Outgoing mails are not going on N97

Dear All,
Please help me out. I have N97 and i have set up the mail box but i can only receive the message but i cannot send it from my mobile. when i checked out in my outlook configuration i found, there is one option more settings, once i press the icon i get one more window where it is mentioned my outgoing server SMTP requires authentication and below that it is mentioned that log on using username and password. i know the username and password but the same is not showing in my N97.
Please help me out how to solve this.

Is there is need to set anything?..I had regenerated all the tables,functions,triggers in my schema .Processes and validations are completely inactive

  • If your outgoing mail is not going out...try this

    t was happening to me. this fixed it.
    go to: mail>pref>accounts
    then look all the way down at the bottom where
    the Outgoing Mail Server menu is. EVEN IF your smtp is showing to be accurate, click on it and then click on edit server list
    then remove any server that is not yours. my outgoing mail was a big stall, MAIL was trying to send it out to smtp.mac.atlanticcbb.net
    that was not me. as soon as I deleted that false server, which was TRYING to send it via .mac, the accumulated outgoing email shot out like a fleet of jets.

    your own server should look something like
    smtp.atlanticbb.net
    smtp.earthlinks.net
    smtp.aol.com
    whatever
    if the .mac is in the line of any of them and you are using mac delete it out

  • Copy mails are not going in journaled mailbox

    I have hybrid set up with domains,
    contoso109.com and contoso109cloud.onmicrosoft.com.
    Its a new set up with some number of users.
    I did set journal rule with below command,
    New-JournalRule -Name "Test Journal Rule" -JournalEmailAddress [email protected] -Scope Global -Recipient [email protected] -Enabled $true.
    Now whatever the mail sent to or recvied by [email protected]  should go a copy to journal mailbox
    [email protected] 
    But i am not seeing any copy mails in the inbox of [email protected] .
    Is this is some problem in setting up journal rule..?

    I have some tests in my lab.
    The following cmdlet can be used to send all email messages that pass through
    [email protected] to [email protected]
    New-JournalRule -Name "journal rule test1" -JournalEmailAddress "[email protected]" -Scope Global -Recipient
    [email protected] -Enabled $true
    If you need to journal to external address, you need to create and configure the external SMTP journal recipient.

  • Outgoing mail is not working on the Macbook Pro

    Hey
    I am using the mail client to read my gmail mails in my Macbook Pro. Incoming and outgoing emails were working fine and all of a sudden for the last 2 days my outgoing mails are not working and i get this error" the sender address blah blah.com was rejected by the server".
    I reentered my cred in the pref pane and it still does not work. I am able to send mails fine using the browser. Incoming mails is fine is fine on the client.
    Any idea what is causing this error?

    I'm not sure why this worked fine for a period of time but most, if not all ISPs use for connecting to the internet block the use of SMTP servers outside of their network (or not provided by the ISP) on Port 25. Some ISPs allow the use of an authenticated SMTP server only that is outside of their network on Port 25 but some block its use regardless.
    These restrictions are in place as part of an overall effort to prevent spam emanating from the ISP's domain.
    Something to try.
    Go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts and under the Account Information tab for the account preferences at the SMTP server selection, select the Server Settings button below.
    Enter 587 in place of 25 in the Server Port field and when finished, select OK to save the changed setting.
    If this doesn't work, you need to add your ISP's SMTP server to mail and select this SMTP server to send mail with your gmail account which is invisible to all recipients.

    This is not usually related to AD issues, but it may be more of a DNS issue. I posted a request in your other thread to post an unedited ipconfig /all of the DC and of the client.
    This may help use diagnose this issue and your other thread's printer issues.

  • Some outgoing e mails are not getting through

    Some of the people I e mail are not getting any of my e mails. I use the verizon e mail online not outlook express or any other software. Most of my e mails are getting through but not all. Anyone have an idea why this could be happening? It's not that my e mail is blocked on the other end. One of the recipients is my dad and he isn't getting my e mail. I walked him through his setup and he does not have me blocked and I am in his address book.

    Is there a particular domain you are having trouble with? Are you getting any delivery delay/failure messages?

    1 . We updated OS to mavericks few machine in last december and still does't works SMTP (Out going mail) on those MAC.
    2.  After that most recently we updated OS to mavericks few machine those are working will with SMTP server .
             a)Not showing any SMTP connection in TCP trace ,
             b) Connection docter every time Says "Connecting to the server "
    3, Then we have installed thunderberd (another mail) client on maverick os, which OS related to apple mail client not woking . It seems other mail client is working well with SMTP server .

    Below is our requirement:
    Requester (User) creates a SC of multiple line items. Shopping cart is rejected by the manager for a particular line items and rest of the line items was approved, for the rejected line items workitems are not going to requestoru2019s inbox and also e-mail is not triggered to requistioner.(Informing that the SC is partially approved)
    Help us how to implement the above functionality? We have figured out a BADI- BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI will this BADI suit to our functionality.
    IF then throw some input on this. Or please suggest any OSS note related to this functionality.

    WF we used is WS14000133, Last approver is Manager further no approvers.
    For Manger they havenu2019t set (BBP_WFL_SECURITY) any value.

  • Wf mails are not sent

    Hi
    Workflow mails are not sent.
    The global preference was set as Do not send emails, we changed the same to mail with attachments. After that we ran resend failed or undelivered messages request. Even then the messages are not sent.
    mail_status is null in wf_notifications table for all of these messages.
    None of the activities are errored.
    I appreciate if any body faced similar situation and can point me where things are going wrong.

    The notifications that were sent when the preference was set to "Do not send mail" are not considered failed or undelivered. Those notifications at the time they were sent were not supposed to be sent as e-mail.. so not sent. If you want them to sent as e-mail, you will have to manually update the MAIL_STATUS to MAIL, run $FND_TOP/sql/wfntfqup.sql to rebuild the mailer queue. This will take care of sending all those e-mails.

    I have facing issue regarding to system mails. I want to send mails the various reports automatically from SAP System to different recipients. So I scheduled that reports at background and in their spool list recipient I have added distribution list.
    But that mails are not generated, it is not shown in transaction SOST also. When I send mails manually it goes successfully to only our company domain recipients. But not other domains. How should I resolve this problem?

    I have checked the background jobs they showed it finished. Following logs are shown in job logs. Is problem is due to 3rd log??

        3.) The items have already been archived.
    Please help me out.

  • Emails from the organization are not going through ePrint

    Hi,
    I've been having some issues with the ePrint feature that's configured in one of the printers that we have in our office. The printer is a HP LaserJet 200 color MFP M276nw. Every other client from other email addresses such as Hotmail, Gmail or any other address are able to send emails to our ePrint address and are able to print on it successfully. However, all the emails that are being sent from within our organization are not going through. We get an unsuccesful delivery message from the Exchange server stating that 
    The server has tried to deliver this message, without success, and has stopped trying. Please try sending this message again. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk
    We had checked with our Exchange administrators and they have advised that the email is trying to be sent, but in the destination it is being rejected. How can I get this issue to be addressed?

    Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that your corporate emails are failing when trying to send an email to the Laserjet 200 MFP 276nw printer's ePrint email address.
    Are you getting any messages about the failed messages in your ePrintCenter/HP Connected account?  If so what does the message state about the failed job?
