Outlook 2007 Contact Notes not showing up on BlackBerry. HELP Please!
Using BB Desktop Manager 4.5. I have about 75 contacts with notes in the notes field in Outlook 2007 Contacts. I looked at the mapping fields in the Address Book and I do not see one for the NOTES field in Outlook 2007. I have checked the transfer all items and have set the Outlook for the Conflict decider. I see that the address and phone numbers get updated, but there are no notes...

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
From your message, I assume you are synching via USB tether rather than OWA (BES). As such, I think the core of your issue is that the Notes field is, as you found, not mapped. To synch to your BB, it must be mapped. This article, while for an older DM version, discusses the manual mapping process:

I cannot say if those instructions, however, are accurate -- I am on BES and as such never have to sync via USB. You can also try searching that knowledgebase for some better information. Hopefully this will help or someone with better DM knowledge will chime in with better details for you.

If you want the contacts in the GAL to be listed there, you have to copy them manually, as Jorge has indicated, or export them (however
you choose) and upload to SharePoint.
If only required for a single mailbox, copying is the quickest method. If needed for multiple mailboxes (and especially if you already have SharePoint as part of the BPOS suite), then I highly recommend using a Contact Library in SharePoint Online.

the settings are gone, i guess. But even worse, I cannot get the iPad2 to play Full HD thru the Apple digital AV adaptor using apps that support (and advertise this), like AVPlayer HD. This definiteley used to work before one of the last iOS upgrades. (I am now at 5.1.1). -

When the phone is connected to the computer in iTunes, go to the Info tab and select Outlook as the source for Contacts and Calendars. Tasks will not sync, but Notes can be selected to sync as well.

Thank you for your suggestion. I backup on itunes. I went to itunes, deleted syncing my contacts, then re-synced them. But the Facetime capability option continues to be there on most (not all, for some curious reason) of my contacts. I am not sure I posed my question correctly. I want to be able to FT with my family, so don't want to delete the FT capability totally from my iphone and ipad. But I don't want all these other iphone calls from various contacts to ring on my ipad as FT calls. I want a way to select with whom I have FT capabilities. Any further suggestions? After reviewing your post, the iPod is not recognized in iTunes. A frustrating situation to be sure. You haven't mentioned what OS the computer you are using uses. You can choose what article to use either OS X or Windows from this quoted section.

It sounds like your iPad will not turn on. Take a look at the iPhone article linked below, it provides tips that will help resolve power issues for both iPhones and iPads.

Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.

If it immediately turns off, seek service.

Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.
If the display turns on, go to step 4.
If the display remains black, go to next step.
Connect the iPhone to a computer and open iTunes. If iTunes recognizes the iPhone and indicates that it is in recovery mode, attempt to restore the iPhone. If the iPhone doesn't appear in iTunes or if you have difficulties in restoring the iPhone, see this article for further assistance.
If restoring the iPhone resolved the issue, go to step 4. If restoring the iPhone did not solve the issue, seek service.

Adobe no longer supports the installation and use of Acrobat 6 as it is a very old version which is not compatible with Windows 7.
I would suggest you to please use the latest version of Acrobat i.e. 11.0.10 which is fully compatible with your OS with its enhanced features and functions.
