recorded for Outbound processing"

    Dear Experts,
I have File >XI(3.0)>IDoc scenario with 10-25 interfaces. Per interface an average of 200 msges.
Now we have an issue. from past 6 days all the messages for one of the interfaces are in status: "Recorded for Outbound processing"(with that single small black right arrow) in SXMB_MONI(around 1760 till now). Other than this few 100 messages for couple other interfaces are also in same status. There are other message interfaces using the same Idoc type; but they dont have this problem.
I have checked the queues: SMQ1/Q2. There are no errors. The other threads mention about some reports; but all are for error messages. So that also did not help!
On the first day someone had deleted the error queue entry. They had first checked the message in the queues but  that was not showing any status. (This is very strange... but for some messages , the left most status column is not showing any status at all.. but while clicking on the end time column; I am getting the pop up which says succesfully processed). But this is not our problem right now.
Please help me process the messages in the "Recorded for Outbound processing" status.. some how!!!
Thanks in advance for your inputs....
P.N: Runtime workbench here is not configured properly. No CC monitoring tab; message monitoring shows only adapter messages etc.... So cannot check anything here

    Thank you for your inputs.
    @Udo.... SMQR- no issues.
    The RFC destination is fine.
@Abhishek The Idoc has not reached SAP. The xml messages in XI are in "Recorded for outbound processing" which is kinda like Scheduled, i think. Anyway I checked the R/3 cant find the messages or errors.
Any help would be highly appreciated....

  • Delete messages stuck in status 12, Recorded for Outbound Processing

I am on a PI 7.10 SP8 system.  I have 59,000 XML messages showing in status 12 ( Recorded for Outbound Processing) that I would like to just delete or cancel.  These have accumulated over several days of testing interfaces.  If I have to allow them to be processed, that would also work but is not needed.  I have read about 6 different forum threads and tried several things but nothing has worked yet. <br>
The messages can not be cancelled from SXMB_MONI. <br>
The queues are no longer showing in SMQ2.   <br>
I have tried restarting and re-registering the queues. <br>
      I've tried RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES and RSXMB_CANCEL_MESSAGES. <br>
SWPR & SWPC show nothing to restart. <br>
Any ideas on something else to try? <br>

  • Error while outbound processing

    Hi
In WE19, when i enter control record details( sender and receiver port, partner etc ) and then when i
click outbound processing button i am getting a warning saying that "IDOC saved successfully but it
should not or cannot be sent". i am tring to send the IDOC out from ecc6 to xi . can anyone tell me
    what would the problem?
    thanks and regards
    manoharan

    hi
is this ALE configuration specific to any message or idoc types used because if i use message type
FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA  iam not getting the warning message. in this case the required
message is displayed( idoc created sucessfully and sent to sap or external system).

  • "Scheduled for Outbound processing" message

    Hi,
My scenario is: R/3 (IDoc Customer) -> XI -> PC (file) and I use a BPM with option "multi to single".
In the Message Monitoring, I have two steps:
    1. Idoc DEBMAS06 --> BPM:
status = "Processed successfully". Thus it's ok.
    2. BPM --> my PC:
status = "Scheduled for Outbound processing" and in column "outbound" I have not "IENGINE". There is no other error message and obviously no data are sent to my PC.
Have you already seen this message?
    And have you a solution?
Note: Last friday, the same scenario was ok. I have just changed some data inside the mapping (occurence was not change).
    Mickael.

    Hi,
Try resetting the status to "Ready".
If you get SYSFAIL again, try deleting that particular LUW. If there are other messages waiting in the queue, just click on the unlock queue button and the remaining messages will flow thru.

  • Scheduled for Outbound Processing

    Hi,
I have a simple problem: I want to send a XML file from a place to another place. When I put the file in the sender folder, XI import this file correctly, therefore, the file doesn't go to the receiver folder.
In the XML monitor, the current status (message lifecycle) is "Scheduled for Outbound Processing".
    What can be happening?
    Tks,
    Douglas

    Hello Douglas,
I think that message is sitting in the queue.  May be you should check whether queue registrations are done already.  Otherwise the message might sit in the outbound queue.   You can goto the queue entry (from monitoring) and unlock it if this is the case.
    Regards
    Rampi.

