OUTGOING CALL LOG

HOW DO U FIND UR OUTGOING CALL LOG ON VERIZON.COM, IM TRYING TO LOOK AT MY HOME PHONE OUTGOING CALL LOG

I've been nagging Verizon on this one alot.  If you have one of the international long distance plans, you get 300 or 500 minutes of international long distance, then any time over this allotment is billed by the minute.  The problem is that you have NO WAY of knowing how many minutes you have used, until the bill comes at the end of the month.
I've had customer support say:
- You need to track the time yourself - we suggest a stop watch.
- I get several calls a month about this , but we don't have an answer.
- We are trying to resolve this issue.
- You don't need to know how many minutes you used. (They indirectly imply this)
- We can see how many minutes you used, but can only tell you to resolve a fraud alert issue regarding unusual long distance activity.    (This bugs me as much as suggesting I use a stop watch)
- If you switch to the more expensive 500 minute plan, you won't have to worry as much.
Call assistant would be the logical place to put outgoing calls, with international plan minute totals, but what do I, a customer, know.

  • Outgoing call log shows calls from my own number to the same number

Every so often, I pick up the phone to dial out and get a fast busy tone.  I hang up, wait a few seconds, and try again, and I have dial tone and can dial out.
I have not noticed any pattern or timeframes when this occurs.
When looking at my online call log, I see calls at very random and arbitrary times of the day in the Outgoing column from my own number and TO the same number.  ALWAYS after that there is an entry that the call went to voice mail.  There is never an actual voice mail message, of course; I guess it hangs up before VM detects a valid message.
There appears to be an entry like this every single day, but, again, at very different times and with no discernible pattern.
Why is my own phone number trying to dial out to itself and at various times of day and night?

Having the same issue. Calls being made FROM my Maryland home landline TO a Virginia number.
I tried calling the number from my office phone, but it goes straight to an unoccupied voicemail.
When I first called about it, the Verizon representative also reassured me there was no charge for these calls, but that is not the issue. The issue is that someone or some machine has access to my home landline and it is making these calls. She was pretty insistent that it must be someone in my home, but much like others have stated, the records show that calls are made when no one is home, or when we are all home watching TV in the living room. We have one phone in the kitchen, so there are no secret calls being made. And certainly not 20+ times a month.
The first representative transferred me to another tech. At first, the new tech dismissed the idea that there could be cross-wiring (what the first tech suggested) because it's over the internet. There are no physical wires to cross.
The tech eventually ran a test and determined there was a "short bound in the wiring," so she said she was going to "reboot the ONC." I don't know what any of that means.
The test came back successful, and she was able to block the number (inbound and outbound).
I told both techs that this problem is not unique to my account; that there are several people on Verizon forums reporting the same issue.
She was not able to explain why, so we are no closer to figuring this out.
All I can recommend is calling Verizon tech support and having the number blocked. We'll see what happens with the next bill.
Also, if it's worth typing out, make sure you're reviewing your bills from Verizon. I've had to call at least five times in the 4.5 months about one thing or another.

  • Re iPhone outgoing calls log

The iPhone usage (under settings) only shows all calls incoming & outgoing. Has anyone found an app that will show more call logs. I need to be able to add up all out going minutes with out waiting for my phone account or going into phone account on the internet. Other cell phones have call logs that do this.

Thanks but I live in NZ and when I go to settings it only has useage - We don't have At & T. If I go to settings, phone it doesn;lt have anywhere either. The closest I have is to go to settings, general, useage, but that is all calls in and out. Any more ideas? Can anyone else help? I was hooping there might be an app.

  • Call logs in Unity 7.02

How can I access the call logs? I need to be able to see incoming and outgoing call logs for particular extensions. I researched it a bit and found info about a plugin called CAR but I think it was for ealier versions as I do not see it as a plugin for 7.02
    Thanks!
    Bill

Unity would only show you calls to Unity, I'm assuming you want CDR for any calls. If so, that's CUCM you need to look at.
Enable the CAR services and you'll get basic reporting.

    Hello JShiffler-
I am sorry to hear about the difficulties that you are having accessing the Digital Library to get your game download.  I would be happy to look into this for you.
It appears that you ordered a Sims game, which is actually accessed through EA’s Origin download program and not through the Digital Library.  You should have received an email with your product key along with instructions on how to download it through Origin.  I will send you a Private Message with your product key and with a link to the Origin website so that you can download the game.
You can check your Private Messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope in the upper right hand corner.
    Look for that message soon!

