Hi,
Try a start Outlook in safe mode and test the results again.
Click Start, point to All Programs, and then point to Microsoft Office. Press and hold the CTRL key, and then click Microsoft Outlook.
If the problem does not occur in the safe mode, this issue might be related to some third-party add-ins in the Office program, we can try
to disable them.
If the problem persists in safe mode, try a new Outlook profile
==============
1.
Exit Outlook.
2.
Go to Start > Control Panel, click or double-click Mail.
3.
Click Show Profiles. Choose Prompt for a profile to be used.
4.
Click Add.
5.
Type a name for the profile, and then click OK.
6.
Highlight the profile, and choose Properties. Then Email Accounts.., add your email account in the profile.
7.
Start Outlook, and choose this new profile.
Can the problem be resolved?
Best Regards,
Nick

Outlook 2010 crashes when I dismiss reminders
I have an issue where when I open Outlook 2010, my reminders pop-up. When click dismiss all or if I highlight one reminder and click dismiss... Outlook crshes.
I've tried the /cleanreminders fix and the mso.dll fix and neither helped.
Any other ideas?I have the same issue, started yesterday. Wonder if one of the recent Office updates from Microsoft had anything to do with it? There were quite a few Office updates installed on my PC on 4-23-2012, four of which are Outlook specific.
I've tried running in on-line mode as well as caching, still get the error.
I've also try /cleansniff as well as /cleanreminders
Here's data from my crash, is it the same as yours?:

Outlook 2010 crashing when closing program
I'm using Windows 8 64bit, but using MS office as 32 bit. Since installing LeanPrint 32bit, every time I close out Outlook it crashes and tells me to uninstall this program; then Outlook restarts and then I can close down properly. Please advise what I may do to correct this.
So far I don't have problems when using LeanPrint in my other MS programs or Adobe reader.
ThanksHello,
We could reproduce the outlook startup issue at our end. We have identified a fix for the issue and a patch has been made available via Automatic updates of Adobe LeanPrint.
To get the patch, please follow below steps:
1) Go to Windows Start button -> All programs -> Adobe LeanPrint -> My Savings
2) On top right, click on Settings icon -> Check for Updates...
3) It should download the latest update for you. Install that latest version. In case you already have the latest version, it will say no update available.
The latest version containing fix for this issue is 1.0.936 (Verify it by going to Windows -> Start button -> All programs -> Adobe LeanPrint -> My Savings -> Settings icon -> About.
P.S.: In case your outlook plug-in got disabled due to that previously existing issue, you need to re-enable it by following steps given here:
On Outlook 2007 - you can go to Tools -> Trust Center -> Add-ins -> Manage (Select Disabled items) in the dropdown and enable the plug-in.
On Outlook 2010 - you can go to File -> Options -> Trust Center -> Add-ins -> Manage (Select Disabled items) in the dropdown and enable the plug-in.

Outlook 2010 crashing after bunch of windows updates on this tuesday
There were a ton of office 2010 patches released this tuesday and after that we are noticing that Outlook is crashing a lot.
Disabling addins helps for a while, but it crashes all the time.
We have Exchange 2010 and yes it even crashes in safe mode.
How can we diagnose the issue.
konkaniHi Konkani,
Actually, we've seen some other reports that a recent Outlook 2010 update (KB 2956128) will cause Outlook 2010 not working properly, but the symptoms are various.
We would like to collect more information for further investigation. Could you please provide your detailed system info?
Also, Could you please have a check and send us the log files? You can send the log files to this email account:
[email protected] and inform us here (the email subject should be the link of this thread).
Your kind assistance on this are very much appreciated.

I have:
Disabled add-ons
Tried Outlook in safe mode but still crashes
Uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook
Ran scanpst.exe
I have even installed this mailbox profile on a different computer that had a functioning Outlook profile on it, and it now causes the same issue after syncing from the Microsoft
Exchange server.
So, I logged into the Microsoft Portal online and checked for any emails that did not download from the webmail app to the Outlook box in case there was a corrupted email.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks!Hi,
Since the Faulting module is mso.dll, please browse to:
C:\\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\office 14.
Find mso.dll and rename it to mso.old. Then go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features to repair Office, a new mso.dll should be generated, open Outlook to check if the issue is fixed.
As you mentioned the issue persists on another machine with the same mailbox, I suggest you use the tool MFCMAPI to see if there's any items stuck in the mailbox.
To download the tool:
http://mfcmapi.codeplex.com/releases/view/127629
Open the mailbox with the tool, then go to QuickStart -> Open Folder -> Inbox, check if there's anything stuck there which doesn't sync to Outlook. I suggest you order the items by size, since large items are more likely to be stuck.

