    Im not sure if this is me doing something stupid but I have
    been
    playing round with classes and noticed that in the debugger,

    behaviour for a while but Im now stuck.
    I have posted a sample flash file with actionscript and

    which displays
    this behaviour everytime. View the testscript.as file for

    If someone could put my out of my misery and let me know if I

  • Bank Charges - Outgoing Payment

    Hi All,
    Customer want to post an entry in outgoing payment, which is not a cheque but he wants to take Demand Draft. Hence he has to add bank charges in the outgoing payment along with normal outstanding amount.
    Vendor outstanding is Rs. 10,000
    Bank Charges is        Rs.      250
    total cheque to be issued is for Rs.10250/- by debiting Rs.250/- to bank charges GL account.
    Can any one extend help on this.
    Regards
    N.Narayana Swamy

    HI
    Kindly follow the following procedure for the Demand draft.
    Create a demand draft account in current asset.
    Pass outgoing payment entry to demand draft account, it should be
    Demand draft A/c.  Dr  10000
    Bank charges A/c. Dr     250
    To, Bank a/c.         Cr. 10250
    while priniting of this cheque through checks for payment in pay to field you can write "Yourself Account" which is requre by bank on cheques while applying for Demand draft or pay order.
    then pass one more outgoing payment entry to vendor
    and in that entry in payment means instead of bank account select demand draft account.
    This is the best accounting practice.

  • Outgoing Payment  and Bank Reconcilaition.

    HI All,
             I have an issue regarding the bank account balance shown in the Bank G/L account. In case, cheques issued for outgoing payment but do not get cleared for more than a month, how do i carry forward it to the next month so that after reconcilaition the balance in physical bank statement and the G/L balance match at the end of the month. Currently in the legacy system used by the client they have the provision to change the posting date, so the posting dates for uncleared payment entries are changed to the next month, but this is not possible in SAP B1. how to match the balance in physical bank statement and system statement after reconciliation and get the exact available bank balance as indicated in the physical bank statement through the system.
    Thanks,
    Pritesh.

    Hi,
    There is no as such provision in standard B one.
    You can use 1 work arround. Make Two banks for every bank (Like HDFC,HDFC Reco).
    First make the payment from HDFC Reco and finaly when the check cleared from bank , pass an JE for HDFC and HDFC Reco.
    Hope it will help you

  • Ads are not displaying properly in Safari, v 4.0.5

    I am having an odd problem with display ads from our local newspaper not displaying properly on my Mac Pro in Safari. I suspect that the issue might be related to having had some AdBlock app on my system a few months ago. I removed the app and some ads display, but others are just a white block with nothing inside. Is there any way to figure out why the content doesn't load?
    The website is http://www.echopress.com
    The ads I'm having issues with are the 300x250 ads in the right 3rd column, located directly below the weather info and above the "marketplace" ads.
    Any ideas or troubleshooting tips?
    Thanks,
    Grady
    Oh, why do I wanna see em in the first place? I'm an advertiser on the site and would like to see my own ads load occasionally.

    Hey ho, Grady!
    I can see all the ads on the right,
    with the exception of the very top (first) box
    which has the header of "Weather Alerts).
    It's blank, and I'm assuming you have no alerts at the present.
    All the rest of the paid for ads show.
    So, what I would do is clear my Safari cache, history, and
    in Preferences>Security, clear all the cookies from that site.
    Hope this helps.
    If you need more info just holler.
    Let us know how you're doing, OK?

  • Add additional table in Outgoing payment PLD.

    Dear Expert,
    Can i know how to add additional table which is VPM4 to my Outgoing payment PLD to show out the Bank GL account number? In original outgoing payment PLD does not have this table.
    Regards,
    Vivian

    The "system print layout templates" provided with SAP Business One can be "saved as" and users can customize them according to their company needs. Due to the database structure not all the tables can be related to any field in any template.
    You can bring additional table in to PLD by Using ALT + clicking on the "Table" field opens the entire list of tables, including the tables that do not appear by default.

  • JE details after posting outgoing payment  can't captured in the Form

    Hi Everyone,
    Im using both SAP B1 2005B PL32 and PL40. I got this problem.
    Our client ask me to customize the AP Invoice and Outgoing payment forms primarily because they wanted to  make the GL entries be included during form printing. However only the AP Invoice is working after customizing the two forms.
    Im using OJDT and JDT1 tables to capture the GL entries after posting the transactions. I really wonder why, Outgoing Payment form is not working when in upon posting of this transaction it still goes to OJDT and JDT1 tables.
    Anyone can help me out. huhuhu..This is really ASAP!
    Regards,
    Beth

    Hi Lilibeth,
    What customization you have done ? Are they one of these following:
    1. SDK code UI/DI ?
    2. Query report ?
    3. Formatted search in UDF ?
    OJDT/JDT1 are the tables to record the JE transaction posted to general ledger for outgoing payment document. So there is certainly link field among them.

  • Problem creating an outgoing payment with DI API

    Hi
    I've created a form that allows a user to select a BP and automatically reconcile the accounts for this BP by creating an Outgoing Payment. It all works fine for Invoices, Credits, Purchase Invoices etc., however if the account balance contains Incoming or outgoing payments I am not sure how to treat these as there is not an invoice type (SAPbobsCOM.BoRcptInvTypes) for these. For the other types of document I simply declare what type of invoice the document to be added to the outgoing payment is by looking at the Transtype field of the record from the JDT1 table. I then use the JDT1.BaseRef field to retrieve the document's DocNum which I use to return the DocEntry by looking in the relevant table e.g. for invoices - OINV. All I then need to do is set the OutgoingPayments.Invoices.DocEntry value to this DocEntry and Add the line.
    I also have the same problem with Opening Balances as I can't seem to figure out what to set the DocEntry value to as this seems to be stored as a Journal Entry which uses the TransId for it's primary key, however this does not seem to work.
    Thanks a lot.
    Steve

    Hello Steven,
    You can use createdby field to determine the docentry of the base document instead of quering docentry by docnum
    select createdby, transtype, baseref from jdt1
    Note: Always set the correct document type for payments: (createdby is ok in integer format)
    Example:
    Opening Balance:  JE # 8 amount 1000, created by Opening balance (not JE)
       vPay.Invoices.DocEntry = 8
       vPay.Invoices.InvoiceType = BoRcptInvTypes.it_OpeningBalance
       vPay.Invoices.SumApplied = 1000
       Call vPay.Invoices.Add
    Opening Balance:  JE # 8 amount 1000, created by Journal Entry
       vPay.Invoices.DocEntry = 8
       vPay.Invoices.InvoiceType = BoRcptInvTypes.it_JournalEntry
       vPay.Invoices.SumApplied = 1000
       Call vPay.Invoices.Add
    Sales Invoice:  DocEntry: 11  amount 1000
       vPay.Invoices.DocEntry = 11
       vPay.Invoices.InvoiceType = BoRcptInvTypes.it_Invoice
       vPay.Invoices.SumApplied = 1000
       Call vPay.Invoices.Add

    J.
