Outlook - Andriod - iPad 2 - PC - Google: Calendar issue!!!!!!

Yes I am one of those guys. I updated my iPad 2 and signed up for iCloud assuming it would make my life easier. Now my andriod calendar and google calendar have been deleted. I only have my icloud calendar in my outlook but it doesn't sync with my google calendar..... any suggestions?

Droid 2.3.3 Commando: google calendar issue

just bought a droid commando. uploaded an outlook calendar csv file thru my PC to google calendar. seemed to work fine and sync automatically with the phone fine. however, after march 11 (daylight savings time begins), the calendar on google shows the correct time for each apt while the calendar on my droid shows one hour earlier. for example, an apt scheduled for march 12 at 11am on google shows up as 10am on Droid. stumped as to how to address this? the auto sync is set 'on' in my phone. i'd appreciate any suggestions. thank you.

That is certainly a strange occurence. Have you tried to delete the csv file from google and re-added it? Can you try to create another csv file and import into google, then sync it and check the time? Are you having any other issues with syncing email, contacts, etc? Weird google calendar issue on iPhone 5/iOS 6.1

Hey all,
So I just noticed an issue on my new iPhone 5 w/ iOS 6.1:
I use a google calendar with several shared calendars from co-workers. In the past, to set this up, all I did was add a gmail account as an Exchange account, go to https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect, and select all the shared calendars I want synced to my iPhone.
Now when I do that, the shared calendars do NOT show up. In fact, the only way I can get them to show up is to add the gmail account as a GMAIL account - NOT as an Exchange account - and then go to https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect and select the shared calendars I want synced to my iPhone. The only problem here, though, is that then I don't have push email.
Thus the solution seems to add the email part of my google account as an Exchange account, and the calendar part as a Gmail account. This seems like a really inelegant solution. Anybody experienced similar issues and figure out how to make it all work from one account?

I don't know for certain as I'm not having this problem and have multiple Google calendars syncing through Exchange. However, Google has dropped support for Exchange except on the paid accounts (I think) at the end of January. If you were already using it, it will continue to work. I wonder if, because you're trying to add new calendars, it won't let you.
Except for having two entries in your settings, I'm not sure what the problem is with adding the calendars separately. It should end up looking just the same. I agree, not perfect, but, how often do you look at that part of settings?

Synced Google Calendar issue

I have my iPhone4 synced to my Google account to pull Google calendars. I have 3 calendars. One of them I DO NOT want to be connected. I repeatedly uncheck it from the Calendars list and after a seemingly random amount of time, my iPhone re-checks the calendar. I also get push notifications from this calendar, which I do not want. Is there any way to keep this calendar unchecked for good (without unsyncing my Google account) or stop having just that calendar send push notifications?
Hope I was clear with this.
Basically:
3 calendars from 1 Google account are synced.
I only want 2 of these calendars.
I uncheck the 3rd one.
iPhone rechecks the 3rd one by itself.
I also receive push notifications from the 3rd calendar, even when unchecked. I do not want this.

Outlook crashes after sync thru Google calendar

Have sync'd my Outlook calendar via Google calendar sync and at first was very impressed. But soon after, my outlook began closing down / restart or a message would completely dissapear as I was typing. Have been told this is a fairly common probelm with OS2 and Google Calendar sync. Anyone have this experience? How did you cure it??

I don't know why, but Google seems to have real problems and I have never been able to sync Google with anything other than my BlackBerry Bold 9700! It is not the fault of your Playbook or BlackBerry! It is something with Google itself. I had to open an email account at Hotmail not just because of this, but also because my Gmail account was vetting filled with junk mail.

HTC Hero and google calendar issue

HI there,
I can no longer see one of my google calendars appointments on my HTC Hero. I can see a different calendar ok and I can see all my calendars google.com.
This seems to have happened on Monday, any suggestions how to get my calendar back gratefully received,

ICloud on iPhone 4, iPad 2, and iPod/Calendar issue

Quick question - I just need confirmation on this actually:
I have read and been told that I cannot use iCloud with OSX 10.5.8. However, can someone please explain why I can enable iCloud on my iPhone 4, and can add a calender event and actually see it appear on all of my devices? I can also log into iCloud, create an event, and it goes to my iPhone/iPad/iPod. I can't, however, see it on my computers iCalendar. Is this the limitation? I also can't create an event on my iMac's calendar and see it appear on my iPad/iPhone/iPod - I can simply sync via iOS devices.

Your Leopard computer is not capable of supporting iCloud with the iCal application, but your iOS 5 devices are iCloud calendar capable. You can however, access your iCloud calendar from your computer using a icloud.com url.

IPhone and Google Calendar issue

I'm going mental trying to figure something out here and I hope that someone can help me.
My wife and I both have an iphone, and, gmail accounts and wanted to have a calendar used by both of us so we can update different reminders and events and have them sync over the air. easy enough. Right ?
I created my calender under gmail. Set it up on my iphone, and, all is working fine. If I create an event on the gmail calendar, it gets pushed to my phone, and, it happens the other way around also. perfect. that part is good.
Now, I get my wife's phone and set hers up to "subscribe" to my calendar. All seems to work fine, but, for some reason, she isn't getting pop-up alerts on her phone when an event happens.
If I update something on my calendar, and, she opens up my calendar on her iphone, she can see that there is a new event, but, it doesn't pop-up a reminder on her phone when it's time. It kinda defeats the purpose of this utility.
I made sure on her gmail page that she has pop-up reminders on. am I missing something?
I've been subscribing and unsubscribing to my calender (with her phone for hours now) trying to figure out what Im doing wrong, and Im about to go mad.
Any ideas?

