Outgoing Message Tone on IOS 7.. How to disable?

Since updating to IOS 7 I get a tone everytime I send a message, imessage or sms. I have been all over the settings and no where in IOS is there a place to turn off this tone or at least that I can find. Anyone have any ideas or are we going to have to live with this sound everytime we send a message?

Yes, but takes a little extra time and has some nice benefits.
Short answer: individual text tones only
Implementation: settings> sounds> text tone - under Alert Tones choose top entry - None. This also turns off the outgoing text message sent sound.
You may also want to temporarily turn off Vibrate on Ring
Go into Contacts and your equivalent of an Inner Circle group. (IOS 7 doesn't install Contacts by default. I couldn't find it on the App Store. Just still had it. You may have to use Phone>Contacts or FaceTime>Contacts or an app like ABContacts. Oddly Messages won't let you edit contacts.) For each contact entry you expect a text message from, edit it and you will be able to change the text tone sound to a custom choice (benefit: identify individual senders). Tap Done to close editing, and you'll see new entries in the contact for both the Text Tone and the default vibration. Change Text Tone back to the default sound and those entries will go away.
Benefit: choose a quiet sound, like Harp, for low priority texters so you'll only hear them if you're not busy or driving.

• Outgoing Message Tone

The "swoooosh" tone for outgoing text messages scares my dog. Since she hasn't gotten used to it after a year, I'd guess it isn't gonna happen. This seems to be the only sound for which there is no assigned control feature in Settings>Sounds.
The only way I've found to silence the outgoing text message tone is to set the whole phone to silent. It would be extremely helpful to allow the tone to be set to "silent" without turning off the sound to EVERYTHING.
Can Apple review and possibly correct this in a future update?
Thanks.

You would have to ask Apple.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Refer:
Article ID: KB05099 Steps to take before selling or after buying a previously owned BlackBerry smartphone
All of those Seller steps, of course, should be done before the device is delivered to the buyer. After that point, there is nothing you can do, unless you happened (still before) to have installed BB Protect onto the device, in which case you could use the tools it has to perhaps wipe it now.
All in all, this is a difficult lesson for you to learn...giving away personal information is something that no one should ever do, and yet exactly what you did do.

• IOS 4.33 issues with message tones

I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 4.33 and now most of my message tones only sound partially for example the choo choo tone only plays the very last part. I have tried turning the phone off and back on I have also tried restoring phone. Does anyone know how to fix this?Pls help..

this is something that happened actually with an earlier update, apple did it on purpose allegedly. there's no way to 'fix it', unfortunately. you can leave some feedback for apple, many others have.

• When the message arrives, the message tone sound that many times. How this problem can be solved? I installed the new version, but the problem is not resolved, the future is to be taken into account in the new version of this?

I'm not sure I understand the question, is the message tone going more then once?

if you are one of those then I suggest you contact Apple:

• Whenever I send an e-mail with my yahoo account which is also my apple ID a small icon (personal) picture is attached to the e-mail. How do I remove this picture from being attached to all of my outgoing messages?

Everytime I send a message from my yahoo account (which is also my appleID account) a small icon picture (which is a pic of my ex-boyfriend) is attached to the e-mail heading. I'm able to notice I want to remove this from happening. The picture is displayed on my iphone when I open up the mail.
Steps I take:
1. I write an e-mail message from my yahoo account to my other .edu account on a desktop computer.
2. I send the e-mail message from my yahoo account to my other .edu account on a desktop computer.
3. When I open up my .edu account on my iPHONE, there is a new message from my yahoo account.
4. Upon opening the e-mail message on my iPHONE, in the title heading it has the title of the email along with a small (upper right) picture on the iPHONE.
Another thing that I tested was the same thing on my iPAD for text messages:
1. I set up my text messages to my yahoo account (which is also my apple ID account)
2. I send a text message to a person and the same small icon picture is shown on the ipad with each message that is sent
3. The person receiving the text message does not get the small icon picture; however, on the ipad it shows this picture (WHICH NEEDS TO BE REMOVED)
I need to determine how this icon picture is associated with both my yahoo and apple ID account. The funny thing is that I don't have this picture on any of my devices (mac, iphone, ipad). It has been completely removed from all of my technology sources. I'm thinking it has to be something to do with the origniation of my apple ID.
PLEASE HELP ME....this picture is hurting my professionalism when I send outgoing messages.
Thanks.

• In IOS 7 how do you forward text messages?

In IOS 7 How do you forward a text message?

