Outlook and iPhone won't sync new notes

First of all, I have SHUT OFF iCloud Notes sync as per other threads on this topic.
A couple days ago my Phone (iPhone 4) was syncing notes properly with Outlook 2010, now it won't. It doesn't seem to recognize that there is new information.
I've tried deleting and re-adding my notes, I've tried removing any notes that didn't have text in the top line of the note, I've tried changing the Note on my iPhone and syncing with Outlook as well as the reverse but both the phone and Outlook go back to the old note!
All I've been able to find in threads are suggestions shared above - are there any others I can try?

have you tried manually syncing notes?
make some notes, and pick a one or two to sync and see what happens
try restarting the phone, make a note, and try syncing again.

Outlook and iCloud won't sync since Windows 8.1 upgrade

So I've finally figured out my problem, but have no solution. The problem is that ever since I upgraded to Windows 8.1, Outlook "forgets" that the iCloud add-in is enabled. Every time I start Outlook, I have to manually go into options and re-enable the add-in. After that, syncing calendars and contacts to iCloud and my iPhone works just fine. In order to fix this, I figured out that I can set Outlook to run as an administrator. Works perfectly, as in now having the add-in enabled automatically. I thought this was the end of my troubles, but now Outlook no longer syncs with iCloud. Tried everything, and it just won't.I read on another thread that Outlook won't sync when you run it as an administrator. And sure enough, switching back to NOT running it as an administrator fixed the problem, in that it now syncs again. However, I'm stuck with re-enabling the add-in every time I start Outlook. Is there no other way to do this?

I don't use playlists. Maybe as a workaround you could try music software other than Windows Media Player, like Media Monkey

The free version of Mediamonkey should do playlists for you; what you get with the Gold (paid) version, mostly, is an mp3 ripper, but you can also install an mp3 ripper without buying it.

Leopard iCal and iPhone won't sync

ever since installing Leopard...with it's new and improved iCal...my calendars won't sync with my iPhone...changes made in iCal dont' go to phone and changes made on phone, don't go to iCal. there is no problem with AddressBook syncing....
here is the console log with the error messages from the sync....
but I don't know enough about SyncServices to fix what it's finding...or even interpret what it's finding

I don't have an iPhone but I get similar entries in Console. I can not sync my calendars between 3 Mac via .Mac. I made entries to iCal on the iMac at work, but this entries never get synchronized to my Mac mini and MacBook Pro. But changes to Address Book for example are synchronized. I can see the entries if I view the calendar with Safari, so the changes go to .Mac, but the other 2 Computers can not get it. Even resetting does not help (replacing calendar data with data from .Mac).

Hello. So I have this problem. I have the iPhone 5 and it is fully upgraded in all ways. I used to have a MacBook Pro, also all updated with the new iTunes too, where all my music was syncronized. It broke, and I got a new one. We tried to export all of the stuff from the harddrive, but only documents and some photos was able to be saved. So I lost all of my music. I still had it on my phone though, so I wanted to syncronize my phone and iTunes, which should work but it wouldn't. It does safety copy, but none of the music is exported into my actual iTunes. And now when I download new music on my iTunes on my mac it won't syncronize either. I have tried DiskAid, but it only works one way and I have not bought it yet. This really ennoys me, and I hope someone knows how to help me

After replacing hard drive iPhone won't sync new music

My hard drive crashed the other day so I took it apple and they replaced it. Since then I am not able to sync any of my music back onto my iPhone. I've restarted my Mac and iPhone; didn't work. The real problem came when I tried restoring the iPhone because it whipped out all the music I had on there and still won't put songs on. So now my iPhone has no music. The problem seems to be that my phone still wants to sync with my "old computer" are there any way around this?

Not tried to download any music, but managed to sync the iPhone in iTunes (after re-registering it for some reason), but cannot find a way to make iPhoto work:(

If I delete emails on one device, they remain on the other
If I send an email from one device it does not appear in the sent box on the other device

I have iCloud setup on both devices

I think you are confusing two different issues - or I am misunderstanding you. Are you trying to sync the devices over WiFi with iTunes? If you are, read theses instructions from Apple's kb article about syncing.
You must select the apps to sync in the Apps Pane of the iTunes window on the right as well in order for the apps to sync.
Wi-Fi syncing
Open iTunes
To set up Wi-Fi syncing, connect your iOS device to your computer with the included USB cable. Select your device under Devices on the left-hand side.
In the Summary tab, select "Sync with this [device] over Wi-Fi".
Whenever the computer and the iOS device are on the same network, the iOS device will appear in iTunes, and you can sync it. The iOS device will sync automatically when all of the following are true:
The iOS device is plugged in to power
iTunes is open on the computer
The iOS device and the computer are on the same Wi-Fi network
While the iOS device appears in the left-hand column of iTunes, you can select the content tabs and configure sync options.
Click Apply or Sync to sync the iOS device.
If the iOS device does not appear in the Devices section or you are unable to sync, please see this article for troubleshooting.