How can I map the category in Outlook to ICal for Google Calendar Syncing

I have the syncing working between Outlook 2011 and iCal and Google Calendar; however all my events come in with a category of "No Category" into iCal. Unless I open iCal and manually change "No Category" to my google calendar it will not sync with Google Calendar. Does anyone know how I can have the category come from Outlook to iCal and default it to my Google Calendar?

BB 8830 syncing problem with Outlook 2007 after Google calendar

I have a BB 8830 WE that was working fien with Outlook 2007. I recently started syncing with Google calendar and I believe since then I get an error message everytime I am syncing with Oultook 2007: it works fine when it is scrolling through teh contacts but when it reaches calendar items it stops and gives me an error message: BlackBerry Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I tried to repair Outlook 2007 as recommended by Google Calendar but it has not worked.
I woudl appreciat eany help or suggestions.

Firefox does not load embedded google calendar month view (2014)

Recently (first complaint today), all of our embedded google calendars on our site stopped loading in Firefox browsers. Specifically, it is the month view. The calendar actually loads and the contents can be seen on agenda and week views. However, Month view remains empty (A google calendar framework appears complete with the tools that might normally be there[month selection, print, view tabs] but the expected calendar is not there, so it is quite short).
We have 3 online google calendars that are injected with the <object data> call. All three work in Chrome and Safari as they are designed to work. This is only effecting Firefox (have not tested IE). I reset firefox, and started it in safe mode. I also downloaded and ran Firefox 33,32,30,28, and 15. It effects them all.
So far I have only tested this on a Mac with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome
Let me know if you have any suggestions or if there is more information you may need.

Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead. That is an error in the jquery javascript code though.
Firebug doesn't show anything in its console.
I used iframe and the behavior is exactly sthe same. I'm beginning to think this is a google calendaring issue instead.

Curve 9320 Any browser that shows Google Calendar month view?

Has anyone found a browser that will show the Google Calendar month view on the Curve? Here, the default browser will show Google Calendar onl in a much inferior agenda view, with no way I can see to select any other view.

Issues Syncing Google Calendar with Palm Pre 2 WebOs 2.0.1 - Timezones...

I am using Google Calendar to synch my company Outlook to my Palm Pre 2. I note that there are some prior posts on Timezone challenges and have followed the advice provided to no benefit.
All my events are synchronizing - however any recurring events not local to my timezone are not translating to my local timezone. So events scheduled by colleagues on the US West Coast are entered into my calendar at the time set ignoring the offset to my timezone (8 hours given that I'm in UK).
All events are properly reflected in Google Calendar it's the sync to my Pre which seems to corrupt (or more correctly not translate the time). Interestingly single events created by US colleagues are translated correctly.
Any suggestions as to how I can fix this??

Any way start over from scratch to fix iCloud calendar issues in Outlook 2010?

I'm suddenly having perplexing iCloud calendar issues in Outlook. Forget the hundreds and hundreds of duplicate entries for birthdays and holidays, and the thousands of duplicate contacts - I've just been manually deleting them from Outlook. I also tried manually deleted iCloud files from iCloud on outlook, but this does not seem to affect what is on iCloud itself. I've now got an issue where if I add an appointment on my iPhone, it appears on Icloud but not in Outlook 2010 even though the iPhone calendar is displayed in Outlook. iPad appointments show up on iPhone, iCloud and Outlook. iCloud entered appointments show up on iPhone, and iPad and Outlook. Of course it is maddening that there is a separate calendar for each (there is only one of me, so why a separate calendar in Outlook for every source is beyond me). How can I get my iPhone to start showing up again in Outlook? Another issue is that now every time I click on calendar in Outlook, it takes 2-3 minutes to display the calendar because iCloud seems to be syncing. I'm assuming this is because there a so many duplicates. I've removed Icloud from Outlook. Ran a repair on Outlook. Uninstalled iCloud. Reinstalled. Re-added to outlook., but the issue is never fixed. I'm considering make a brand new Apple ID and abandoning my current one, but that means I have to change my iPad, iCloud, iPhone, family iPhones, Outlook, readd credit card, reload all of the data. That's a pain. I sure would be nice to have a simple way of editing the iCloud data and adding devices (and having a more descriptive source name would be even better).

I was looking to sync the information from the phone back into outlook, It looks like these options will sync what is on outlook into the phone..
I wanted to export from the phone (which has all of the old appointments and updated contacts) , back into outlook

Calendar sync betw pc-Outlook, iPhone & iPad

I have synced by iPhone 4 calendar with Outlook on my pc for years without probs. Now I have an iPad as well, and it seems the iPhone and iPad are syncing, but dropping a recurring entry (every 4 weeks) from my Outlook. Is there a way to fix this?

I have just tracked down the likely cause of this problem after subscribing to some of my existing Google Calendars. After doing that all the days in my iPhone calendar all showed dots regardless of any events for that day.
I found that if any event is dated before 13/12/1932 it will create this problem. I half expect that tomorrow being the 16/07/2009 I will see the problem move to the 14/12/1932, but I have to wait 24 hours to prove that.
I had my parents Birth Dates in one of my calendars and as they are both in their eighties I had events from the mid 1920s, thus this problem struck. It took some time to narrow down the exact date that cause this though.
Anyone else seeing this, can you confirm you have events before the 13/12/1932?
If I get confirmation I will push this through to Apple tech support, unless someone more influential can get their ear...