Yea, I figured it out as well but they screwed this ALL up. I get 100's of texts a day from Solar winds! NOW, to forward I have to do this on EVERY friggen text I NEED to forward to my IT staff!
Then, there's the issue on DELETING texts! In the past, you could either hit the "edit" button and then the delete the message OR swipe your finger to the right across the text (where you could see ALL your received texts) and a DELETE button would appear and you could delete texts.
I've always wanted the texts to work as the email does. You could click the edit button and then check off the text you wished to delete to make it even faster. But NO, they made it a complete pain in the a&&!
Please fix back like it was or better Apple!!!!

• How can i get repeating message tones

How can I get repeating message tones when i recieve a sms?

You can't (officially).
You can only create your own ringtones.
If your phone is jailbroken, you can search Cydia etc for apps that allow you to do so.

• How to make a DKIM signature for outgoing messages in Thunderbird (SMTP-server does not support DKIM)?

SMTP-server does not support DKIM signature.
How to make a DKIM signature for outgoing messages in the Thunderbird?

I'm not familiar with this particular use of the terminology.
Thunderbird has S/MIME support built in. You can add PGP support via the Enigmail add-on. Both offer the means to sign and encrypt messages.
I see add-ons to support the checking of DKIM-signed incoming messages, but haven't found any yet for signing.
Is it something that an email client is entitled to do? The Wikipædia entry says

Both modules, signing and verifying, are usually part of a mail transfer agent (MTA).

and that means a server, as opposed to a client (MUA).

• HT3529 On ipad3, wifi only, how can I send messages to non iOS users?

On ipad3, wifi only, how can I send messages to non iOS users?
I have MacBook, and iPhone 4 as well

Your're wrong on the overly sensitive part. I couldn't care less about android or some other stuff that you are comparing, what i do care about... enough to take the time to explain, is that your view on things colors the choices you make.
You clearly state your decision making process and the marketing is doing their work on you.
You think in terms of comparisons and competitors and that will always get you. The truth is, I'm glad Apple finally focused on how "something makes you feel" with iOS 7. There is so much truth in that one sentence!
There is so much noise out there about screen size, n core processors and price comparisons you can never get a good feel of what the product really is. By the time you figure out you were taken on a marketing hike, a new model comes out and the story starts all over again. (think of the nokia 40 megapixel camera, or the quad core samsung, those are exagerations to impress the consumer) Imagine the size of the jpg's on that phone, all those megapixels with the quality of a phone camera, ridiculous. Soon we will have 12-core phones with 7 inch screens, and people being led into thinking you can do everything on it, "one thing to rule them all", buy now! I saw a woman on the metro the other day with a 6' phone, I swear the thing was almost half the size of her head.
It's almost 2014 and you are complaining you can't send sms(which is a 25 year old technology by the way) with this new device. All your friends are using outdated tech and because you want to talk to them you want outdated tech too. Sms is insecure, easily snooped upon and recorded, the carrier charges for it and charges more for international sms, and so on... and on... internet chat has been free since the 1990s and it's about time it got free on our phones too.
Just forget about it. Enjoy other people taking the decisions, you can't take yourself, for you. Trust them, see if it fits, care about life, act emotionally when you "feel" like it. You deserve that, you are human, take the feeling home with you, share it with others.
Who cares if it's the 2014 edition or quad core... I gave my old iPad 3 to my grandmother so I could call her on Facetime. I bought the iPad Air on a whim, I just "felt" I wanted it. After a couple of weeks she thought about asking me if she could call my brother in the UK too, and how much it would cost. I said it was free, and she looked at me in disbelief. She is now calling my brother weekly by herself... she is 78. Can you imagine that... all I did is give her my "old" iPad.
Buying the iPad Air was the single best decision of my life, not because of the size or the weight or even iOS 7 (i do enjoy them by the way) but because it made me give my old iPad to my grandmother.
She doesn't even understand how it works, I figured it would be too much useless stuff to mention... it just does! Here put your finger here and here, then tap the name... wait for him to answer. Unbelievable!!!
PS. I figured the best gift I can make is give my old Apple devices to people who would never in a million years buy one for themselves. You see them in shops, they are our mothers and friends... they look at the huge prices and they would never give that much to themselves, they feel they don't deserve it. They gave me money to buy all the useless cr@p I ever wanted in my youth, the least I could do is gift them my "old tech" to enrich their lives. Going to buy a 5S soon and give my 4S to someone for free, but it's going to be someone I care deeply about, deeply enough to change their lives.