  • Scheduled for Outbound Processing in SXMB_MONI

    I have a scenario RFC -> ccBpm1 -> ccBpm2 -> ccBpm3 -> RFC.
The scenario was working perfectly. I made some simple changes in ccBpm3 and some errors started to happen.
The Xml message from ccBpm1 to ccBpm2 started to stuck (message Scheduled for Outbound Processing in SXMB_MONI). I didn´t make ANY change in ccBpm1 or ccBpm2, before the error started.
When I made a "dummy" change in ccBpm2 and I reactivate it, the message from ccBpm1 to ccBpm2 process, but then the message from ccBpm2 to ccBpm3 stucks. If I do a dummy change in ccBpm3, the message  from ccBpm1 to ccBpm2  stucks again.
I have no Queues locks in smq1 and smq2. The Cache status are all 0 in SXI_CACHE. I have tried to reimport all Integration Process in Integration Directory, but no sucess.
Seems to be any kind of bug.
    Any idea?
    Thanks

First, I would like to know.. if there was a justification to divide the scenario into 3 BPMs. Because BPMs add to system performance. They get converted to workflows on abap engine and context switches from java to abap engine. You might want to check you configuration in ID test configuration and then close analysis of the message processing in each of the ccBPMs.

  • Scheduled for Outbound processing - Sysfail

I´m trying to build a (Mail-> XI -> File) Scenario and I´m having some problems.
The attachment of the mail must be passed to xi bpm and for that I used the module PayloadswapBean
    (according to /people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/12/18/xi-sender-mail-adapterpayloadswapbeanstep-by-step)
On SXMB_MONI I checked that the Mail -> XI message have worked fine. But inside the BPM, the senders steps doesn´t work, all keep "Scheduled for Outbound processing" status
I´ve tried a sent step to Sap r/3, to File, and all have the same error. In runtime workbench, I checked that the messages aren´t arriving to adapter.
In SMQ2 I checked that when this error happens, a queue is created with status Sysfail. On details of message it says "Access with 'ZERO' object reference not possible."
Can anyone help me please ?
    Thanks
    Vitor Zaninotto

Is the sender getting invoked in the BPM? If yes then check in the adapter engine for any errors for that particular message. My guess is there would be some messages of the same instance which are stuck in the adapter engine. Once you clear the error/messages, try restarting the queue. This might solve the problem.

  • Outbound process red flag - how to restart?!

Hi, well i tried in a previous post to get help but i guess it was a little misunderstanding.
I have a well processed message but it's not being send to target system, so i get a red flag on column outbound status in SXI_MONI. It's like a system is not available but in this case it is.
It is File to IDoc Scenario and be sure that i already checked SM59, SX1, SX2 and so on.
Funny thing is that sometimes message is send properly - when CC read one file - but when it has to read >1 outbound status will be set to error for each message!
has somebody any clue on this issue?!
    br!!

    Hi,
it's a FILE2IDoc Scenario i am getting no error at all except of the red flag for outbound process. In detal-view of the message nothing is reported an even the CC-Monitoring is showing nothing because IDoc-Adapter is not part of the Adapter-Engine.
That's the problem! Because a target systems is connected via VPN to the gateway of the XI. And when the VPN is not active, the message is not being transmitted. But in XI i connat restart it when VPN-Tunnel is active again.
Any clue on how to restart?!

  • Query for Outbound Processing through change pointers

    Hi,
I have a reduced Message type for HRMD_A07, for which change pointers are activated. So whenver the changes are tracked, it sends all the changes into 1 IDOC. My requirement is to send Employee wise single IDOC, rather than collection of all the changes at once.
    Any inputs would be helpful.
    Regards,
    Heena

    Hi
Since change pointers are specific to the fields based on the change documents for that so i dont think that you may get the Idoc details based on the emplyee.
1.To get the desired ouput we have to either schedule the program RBDMIDOC for lesser intervals of time so that it can collect the data regularly.
2.Based on the chages updated in CDHDR or CDPOS we have to update the details in the user exits for the outbound process code.
3.Else you collect the changes from CDHDR and CDPOS employee wise and manullay populate the idoc.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Message stuck in SXMB_MONI  status " Sceduled for Outbound Process." Urgent

    Hello All,
All messages in our XI environment are getting stuck with status Scheduled for Outbound Processing ...I have already done the following..
    1) Registered the Queues
    2) Deleted entries in SMQ1 and SMQ2  and restarted messages
Last time we had this issue, we were finally able to reslove it by doing a J2EE restart.  But this has resurfaced again within a week, and this time even the restart is not working.
Do you think some parameter has been set incorrectly during the install ..
Any help would be appreciated ..
    thanks
    Mayank

    Hey Mayank,
Did you got JCO failure error for any of XI message before start of getting this error message?
If so it's failing because of RFC connection problem...
You need to go to Tcode : SM59 in your xi server
check the TCP/IP Connections which is created while post-installation phase..
    1. AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER.
    2. AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
Solution :  Increase the default value for CPIC_MAX_CONV (se note 314530).
Hope this wull solve your problem.