  • Call Log disappeared after update

I ran the update to Android 4..0..4 on my Bionic and now I can no longer find the Call Log function. The only time it seems to be available is after I have actually missed a call, then it is viewable only for missed calls, and only temporarily. In the old version, I could reach the entire call log or sort for missed, outgoing or incoming and dial from there. Is this simply gone?

I found the "phone" icon, which when tapped will give you a "recent call" list - which is what I was looking for. So thanks. But it used to be a lot easier, there was a place to tap within the "Contacts/People" icon/app so you could either make a call from this list or go thru the contacts alphabetically. Now there seem to be two separate places to accomplish different communications functions, where before there was one. It seems clunky and awkward, unlike most of the other changes. But I guess I'll get used to it! Thanks so much for showing me where it was hiding!

  • How to save History/Call Log permanently?

I'm getting repeat calls from a telemarketer. I'm ready to sue them, and make a little money. My iPhone has this great feature: "Recents," that stores a list of all my recent calls, both incoming and outgoing.
However, it only stores this info for 2 weeks, or the last 50 calls (unsure how many)
Question: How can I permanently save that list/history of calls? How can I get that list of my recent calls?
I would like to get that list as text, etc, so I can print it and take it court, as proof of the quantity of calls that the telemarketer called me. And the exact date and time of those calls.
How can I save that call log of recent calls?
I have an older iPhone 3, AT&T service, without a data plan.
BTW; These calls do not show up on my monthly bill, because the calls now just go to voice mail. AT&T does not charge me for calls I don't answer, and they don't put them on the bill.
    Thank you,
    Larry

There no way to save them permanetly on the phone.
I was going to suggest showing your monthly bill but you already answered that.
The only thing I can think of is to take a screen shot of your recent calls and email it to yourself.

  • Is the CALL LOG feature GONE???!?!?!?!?!?

Someone PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE tell me that BB did not remove the CALL LOG feature (that was on the Torch)!  This is HORRIBLE!!!  If I wanted a phone that did not allow me to be productive, I would have activated my iPhone!!! PLEASE BRING THE CALL LOG FEATURE BACK!!!  I might officially HATE the Q10!

    I wasn't specific enough.
On previous BBs there was a call log feature which enabled users to access call logs and forward the call details including whether it was outgoing or incoming call, the telephone number called or calling in, the time of the call, and the duration of the call.   Users were able to add call notes directly into the history of the call (including during the call) and email it or save it.  Unfortunately, it appears that BB has gotten rid of this feature. Why they would do  that is beyond me.     That feature was one of the BEST features for people like myself who need to maintain a written record of calls and contacts.    he proposed workaround that I have found is the Call Notes App which is virtually useless.
I'm going back to the BB Torch.  This Q10 is the PITS!.

  • C3-01 Incoming Call Log Question

Is there a way to see calls that came in that you did not answer?  If you answer a call, the call is logged and you can access a complete list these by hitting the green button.  If however you received a call which you do not answer other than the initial call indication there does not seem to be a way to see the number who called you at a later time.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

I didn't think they were there but perhaps they are.  Help me understand the various call indicators that appear to the far right.
There is a blue up arrow which signifies outgoing calls.
There is also a green downarrow which I think indicates outgoing call that I placed.
The third indicator is see is a red hook shapped up arrow- are these incoming calls I did not answer?
    Thanks for your help

  • Multiple outgoing calls

We are thinking of setting up a business account for our small Nonprofit organization, but we need to be able to make multiple simultaenous outgoing calls from multiple computers from the same account.  Can this be done with Skype?  If so, how?

    Hello degrene,
I see you are asking about making calls from one account and from mutiple PC's.  The answer is, Yes you can.
You will have to create a Skype Connect Account and Purchase one Channels for each user you have.  The PC's that they log into will have it's own SIP profile.  Then you will have to Fund the SIP profile with money to make calls.  The calls will cost you on a per minute basis, and on average of $0.08 cents US per minute.
If you prefer to manage each user in their SIP Profile you might want to look at using a PBX from one of our certified vendors.  The list is at:   http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/business/skype-connect/
Our Skype Connect user guide is at:   http://download.skype.com/share/business/guides/skype-connect-user-guide.pdf for more information on Skype Connect.
Thank You for considering Skype and using the Skype Community Forums.

I accidently hid my call log icon and in finding it and restoring it I must have turned off or on something ,,,,,,,now my phone doesn't show the incoming or outgoing calls in the call log list....how can I fix this?

Check and see what your "Phone List View" is set to. To find that go into your Call Log, hit the menu button, choose Options. If it's not set to Call Log change it to that and try making a call
