Hi,
If possible, please provide the detailed error description for your certificate error. If the certificate is not trusted, please add the self-signed certificate in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.

    Hi Sasidhar,
I'd first suggest installing any available updates on both Outlook and SharePoint sides for the issues related with Outlook integrated with SharePoint,
Also, please take a look at this thread which disscused the same issue and see if it helps. <Steve_MTC> had a good summary of his findings:

It's recommended to download and install

  • Outlook Error Code [0x80004005-0x80004005-0x000501]

There are a couple of users on our network getting this error.
Outlook Error Code [0x80004005-0x80004005-0x000501] when they use Outlook to send messages.  This is a recent occurrence.
I need to know what to fix.
    Patricia Startz

    Hi Patricia,
What's the version of your exchange ?
Base on my search, Exchange 2010 SP3 RU8 will cause this issue.
If you had installed exchange 2010 SP3 RU8, you should rollback this update.
The following has been posted onto the Exchange team site:
    http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2014/12/09/exchange-releases-december-2014.aspx
    Update 12/10/2014:
An issue has been identified in the Exchange Server 2010 SP3 Update Rollup 8. The update has been recalled and is no longer available on the download center pending a new RU8 release. Customers should not proceed with deployments of this update until the
new RU8 version is made available. Customers who have already started deployment of RU8 should rollback this update.
The issue impacts the ability of Outlook to connect to Exchange, thus we are taking the action to recall the RU8 to resolve this problem. We will deliver a revised RU8 package as soon as the issue can be isolated, corrected, and validated. We will publish
further updates to this blog post regarding RU8.
This issue only impacts the Exchange Server 2010 SP3 RU8 update, the other updates remain valid and customers can continue with deployment of these packages.

I'm running Outlook on my MacBook Pro and have trouble sending files with attachments through Outlook when I'm travelling (not physically on the network at work).  I get an Outlook Error Code 19121.  When I'm at work connected to network, the mail goes through.
How do I fix this problem?
    Thank you.

    Hi petro_jemes,
Just a little claritification, you need to add the value to the variable "[string]$ou", and also change the language in the variable "$emailbody" in the function "Get-ADUserPasswordExpirationDate".
    I hope this helps.

your issue is that you're calling the com object with the name the wrong way round. It should be Outlook.Application, not Application.Outlook.

  • Win 8.1 2010 Outlook Error message: "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill..."

When trying to open Outlook in Win 8.1 I get the error message:
"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Office Outlook and set it as the default mail client."
It eventually opens but none of my Mail accounts load. When I click on one of the accounts I get

Outlook is set with all its defaults. I've tried going through the Repair routine for Microsoft Office but it doesn't help.

    Hi,
To delete a profile, you may try the steps below:
Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps
carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.
    1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run command.
    2. Type regedit in the Open field and click OK.
    3. Locate the key then right click on it and choose Rename:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem
    4. Type OLD at the end of the name.
    5. Try opening Outlook and it may prompt that you need to create a new profile.
    I hope this can help.

  • Microsoft Office 2013 Outlook errors due to it wants to connect to MS exchange

Every time I try to load Outlook 2013 it gives me an error: The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action and when I click on it, it keeps going in a loop. What to do to correct it will
not launch without exchange server and I have it. Any suggestions? And I download MS Exchange 2010 SP1x64 still nothing

Same issue here.  I have the Surface Pro and only one Outlook Exchange Server account will connect.  They other one gives the same Microsoft Exchange is unavailable error.  The funny part is that these are both work email accounts that connect
to the same server, but one works and the other does not.  I can ping the server no problem.
I have spent probably a total of 15 hours on the phone with Microsoft Office CS.  There's 15 hours I will never get back.  To say they were useless would be an understatement.  Half the time they just took down the issues and then said I had
reached the wrong department and transferred me.  I got transferred 11 times on one phone call.  No one even tried to help.
So unless Microsoft can come up with a solution to this I am taking the Surface Pro back.  This is really disappointing.  I was really hoping that Microsoft could be an alternative the Apple Universe.  Seems like they chose gimickery over
functionality.  Windows 8 looks pretty and does some neat stuff, but sending and receiving emails is the most basic of the basics you expect from your PC.
If anyone has a solution from Microsoft please post it here.