IPhone won't sync new apps-I'm not authorized on this computer???

Everything with the update went well, bought/downloaded applications from iTunes, hit sync & got the message that I'm not authorized for them on this computer. I have to be, don't I? I remember when activating the phone that it did that... I think. Please help, I want to use my new apps.
BTW, I've tried resetting the iPhone by holding down the power & home buttons for 6 seconds & I've restarted my G5.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just solved it. Double clicked on one of the new applications from within iTunes, it asked for my password to authorize this computer, clicked sync & it's syncing now.
Hope this helps others that might have had the same problem.

My iphone won't sync new songs in my library

So I update my library on iTunes with new songs. I throw my wifi into a power source, and it syncs stuff like apps and such but not the new songs. It works when I drag those songs onto the iPhone (on iTunes). If I hate sync music it goes crazy and tells me it'll delete everything and it seems like it'll resync all my songs, and I not about to wait 342342 hrs. to sync my music for a few songs.
iOS 5 is a struggle. They should've given us a manual to read first....

These errors typically occur when security software interferes with the restore and update process. Use the steps to troubleshoot security software issues to resolve this issue. In rare cases, these errors may be a hardware issue. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.
Also, check your hosts file to verify that it's not blocking iTunes from communicating with the update server. See the steps under the heading "Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > Mac OS X > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store." If you have software used to perform unauthorized modifications to the iOS device, uninstall this software prior to editing the hosts file to prevent that software from automatically modifying the hosts file again on restart.

Deleted voice memos using Syncios. Now Voice Memos won't open and iPhone won't sync.

I deleted all voice memos from the iPhone using Syncios, and now I'm having the following issues:
1) Voice Memos app is broken on iPhone. It opens and then immediately closes.
2) Can't sync via iTunes! Get the following error message:
The iPhone "[iPhone Name]" could not be synced because the sync session failed to start.
3) Syncios is not recognizing the device even when connected. Error message:
Device disconnected, please reconnect the device.
It looks like deleting the voice memos using Syncios did something else to the phone to break it.
Please help ASAP.

Same problem here. I contacted Syncios and they opened a bug report, but I it seems that they don't have any workaround for the moment :-/
In my case, I also discovered that my iCloud backup was corrupted when restoring my iPhone 6 in order to "fix" all these problems (had to wipe my phone to use it again...)... So it's possible that this Syncios bug also damages iCloud/iTunes backups, which would be very embarassing for them.

TS2481 Calendar on Mac and iPhone won't sync

I followed all the many many steps on the support page and now I've got some events about 3-4 times on my iMac, and some of them have disappeared, and none of them have moved over to my iPhone. I know the problem is with iCloud, which i don't want to use because it seems to have caused all the problems I am having, but I'll happily use it if it will work!

After switch from Outlook to Mail, iPhone won't sync with Address Book

Good morning
Using Lion, I recently dropped Outlook 2011 in favor of Mail (did not uninstall though, do not want to).
My problem is this, iTunes and iPhone won't sync with Address Book, they remain stuck on syncing with the Outlook address book. The issue is only for the address book, the iPhone syncs fine with iCal for some reason.

Did you try hooking them all up to iCloud? That should do that trick for Address Book and iPhone.
Alternatively, you could try connex.io. You would be able to sync all of your contacts between iPhone, Address Book and Outlook (and more if you want to). An iPod can pn;y sync wiht one iTunes kibrary and the new computer is a new iTunes library:
- Transfer iTunes purchases to the computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
- Transfer other music by using a third-party probgram like one of those dicussed here:
Copy music from Ipod to new computer...: Apple Support Communities
- Connect the iPod to the computer and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup

In iTunes, try signing out of your Apple ID & then back in: click on iTunes Store on the left sidebar of iTunes, click on your Apple ID on the top right, sign out, sign back in. Then try to sync your purchased music to your phone again.