  • To automate outbound process for a particular customer

    Hi All,
I have setup a edi 855 outbound process, I don't know how make the 855 happen automatically for received 850 for a particular new customer. can anyone help me... cos we are supposed to go-live anytime next week...

    Hi,
You should enhance the standard Data source 0customer_attr with that additional partner function (sales head) as per the proper logic and replicate the same . if it is 3.5 that same object( related to that field length and data type) same object can be added as attribute at info object level and do the transfer rules   and activate that and try to the load.

  • IDoc Outbound processing

    Hi All,
I am doing IDoc to File scenario. I have my IDocs in AXI system and XI in ZXI system.I want to send idocs from AXI to ZXI. I have configured the following in AXI :
    RFC dest to ZXI (Dest4ZXI)
Transaction Port to ZXI having RFC dest as Dest4ZXI
Logical system for receiver file system
Partner profile for receiver file system with outbound parameter
and the following configuration in ZXI:
    RFC dest to AXI (AXICLNT100)
Port to get IDoc's metadata from AXI (SAPAXI) having RFC dest as AXICLNT100
In SLD, i created a tech sys and business sys for sender system AXI and then i created a scenario in ZXI for IDoc to File. In IR, imported the idoc and created all other objects till interface mapping. In ID, assigned the business system, created a service for file receiver and created rec det,int det and rec agreement.
Using Idoc test tool i started the outbound processing after giving the data and control record and got the IDoc sent successfully message.
    Control record values:
Receiver: port = (port created in AXI), partner no = (LS File receiver sys created in AXI)
sender  : port = (SAPAXI - port creted in zXI), partner no = (AXICLNT100 - LS created in sld - which is same name as RFC detination created in ZXI)
If i check in we05, its green flag. But in sm58, error status message for the idoc is showing as "No service for the system SAPAXI for client 100 in Integration Directory.
Note: I am using a custom IDoc with 8 fields.
Kindly reply if my descriptions are not clear!
    Appreciating all help.
    Thanks in advance,
    Uma

    Hi Uma,
<b>Have u imported the Business System as Service or not?create u r cc in the service for that bs only</b>
If not just try with it..
If the sender system is maintained as the business service then we have to edit adapter specific identifiers and give the appropriate logical system name in the integration directory...
In ID goto Service Adapter-Specific Identifiers and mention the Logicalsystem and Client and ID...

  • REG: Error in IDoc adapter outbound processing

    Hi All,
I had a couple of doubts regarding these IDoc's.
    1)        I am dealing with the web services to IDoc Scenario. When i am activated my wed services it               is giving an error like
"IDOC_ADAPTER.ATTRIBUTE_BE_NOT_SUPP" and "Only asynchronous processing supported for IDoc adapter outbound processing"
Can any one help me to Solve my Problem
    2) How to find out whether the IDoc is of synchronous or Asynchronous mode
and how to  handle the synchronous type of IDoc's
    Thanks in advance.
    with Regards,
    Kalyan Dannapaneni.

    Hi Kalyan,
IDOCs are only Aynchronous (EO or EOIO).
If you want to call Synchronious, you will have to find remote enabled function modules (RFCs, BAPIs).
Or you have to use the ccBPM Synch-Async pattern to have an synchronos call passed to an IDoc, waiting for the Acknowledgement. In your situation I would check if a similar BAPI/RFC exists on your Backend SAP system.
    Best regards,
    Silvia

  • Outbound process-Picking up the file automatically

    Hi All,
In outbound processing,we have configured to get the output file in the XML format and used the EDI_PATH_CREATE_DATE_TIME  function module in WE21 to get the output file along with the time and date.We have to pick up the XML file and do the FTP(for doing the FTP tranfer we have written one ZPROGRAM) transfer to the EDI Subsystem. The problem we are facing here is that  the created XML(along with the time and date)0utput file should be automatically picked by the ZPROGRAM written for ftp transfer.Previously we have done that by giving manually the file name as a inputparameter in the ZPROGRAM and then transfer it to the EDI Subsystem.
Kindly give a suggestion as soon as possible.
    Thanks in advance.
    Raj.

    Hi,
can u put the file in a standard place and the modify the zprogram to read the file in the specific location?
Or, u can use logical files. With it, u can use custom function to construct the whole path of the filename to read.
For more informations about logical files (and how determine the namefile runtime), u can read the in-line documentation of the file field of the trx "FILE"
    Hope it helps
    Bye

    Pls reward if it helps