  • Outlook error message

    Hello All:
The problem that I have is that whenever I try to access the my address book from Corel WordPerfect X6, I get the following message:
Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.
When I go into Outlook to set it as the default mail client, the box already has a check mark in it. Can someone please tell me how do I get rid of this error message, it is driving me crazy, Allen.

    Hi,
This issue may occur if the Outlook registry key is corrupted. When other programs try to use the Outlook Simple MAPI interface, they cannot retrieve the required information from the registry.
To resolve this issue, you must first remove the corrupted Outlook registry key, and then perform a Detect and Repair operation to have Outlook rebuild the key. Please refer to the following KB article and follow the steps described to resolve the problem:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/813745/en-us
    Hope this helps.

  • Outlook error "The Delegate settings were not saved correctly. cannot activate send-on-behalf-of list. The operation failed"

    Hi,
Re: "The Delegate settings were not saved correctly. cannot activate send-on-behalf-of list.  The operation failed"
I have a client who is getting the above error when attempting to change delegate permissions in Outlook 2010.
She is also getting this error when she tries to remove a delegate.
I have tried recreating her mail profile.
I have also tried kb2593557. The auto fix didn't work at all and the registry fix only removes the error message and not the problem. This client would like to be able to edit her delegate permissions.
    She is on Exchange 2010
    Any assistance would be appreciated.

The article you provided is not related to the error message that the user is getting it.
Can you please provide better solution? I know this answer and this post is old but I am having same issue.
The error message is only (The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. cannot activate send-on-behalf-of list. The operation failed) I was not able to attach screen shot.

  • Microsoft Office Outlook Error Message

Can't open Microsoft Office Outlook. the following error message appears everytime i try to open the email:
errors have been detected in the file: C:\users\TPRJ001\AppData\local\microsoft\outlook\outlook1.ost
quit outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and then use the repair tool (scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file

    Hi,
Based on the research, this issue can be caused by several factors, such as the corrupt PST
file, incompatible Outlook add-ins, and corrupt Outlook Profile. At this point, I recommend that we follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.
    Step 1: Repair the PST
    file
    =====================
The "Microsoft Office Outlook Inbox Repair Tool" utility is available to repair the PST
file. I suggest you perform the following steps to run this utility and repair the PST
    file first.
    1.
Click Start, click Run, enter "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX\SCANPST.EXE" and press Enter.
NOTE: If Inbox Repair Tool window does not appear, please click Start, click Search and search for "SCANPST.EXE"
    file.
    2.
In the Inbox Repair Tool, please enter/paste the path below:
    C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
    3.
Click Start to begin scanning your
    file.
When you are finished with the Inbox Repair Tool, restart Outlook to check the results.
If the issue persists, let's start the Outlook in Safe Mode to test the issue.
In this mode, the add-ins won't be loaded with the Outlook program and it will become more stable.
Step 2: Start Outlook in Safe Mode
    ===============================
    1. Close Outlook first. Click Start, and click on Run.
    2. In the Open field, type: "Outlook /safe" (without the quotation marks).
Notes: There is a space character between Outlook and the forward slash (/).
    3. Press Enter.
However, if the error message still occurs when exiting Outlook, I recommend that we create a new Outlook profile to troubleshoot the issue.
Note: A new Profile is a new environment for us to use Outlook. To create a new Profile is only for a test to see if the problem is related to the corrupt Profile of Outlook. Creating new Profile will not do any damage to the old Profile.
Step 3: Test in a new Outlook Profile
    ============================
    1. On the Start menu, click Control Panel.
    2. Click Switch to Classic View, and then click the Mail icon.
    3. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click the Show Profiles button.
    4. On the General tab, click to select the Prompt for a profile to be used check box.
    5. Click Add.
    6. In the Profile Name box, type a descriptive name for the new profile, and then click OK.
    7. In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, click Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
    8. Select the appropriate server type for your new e-mail account, and then click Next.
    9. Fill in the appropriate information as prompted to configure the account again, and then click Next.
    10. Click OK.
    11. Restart Outlook and select the new profile in the popup window.
    12. Please check if the issue occurs in the new/empty Outlook profile.
For more information, please refer to the following Knowledge Base article:
    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;829918
If the issue still occurs, please let us know.
    Thanks
