Outlook 2010 APPCRASH wwlib.dll !!HELP!!

having a huge problem, tried everything I could find and think of personally to no avail. I send an email from my business email address on outlook (yes, with a signature) and the moment I click send the app crashed and restarts (loosing the email I was writing).
Only on new emails, when I save the draft beforehand, I am able to send the draft after restarting the program. Replies work just fine as well. I have error checked the PST and the OST, uninstalled MS OFFICE, REINSTALLED, changed the dll file to 'old' and
repaired office, as well as disabled each of my plain jane add ons one at a time to no avail.
Im lost and really need help, this problem costs me money daily. I am however able to send the same email once I restart the program as long as I saved it as a draft I can send it that way.  PLEASE HELP

My situation was that customer could not
send emails without Outlook immediately crashing.  Event log reported this same error pointing to OUTLOOK.EXE & wwlib.dll.
It is probably related to the signature file.  Outlook might only be attaching the sig to new emails and not replies or forwards.
Try creating a new one or just recreate the existing signature.
We ran outlook in safe mode.
scanned the .pst with scanPST tool.
turned off ALL of the add-ins, and removed a couple of them completely.
backed out the recent MS updates.
Uninstalled some unsupported apps that had been installed.
created new profile in Outlook.
Followed advise from Technet,  MSDN, and SpiceWorks forums.
cleared out temp files in App Data under his user profile directory.
Ran CCleaner and cleared out more temps.
upgraded to Office 2013
ULTIMATE FIX was recreate the sig.

  • Lync and Outlook 2010 appcrash UCMapi64.exe error

    Hi All,
I have 4 end-users who are experiencing the same appcrash errors.  When they open Lync and Outlook they first receive "Microsoft Lync 2010 has stopped working".  The details for this are:
    Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
    Application Name: UcMapi64.exe
    Application Timestamp: 5243366c
    Fault Module Name: MSVCR90.dll
The second error generates in outlook stating "Microsoft Lync 2010 exited without properly closing your Outlook data file C:\Users\firstname.lastname\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\[email protected]".  Microsoft outlook must
    be restarted."
Name and domain are omitted for confidentiality.  We've tried to restart outlook and lync and it still comes up with the same 2 errors.  Should we attempt to remove their outlook profile from Mail? Or try reinstalling Lync 2010?

    Oligaf,
We too have began to see this happen in the past few days with multiple individual across multiple divisions within our infrastructure. Myself and a colleague of mine believe that the issue is related to a specific update. Which one, not yet sure. We have
split up the task to try and burn the candles at both ends. He is doing a restoration on a machine to a date before the issue occurred, and going to systematically work in the updates one at a time to find the faulted update (if there is one). We believe this
is the culprit.  We have uninstalled, re installed, systematic Lync updates, re-registering DLL files, wiping dead Reg Keys....   I will report back what we have found. If you will do the same, maybe together we can get this figured out. I also found
    this--https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/lync/en-US/47223a0a-217d-407e-b4d7-3cbbe825a726/microsoft-lync-has-stopped-working-please-close-the-program?forum=ocsmanagement
I have yet to give this a try...
sorry for the lack of a hyperlink.. still waiting Technet account verification.
Hopefully I will report back soon...

  • Submitting a form using LC 8.2 and Outlook 2010 32bit

    Hello,
I have been searching the posts and have seen issues with attaching pdf's to email using Outlook 2010 64bit, but I am having the same issue with Outlook 2010 32bit. Is there a known issue with attaching the pdf via a submit button using the following code?:
    RealEmail.event__click.submit.target = "mailto:" + "[email protected]" + "?subject=For Order #:" + OrdNmbr.rawValue ;
    RealEmail.execEvent("click");
Our company recently upgraded to Win 7 pro v6.1 build 7601: sp1 and Office 2010 and ever since, the 20+ forms that I have created, stopped working. When I try to submit any of the forms, it gives me a small "clocking" icon for a second and then nothing happens.
I have tried to use Reader X thinking that it might help, but to no avail. I hope someone out there has a fix, otherwise I have wasted countless hours creating these forms just for them to break with a new system.
Thanks in advance for any insight!

I use Outlook 2010 and do not have issues emailing from inside a PDF. Typically there are two issues that pop up in these situations.
    1. Did you Reader Extend the form before distributing it. Reader will not be able to mail the form unless it is Reader enabled. Acrobat does not have that restriction.
    2. Virus Scan software can restrict or stop programs from using mail programs (like Outlook) programmatically. Are you running a virus scan program on these machines? Usually there is a panel where you can tell the Virus scan software that Acroabt and Reader are allowed to interact with Outlook 2010.
    Hope that helps

  • Siebel F9 : Activity not assigned to contact - Outlook 2010

    Hi,
Our environment change for a new version of Outlook (from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2010)
In my tests with F9 fonctionnality, I have exactly the same issue as doc ID 1556458.1
After sending email, activity is not assigned to contacts anymore.
As I see in doc ID 1556458.1, I change in OFT file "Set oSession = CreateObject("MAPI.Session") to "Set oSession = CreateObject("CDO.Message") but have the same result.
In log file, I see that parameter "Field: Email To Line" have the name of the contact instead of email...