Outlook 2010 crashes when importing contacts
Hi
I have read a few of the other forums however non of the solutions have seemed to work. I tried exporting the file as a 2007 - 2003 excel file and then a csv, however it only exports about 5 files and then notes that outlook has stopped working and is closing
down.Hi,
One suggestion: Try to repair the .pst file with the scanpst.exe and try to export/import the contacts again.
You can find the scanpst.exe in:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14
You can find you .pst/.ost file in:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
If you are using .ost file instead of the .pst file, just rename the original .ost file, and restart Outlook, it will rebuilt a new one instead.
Two questions:
Could you please post the exactly error message for us?
And could you tell us whether this issue occured when you import the contacts, or when you export the contacts?
Sincerely,
Max Meng

Outlook 2010 APPCRASH wwlib.dll !!HELP!!
having a huge problem, tried everything I could find and think of personally to no avail. I send an email from my business email address on outlook (yes, with a signature) and the moment I click send the app crashed and restarts (loosing the email I was writing).
Only on new emails, when I save the draft beforehand, I am able to send the draft after restarting the program. Replies work just fine as well. I have error checked the PST and the OST, uninstalled MS OFFICE, REINSTALLED, changed the dll file to 'old' and
repaired office, as well as disabled each of my plain jane add ons one at a time to no avail.
Im lost and really need help, this problem costs me money daily. I am however able to send the same email once I restart the program as long as I saved it as a draft I can send it that way. PLEASE HELP

send emails without Outlook immediately crashing. Event log reported this same error pointing to OUTLOOK.EXE & wwlib.dll.
It is probably related to the signature file. Outlook might only be attaching the sig to new emails and not replies or forwards.
Try creating a new one or just recreate the existing signature.
We ran outlook in safe mode.
scanned the .pst with scanPST tool.
turned off ALL of the add-ins, and removed a couple of them completely.
backed out the recent MS updates.
Uninstalled some unsupported apps that had been installed.
created new profile in Outlook.
Followed advise from Technet, MSDN, and SpiceWorks forums.
cleared out temp files in App Data under his user profile directory.
Ran CCleaner and cleared out more temps.
upgraded to Office 2013
ULTIMATE FIX was recreate the sig.

Viewmail crashing Outlook 2010
I am working with a customer that is using the Viewmail pluggin for Outlook with their Unity Connection system. We are seeing the viewmail pluggin crash after a day or two once it is installed. We have tried removing the pluggin, repairing office, and then reinstalling the pluggin without success. We are using Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 (32-bit) SP1 machines. We ae using Unity Connection 8.6(2a) along with Webview 8.6(7). Attached are the error messages we are getting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
MichaelHello Michael,
1.Does the issue happen when you close outlook, open outlook or just random?
2.If you disable any type of remainder including the calendar, do you still
get the error when opening Outlook? This is to rule out the fact that by having any type of remainders enabled
could pop-up the exception.
3. Is there any additional add-in installed in Outlook? It has been seen to fail randomly with other Third Party add-ins for example ClickToCall
If this is the case i would recommend to test VMO without any additional add-ins for a couple of days.

Outlook 2010 / iCloud Sync - Outlook crashing while adding address to contact
We have a very odd problem with one client where adding an address to the iCloud contacts field through Outlook 2010 causes outlook to crash. We've tried the following and to no avail:
Made sure Windows 7 has all updates
Made sure Outlook 2010 has all updates
Create new Outlook profile
Create new Outlook data file
Uninstall / Reinstall iCloud app and resetup sync
The only problem I've narrowed it down to is that it is related to the Calendar & Tasks syncing in iCloud. When the Contacts sync is on ONLY it is ok; as soon as I turn on the Calendars & Tasks then it causes the crash above.
In the meantime, I've advised the client to update the address field through www.icloud.com or on their iPhone but not through their PC.Update: I removed all the duplicated lines and other errors (approx. 2000 contacts) and noticed that there were varying extra spaces between city/state and state/zip, which may have caused the different sorts of errors I saw. it's possible that it started with iOS 5/Exchange on the 3GS and I hadn't realized it, my guess is that little errors that iOS4 would overlook, iOS5 and the Exchange process won't.
I believe that the different permutations were due to the variance of the extra spaces between city/state and state/zip which seemed to have been caused by some portion of this error, although because it's pretty subtle, the spaces could have been there before and I didn't notice. I have gone through the approx 2000 contacts and removed the spaces (as well as the extra lines) and although it looks fine at a quick glance, by the time it gets to the iPhone, all of the fields besides the country field are ending up in the address field, not populating to the city, state and zip fields. I also set my MacBook to access Google as a test and as near as I can tell, the Exchange process is not adequately understanding what is a street address, what is a city, state, zip, etc., since Google doesn't have these fields separated out.
I have also sent an email to GSyncIt support for their thoughts. I hope this is clear, I'm a little boggled at this point. -
Outlook 2010 is crashing on startup.
Delete the profile and create a new one.
Hello all, I need to know if there's any solution for Outlook 2010's crashing problem while starting up. I guess the PST file is too large. I can't delete any of my mails as it is important. Is there any way to solve this?

