Outlook 2013/Adobe Acrobat XI (both have the latest updates): Adobe Acrobat Toolbar Tab disappears after I close Outlook.
Environment: Outlook 2013/Adobe Acrobat XI (both have the latest updates)/Windows 7 x64 SP1 (latest updates)
Every time I close Outlook 2013, the Adobe Acrobat addin disappears. When I open Outlook,I have to enable the add-in again.
I have tried the following:
-Repairing Acrobat
-Repairing Office
-Setting the registry setting for the Acrobat addin loadbehavior to "3" (persistent)
None of the following has worked. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for posting on the Adobe forums, kindly try the steps mentioned below, hope it helps.
1) Open Acrobat>edit >preferences
2) Go to General under categories menu and uncheck the box that says"Check 2D graphic accelerator"
3) Also, siwtch off the Protected View under "Enhanced Security"
Additionally you can try repairing Acrobat from Help>repair Acrobat installation.

The videos do not play except on YouTube. It shows an error message that it can't play the video. I have the latest updated Adobe Flash player. And the same videos work well on IE and GC !
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I can't open my iPod library in iTunes, the app doesn't show the device at all, no error message, nothing, but windows 8 opens it like it would a flash drive. It has worked for me before just fine and both have the most updated software versions. HELP PLEASE!

I have an iPad 2 and so does my mom. We both have the app Slotomania and now all of sudden after having it for months, our games connected and we don't know how to fix it. Deleting it and reinstalling does not work.
Does the app now use iCloud, do you use iCloud and do the two of you use the same account on iCloud?

I have a mid 2009 and a late 2011 MacBook Pro, they both have the latest upgrade of Lion. Neither of them can "see" each other in AirDrop. I have reset the apple ID on both. Is there any way I can make them "see" each other?
As far as I know the older mac is compatible with AirDrop.

I'm pretty sure my Mac mini 2011 has that but for whatever reason I cannot send via AirDrop to the mini. The mini can see other computers like my 2010 MacBook Pro and send files to it, but not in reverse. The MBP is unable to see or send to the mini unless the mini has engaged it to send a file to MBP. Even then it's temporary and the mini will disappear from the MBP's AirDrop radar upon completing the delivery of its file.
So I'm a bit perplexed on how the Mac mini has AirDrop, can see other AirDrop computers and send files to them, but cannot be seen on other Macs to reciprocate. -
Bridge 5.0.2.4 with camera RAW 8.4.0.199 ON a MAC 10.10.1. Trying to update to camera RAW 8.7 to get my canon 7dMK2 raw files to work. But the updater say I have the latest update! Witch I clearly don't have . And my Photoshop have to different camera RAW plug-ins. The old 8.4 and the new 8.7. But it doesn't work. Have removed and reinstalled several times. What is going on? Why can't I update bridge to the latest version 8.7 or read my raw files from the Canon 7dmk2?

I lost my play list, when trying to use Home Sharing, So I turned Home Sharing off and sync over WI-Fi off, and tried to sync my original play lists back. That did not work. So I decided to do a restore (I need to clean up anyway) I have the latest update for my iPad, but iTunes keeps trying to update my iPad and its taking up to 20 hours to do it, then it fails. This is very irritating seeing as I work with these products everyday as I am IT support for my company. I have tried different cables both USB and Ethernet and WI-Fi. I have tried each one of my computers that are authorized; laptop, mac book pro, and my PC. Please give me a solution.

When i add text to PDFs and work on the file for awhile, my red added text starts to turn into red X's with a box around them. I have OCRs turned off, i have the latest update, and i have registered the product. What is happening to my text while i'm working on these files? On top of this, my red arrows get moved around also.

What OS do you work on ?
Do you experience this any particular PDF or happens with all of them?
Did you try the same with turning on the OCR ?Please check the same and compare the outputs .Does that help you in anyway ?

Why is my iPod not syncing to iTunes when i have the latest update?
Seems, iTunes can't read your backup anymore. Copy the backup folder to a safe place before you delete the latest backup from the list in iTunes/Preferences/Devices
The folder where your backup data is stored changes depending on the computer's operating system. Since iTunes only keeps one backup per device, you should ensure the backup folder is included in your periodic data backup routine.
iTunes places the backup files in the following places:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Windows Vista and Windows 7: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Note: If you do not see the AppData or Application Data folders, you may need to show hidden files (Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7), or iTunes may not be installed in the default location. Show hidden files and then search the hard drive for the Backup directory.

After you deleted the backup from the list, try again to sync. -
My Ipod shuffle appears in itunes on mac but not on windows 7 even though we have the latest update of itunes. We have also tried the other solutions on the apple support site.

I would like to get the downloads tab to go back to the way it was, before this most recent update. Now that I have the latest update of Firefox, it moved over to the right. The little hand won't budge it. And the download interface is different, now it is under something called 'library', I liked the old way much better - any way to restore it to that?

Is this the pop-up that you see when finishing a download or do you mean the pop-up you see if you hover a link?
When a download is in progress then you see a download progress bar on the Navigation Toolbar instead of the Download Manager button and that button is highlighted once the download has finished to make you aware the their are new downloads.
You can view the new Download Manager in a tab by opening the about:downloads page and consider to open this page in a separate window. -
When I try to install Lion it tell's me "You can't use this version of the application install mac os x Lion with this version of Mac os X" even though I have the latest update 10.5.8 of Mac os X?