  • Problem with CatsList.xml in Outlook 2010

    Hello,
We are using Groupware Integration (Server). Connector version 4.0
For some users (with Outlook 2010) when using the regcategories.exe to update the categories in Outlook, it throws an error "Internal Error, Can't load XML".
CatsList.XML is also in the same folder as the exe file.
When I install it in my Outlook 2013, I have the new CRM categories in Outlook.
I have also tried the VB script that I found elsewhere in this forum with the same result.
I am missing something with Outlook 2010?

  • IPhone4 MS Outlook 2010 Sync - DOES NOT WORK

Syncing between MS Outlook and iPhone4 Contacts and Calendars does not work. Is there a fix for this? Music and videos sync, but anything related to MS Outlook 2010 does not.
Help! Any fixes or suggestions. I want to keep my iPhone4 and not toss it.
    Computer OS: Windows 7 64 bit, MS Office 2010 Ver: 14.0.5128.5000 (32-bit. iPhone4 Version: 4.3.1 (8G4).

My life and contacts are in the hands of MS Outlook 2010. I need to get a new smart phone that will sync with Outlook. I was shocked to see that Windows Phones running Windows Mobile 7 and having the latest version of MS Office Mobile WILL NOT sync contacts with MS Office Outlook 2010 running on one's PC. There is a very limited work around using a Hotmail account, but it will only work with a relatively small number of contacts (I have 3,500!).
To what extent does the iPhone 4 sync using the procedure you outlined above? Does it sync 100% of all info in your MS Outlook contacts? For example, does it sync "Categories" and "Groups" information? Also, does the sync work both ways? I.e, does a new or updated contact in one device update the other, regardless of whether the change was originally entered into the iPhone 4 or the computer on which one has MS Outlook 2010?
    Thanks

    Hi,
Try a start Outlook in safe mode and test the results again.
Click Start, point to All Programs, and then point to Microsoft Office. Press and hold the CTRL key, and then click Microsoft Outlook.
If the problem does not occur in the safe mode, this issue might be related to some third-party add-ins in the Office program, we can try
    to disable them.
If the problem persists in safe mode, try a new Outlook profile
    ==============
    1.
    Exit Outlook.
    2.
Go to Start > Control Panel, click or double-click Mail.
    3.
Click Show Profiles. Choose Prompt for a profile to be used.
    4.
    Click Add.
    5.
Type a name for the profile, and then click OK.
    6.
Highlight the profile, and choose Properties. Then Email Accounts.., add your email account in the profile.
    7.
Start Outlook, and choose this new profile.
    Can the problem be resolved?

  • Public Folders \ Global Contacts causes appcrash in Outlook 2010

Placing this under Exchange 2013 because the error occurs regardless of what PC I test from.
I have a client we did a major over haul for.  New 2012 server running Exchange 2013 migrated from 2010.  They have several global contacts set up in categories.  There are a handful of these that cause Outlook 2010 to crash with an appcrash
when attempting to send an email from certain categories.  After selecting the category, I select new email from the menu. Crash is immediate.  PC OS is Win 7 Pro, both 32 and 64 bit.

    Hi,
I test the issue on Windows Server 2008 R2 and I found the frequent contacts appeared on the To-Do bar if I opened Outlook 2010 firstly and then opened Lync 2013 client.
So please make sure Outlook 2010 and Lync 2013 client to the latest version and then test again.

  • I can not longer send email from my .me email. in outlook 2010 on my PC. I can still recieve emails fine. I have not changed my settings at all. I have however tried all the settings i can find on the support pages. PLEASE HELP

I can still receive icloud ( ME email address) emails fine. I have not changed my settings at all. I have however tried all the settings I can find on the support pages. PLEASE HELP. Nothing has changed. This suddenly just started happening around a month ago. To frustrate me apple does not seem to have a support email or any method to contact them with this issue to do with their email product. I have spent ages going through the apple support sites and I keep getting asked for an apple product to mark it against. I have no apple product as I am using a PC but I am accessing and using their email product. Is there even a phone number I can call? Surely there is a support area for their Email server issues. Can anyone help? It is driving me mad and causing me major issues. My outlook is Outlook 2010 on a windows 8 PC. As I have said it worked fine then one day decided to stop sending emails.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,
'''Try Firefox Safe Mode''' to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.
''(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)''
    * On Windows you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the '''Shift''' key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
    * On Mac you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the '''option''' key while starting Firefox.
    * On Linux you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by quitting Firefox and then going to your Terminal and running: firefox -safe-mode (you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
    * Or open the Help menu and click on the '''Restart with Add-ons Disabled...''' menu item while Firefox is running.
''Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"''

'''''If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode''''', your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] article for that.
''To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.''
''When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help other users who have the same problem.''

