How do I distribute a PDF form to an outlook contact group?

I've had better luck converting my PDF forms to WORD documents by first printing to PDF so that I get a "non-form" PDF then saving as try67 noted.  The conversion came out much cleaner.  In my case it i for folks that need to make edits to the format or data submitted to us via PDF form - the type of edits that would be challenging if done to a PDF.

  • Outlook contact groups not appearing in iTunes Sync

I was having trouble getting contact groups to appear in iTunes froma outlook. For awhile I got 1 group to appear and no others. I expermentally deleted that group and it remained while nothing else showed up. Apple support had no idea what to do and I stumbled upon a solution eventually. Since other people seem to have had a similar problem judging from the forums I thought I'd post my fix if nothing else is working for you.
When you create a new group in MSoutlook (by right clicking and selecting new folder) in order to keep your contacts orginized it makes that folder in a subfolder of whichever folder you clicked on. This doesn't display in MSoffice at all, all folders simply appear in a straight line with no way for you to tell where they are. The issue is that if you have these groups in any other directory besides Contacts they will not appear in iTunes. In my case everything was a subfolder under Suggested Contacts. In order to fix/check this simply click on your groups 1 at a time and select the "move folder" option, select Contacts, then hit OK. Rinse and repeat until all your folders are filed under contacts.
Once you've completed that open iTunes, go into the info tab of your device, and sync contacts with outlook. Just select sync all if nothing appears. After the sync all your groups should appear below for you to pick and choose which groups you'd like to upload. I hope this helps.
This fix was using Office 2010 on Windows 7 (64-bit) with iTunes 10.5.2.11

    Hi,
I would like to create two folders - one for me and one for my wife. So under 'My Contacts' in Outlook 2010 it looks like this:
    Suggested contacts
    Contacts
    Suggested contacts (email address)
    Simon's contacts
    Julie's contacts
iTunes has picked up these sub-folders - THANKS!
However, I would like to keep the 'Contacts' folder with all the contacts in and only copy selected contacts from there and place them into my wife's folder and mine. The 'copy' function does not seem to work.
Obviously my contacts are different to my wife's and she does not want hundreds of names on her contact list.
So, basically how do I copy contacts without moving them out of the contacts folder and manually typing them all back in my wife's folder (some contacts we both need)?
Hope you can help on this one.
    Many thanks,
    Simon

  • Import Outlook contact groups into OSX Mail

Is there any way to automatically import a contact group from Mac Outlook Express5 to Mail? An AppleScript possibly?
The only alternative that I have seen is to copy/paste each individual email address from Outlook to a new group in Mail; one-at-a-time, extremely time consuming for large newsletter lists.
I'm trying to help a friend who has an iBook with OS9 and OS10.3.9.

You can't transfer the groups, you'll need to do it the hard way.
As for the duplicates, how many accounts do you have in your Address Book?

  • Office Outlook Contact Groups

Does anyone know how to create a seperate contact group in Outlook so that i can have the choice on which contact list to sync...for example...my wife and I. Thanks!

I bought an iphone the other day and want it sync ONLY with specific contacts and a specific calendar. I have tried creating groups and new calendars (I tried making groups, multiple files of contacts and additional address books), but when I click on the "Info" tab in iTunes, I still only get the option to sync All Contacts and All Calendars (and even this doesn't work properly). I am on a Think Pad, running Windows XP and Outlook 2003.
    Ideas anyone?

  • Outlook Contact Groups disabled

I haven't seen any new posts in the forum about the issue with the inability to create a contact group in Outlook through the normal channel of clicking on the button.  For folks with an Exchange/Active Synch account- is there any fix?  I feel
like I should get a discount on the product if it's not going to be fully functional

    Hi,
Exchange ActiveSync doesn’t support Contact Groups. It's not the limitation of Microsoft Outlook and we can do nothing to change this on Outlook side. It's the default behavior of Exchange ActiveSync and I think this behavior won't change in a short time.
If you want to migrate Contact Groups from earlier versions of Outlook, you can refer:
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/manually-migrate-outlook-hotmail-connector-features-and-settings-to-outlook-2013-HA103683232.aspx
Please look at the 'Contact Groups' section in the table.

  • HT2486 How do I import existing Outlook contact groups into Mac Address Book?

After months of problems with Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac, I am switching to Mac Mail. I seem to have successfully imported my individual contacts into Address Book. However, I have been unsuccessful in figuring out how to import group contacts into Mac Mail.
So far I have created .txt files, (a separate one for each group), listing each e-mail address in that group separated by a comma. Can I input this information into Address Book somehow? If not, how else can I import my groups into Address Book in a more efficient way than manually entering them? Manually dragging and dropping names into each new Address Book group is not an option, since I  have about 50 groups with 20-50 people in each of them. It would take me extraordinary amounts of time to do that, not to mention the frustration.
A second question: There are many duplicates listed in my address book. When I select Card>Look for Duplicates, it tells me that No duplicates are found. They most definitely exist, however. How can I erase them without having to manually delete each duplicate?

You can't transfer the groups, you'll need to do it the hard way.
As for the duplicates, how many accounts do you have in your Address Book?

  • How to sync Outlook 2010 Contact Groups to my iPad and iPhone

I am trying to figure out how to sync my Outlook 2010 contact groups to my iPad and iPhone.  Also how do you manage the groups once on the device?  Seems they can only be selected and not edited.  I can get my Good contact group and my Windows Contacts contact group to sync but not my Outlook 2010 groups.  Any ideas?