Outlook 2010 sp2 application crashes
some of the users when they receive an email and outlook want to update, it crashes and gives me " outlook has stopped working error 1033"
i always backup the mailbox and delete the email an re-create it from scratch but it's not a solution for my problem can someone helpHi,
Are you saying that Outlook 2010 will crash upon receiving emails? If possible, please share the crash logs, we shall have a further look then.
When you say "delete the email an re-create it from scratch", do you mean remove the email account from Outlook, then re-add it?
A lot of reasons may cause this kind of Outlook crash error. Let's first try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Try to install any available updates, then verify result. It's always a good idea to keep your current up to date.
Disable virus scanner integration. A virus scanner will scan each email that received, this might cause the issue. So if you do have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook, disable this integration and try again.
Have a try in Outlook safe mode and see if issue persists: Press Win + R and type "outlook.exe /safe" in the blank box, then press Enter. This will help to determine whether the issue was caused by third party add-ins.
Hope this helps.

Office Outlook 2010 continues to crash. I've uninstalled and re-installed the Office 2010 package and the problem persists. I running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit, and Office 2010 Professional. Outlook had been workout with only an occasional hang when
I attempted to Send/Receive e-mails. This morning there was a Windows update. After the system rebooted, and the updates were being configures on reboot. the process hung at 32%. I shut the system down and restarted. All seemed fine until I had
the Outlook problem. I've backed up the Office files and exported all the data from Outlook. Uninstalled the Office 2010 Professional product, downloaded it from the Microsoft site and installed it. It applied updates and I activated the product.
While it will send and receive e-mail, it continues to crash. I do not have to be doing anything for it to crash. Previously I had uninstalled all com Add-ins and still had the problem. before un/re-installing I ran the Microsoft diagnostics program
and it found no errors. With the add-ins re-installed (after the un-re-installation the problem is the same.
Neil Cook, NYCHi,
Since this issue occurs when you are sending/receiving emails, I suggest you try to repair Outlook Data File to check the result:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/272227/en-us
Please also go to Event Viewer to check the Application logs:
Press Win + R, type "eventvwr", press Enter.
Although you have uninstalled and re-installed Office, have you re-created the profile? If not, please create a new profile to setup your account in Outlook:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829918/en-us
If the issue persists after these steps above, we may need to perform a clean boot to determine if background programs are interfering with Outlook:

ICloud add-in crashes Outlook 2010
I start Outlook 2010 it crashes, so I restart Outlook 2010 & a pop up asks if I want to disable the "iCloud outlook add-in" as Outlook experienced a serious problem. I am using the iCloud that came bundled in with the iTunes 11.1 download i was forced to download to get iOS7 last week.
Guys, I fixed it.
Click here (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1455)to download a clean / separate install of iCloud Control Panel 3.0 for Windows.
Go to Windows program manager or what ever its called & completely uninstall your current iCloud Control Panel 3.0 for Windows. This is most likely the one you got bundled with iTunes 11.1 (was in my case).
Restart PC as per the removal process. Upon restarting install the downloaded iCloud Control Panel 3.0 for Windows. Go through the setup & your off & running.
In my scenario I just ticked everything to ensure I didn't accidentally delete any contacts / tasks / calendar items etc that may have been in one place but not another. I ended up having to delete 300+ double / triple / quadruples of contacts in the iCloud contacts within Outlook but now I'm totally sweet.
Good luck all -
Hello,
We are running Exchange 2007 on our server and our user clients use Outlook 2010. One of my users is having the following issue. Whenever he opens Outlook 2010, it would crash and show this message: "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working. A problem

If there are too many items in the problematic user's mailbox, please delete some and check whether the Outlook can be opened. Please uncheck Use Exchange Cached mode to use Online mode and confirm if the user can access the mailbox for Outlook.
Also try to connect to this user's maibox from your working machine with Outlook. Then check whether it works.

Following the Faulting Module Path, there are only about 4 files in that Folder and none of them are the mso.dll. The only place I found the mso.dll was in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\root\vfs\ProgramFilesCommonX86\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE15
Both users have all their Office and Windows updates. I confirmed that they weren't running Outlook in compatibility mode. I have recreated their Outlook profile,
done a quick repair and an Online Repair. I have done a full uninstall via Microsoft's Fix-it and resinstall and update. I copied the mso.dll file from an up to date system that isn't having the issue. The users still report the issue and
are getting increasingly frustrated when it pops up.I am having the same issue with outlook 2013. It is very random. Like today I was trying to send out a meeting request and outlook kept crashing with the error below. I literally had to add each person one at a time in order to keep outlook
from crashing. This is very frustrating. Other times it is a simple reply to an email that will cause this crash. After a reboot it may not happen for days. Very strange.