  • I cannot open archieved pst file in outlook 2010, can someone help me

Сan some one help me to open my pst file which I had cut copied while moving on to new Laptop, now I cannot open this file in outlook 2010. I tried repairing the file using scanpst and other demo version from kernel and other software... most of them say
"not a valid pst file" Please help me as the date in this pst is important.

Your PST file might have got corrupt or damaged with 'Cut Copied' , that's why you are not able to access it on your new Laptop. Could you let me know how did you export your PST file from your old laptop/system?
A valid way to Export PST file is by using Import & Export option in Outlook (Open Outlook -> File Tab -> Click Options -> Click Advanced -> Import & Export) . Once you export the PST file on your old computer, copy that PST file into
any external storage drive(or by any other medium) and transfer it to your new laptop. Now open Outlook and Create a new profile ( Click the Show Profiles button -> Click
Add to create a new profile -> Enter a name for your profile -> Enter Name, Email id & Password -> Click  'Manually configure server settings' box to get into More Settings and
customize the Outgoing server settings.) Once you are done with this, Import that PST into Outlook using Import & Export wizard.

I purchased a new Windows 8 PC and I use Outlook 2010 for my calendar. With my old Windows 7 PC and Outlook 2010, my calendar would sync with my Iphone 5, but with the new Windows 8 PC and Outlook 2010, it does not, and I can't figure out how to snyc them. The emails from Outlook 2010 sync, but the calendar does not. Help! Thanks.

Easy solution for restoring lost calendar informaiton, thank goodness.  On your iPhone, go to settings, then to iCloud.  If your Calendar selection is turned off,  turn it on.  Your info should restore.  If your Calendar selection is turned on, then turn it off.  Choose to save calendars when asked.  After it shuts the Calendar off, turn it back on.  Your info should be restored.
Thank you to Apple support for walking me through this.  Shame on you Apple for not just telling people about this easy fix rather than making us go through all of this pain and worry.

  • Help with Mobileme, iCloud, iPad, iPhone and MS Outlook 2010

    Hello,
    WHAT I HAVE NOW
I'm in a bit of mess and don't want to proceed until I can get some answers.  I have an iPad, iPhone and a PC (Windows 7).  I have a mobileme account also.  I also have iCloud Control Panel installed on my PC and recently bought MS Outlook 2010 to migrate from mobileme to iCloud and get this whole synching thing under control. Everything has been updated to the latest versions for iCloud.
I have an att.net email account (ran by Yahoo Pop3), live.com account, hotmail account, gmail account, mobileme account.  I have contacts in my most of these email accounts but there are many duplicates and info needs to be updated.  With iCloud and mobileme running, I have numerous calendars and can't get any of them synched.
    WHAT I WANT
I would like to migrate from mobileme to iCloud and use the iCloud Control Panel and MS Outlook 2010 to synch my mail, contacts and calendars from my PC, iPhone 4s and iPad (version).  I only want ONE calendar and ONE contact list.  Can there be a MASTER contact list within Outlook 2010 instead of all of these contacts from various email accounts? If so, would I create a master contact list within Outlook 2010 and then go to the various web email programs and delete their contacts? How to I get these calendars under control with one Home calendar?
WHAT I HAVE DONE SO FAR
I started to migrate from mobileme to iCloud but stopped to install MS Outlook 2010 first.  I installed MS Outlook 2010 and got all of my email accounts imported even having to manually move the att.net (Yahoo Pop3) messages because the folders and emails within would not transfer from Windows Live Email to Outlook.  Currently having problems trying to get the contacts unduplicated and corrected but when I save a newly corrected contact, it disappears.  Are these contacts synching as I insert them and then disappearing?  Should I go offline to create correct this contact list?  What will happen when I add iCloud to the mix? Will I have to go back and correct all duplicates again? Can someone provide the order of these steps to take the least amount of time?
I know this is a lot but it's fairly complicated to me and I also have another person in my house that has a PC, iPad and iPhone for whom I have to do the same thing.  Trying to not waste time and do this the right way first. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I backed up everything and finally took the leap to migrate from mobileme to iCloud.  With a few glitches all seems to be working except that iCloud did not grab the updated and current Contact list from MS Outlook 2010 and seems to have an outdated contact list with only half the number of contacts.
Can someone help me get iCloud to grab the correct contact list out of MS Outlook 2010 so that it can be distributed to my iPad and iPhone also? Thanks!