Mac solution.  No idea if works on PC:
    Work Around:
    On your mac:
    1.  Open a new email
    2.  Insert name of an existing group into one of the "To" fields as usual.
    3.  Highlight all the resulting names in the "To" entry
[Highlight first name, and while holding shift, highlight last name and all will highlight[]
    4. Copy (Command C) the highlighted emails
    5. Paste (Command V) nto a pages document
    6. Remove the name and anything else preceeding the first < and also the first < of only the first entry whixh will look like this:
         [email protected]>,
    7. Remove the > of the last email which will look like this:
         , Jane Doe <[email protected]
    8. Copy the entire altered list from the pages document
9, Go to Contact Book and click + to add a new entry
10.. Name the entry (XXX Group for iPad) or whatever you wish to call it
    11.  Paste all the copied altered list into any one of the email entry spaces
    12.  Click on "Done"
    13.  Create new email On iPad and click on + in any one of the "To" lines and search for "XXX Group for iPad"  You cannot just key in XXX Group for iPad!!!!!!!, you must use + contact search.
    14.  Enter the selected iPad contact group into the "To" line.
    15.  All the entries will now appear in the "To" line and you are good to go.
Adding or deleting email addresses from the iPad group:
Easiest:  Alter the original mac group in the usual way and repeat steps 1-14 above.  It seems impossible to edit within the emai line of the iPad contact entry.
    Rediculously simple once figured out.
Happy emailling, but please send Bcc so that you don't spread your groups' email addresses all over the internet for spam, viruses, and other unwanted emails.  Be considerate and ask your recipients to notifiy you if they wish to be deleted from the lists you compose.

  • My outlook 2010 Contact Groups are not visible in iTunes; only syncs main Outlook Contact Folder, others not synching

I have an iPhone (running the latest device software) and have Outlook 2010 for PC on my desktop.  I have several Outlook 2010 Contact Folders/Groups but when I try to sync with my iPhone I only have the option to sync all of my contacts.
When I sync this -- the only Outlook folder/group that is synced is my main 'Contacts' folder/group.  All the rest of my folders/groups are not being transferred to my iPhone.  I've had this issue for a few months now -- and though I like the iPhone, my old Blackberry nev er presented this problem when it came to the simple base function of syncing.  Appreciate your help -- as I am out of answers.  Thanks.

  • Outlook 2010 Contact Group Issue

We have a Public Folder Distribution List (Contact Group) that is accessible to several users. There are two significant issues:
When changes are made to the list, they are not always saved. For example if I enter a contact "Jon Smith" with email information, and then realize it should be "John Smith" and correct it, in  many cases when I next open/use the
list the contact info has reverted back to "Jon Smith". This appears to occur at random.
Returning emails sometimes have sender addresses that are incorrect, i.e. an item sent to "John Smith" (a list member) will reach him, but his reply comes back as "Don Jones"
In addition, we get locked out of this list at random intervals. Our environment is Exchange Server (I believe it's 2010, not 100% sure) and Outlook 2010 clients.
    Any insight is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Steve Macey

    Hi,
So this is a Public Folder Distribution List, please first check if you have the right permission to update it.
Any other users having the same issue? Please share me the exact steps of how you modify the email information in the Contract Group.
For the second issue, do you mean it's only the name that displays incorrect, but the email address is actually right? Please check if you have the "Don Jones" contact (in your case) in your address book, which has the same address info filled as "John
    Smith", the expected one.

  • ICloud destroyed my contact groups in Outlook 2007

I have windows 8 and in my Outlook 2007 I created some (coloured) groups of contacts.
A few weeks ago I received from Apple a email, because I own an iPhone 5, that I could get my contacts
synchronized with Outlook. I had to give the version and some steps to implement it.
I also had to create a new iCloud address. I thought it might be useful.
Now weeks later after my vacation I come home and I remember that I have to send a mail to a certain group of my contacts.
I open my Outlook 2007 , emails everything ok, until I open my My Contacts / contacts:= totaly blank!!
Underneath is a box with iCloud / contact in iCloud: I can open there my contacts (I hope they are all there?) arranged alphabetically, but all my groups of contacts are gone! hours and hours of work wasted!
How can I get my contacts in my Outlook 2007 back into the groups classified as I had created them?
Microsoft and Apple do not directly support a suitable solution.
How can I reverse the steps that I did before synchronizing to iCloud ? The contacts (groups!) are not in “deleted items” !
    Please help !

You can get your Contacts back as they were by signing out of iCloud and then restoring your backup (if you have made backups). If not, you can't.

  • Can't modify/delete Outlook 2010 Contact Group

I've got a user who created a new Contact Group in Outlook 2010 and now can't modify or delete the group.  Other groups she's created before or since do not exhibit this behavior.  Also, when you bring up the properties of the group, the window
looks different than the other groups and the icon in the top left of the window just has the card with no people in front of it.
    Thanks

    Hi,
A Contact Group, known in previous Outlook versions as a distribution list, is a grouping of e-mail addresses collected under one name. A message sent to a Contact Group goes to all recipients listed in the
group. You can include Contact Groups in messages, task requests, meeting requests, and in other Contact Groups.
Refer to the link below that about
