Outlook error when clicking on a link -- can't get to Firefox

This used to work, now it doesn't -- i reinstalled Windows , Firefox, Office, etc. Using FF 4.
When i click on a link in an Outlook email, i get a message saying "an error ocurred in sending the command to the application."
How do i fix this?

My guess is that you are using IE and have both types of script debugging enabled. This is a bug in the Flex Builder 3 documentation and probably carries over into Blueprint search results.
Please let me know if this is not the case. Also please let me know if you are using the Flash Builder 4 public beta, because my understanding is that we have fixed this in FB 4.

Getting 'No Data found' Error when clicking the edit link to edit a record.

I am getting an error whenever i try to edit some of my entries by clicking the edit link, i have a composite Primary key attributes of three columns ( Budget Year ('YYYY'), Training Name('VARCHAR') and Emp Code ('VARCHAR')
Some records will load when i click Edit but some wont and return 'ORA-01403: no data found' error.
Any help will be appriciated.

I have integrated a standard Webdynpro application with Portal.
When i click on any link on the application in portal it is giving an error:
" There is no iView available for system "System Name": object "ObjectName". For more information, contact your administrator.

I am sorry that i have not mentioned its ABAP Webdynpro application..
The error pop up is coming when i click on the link on the application which appears correctly in the iView.
Standalone all works fine in the application problem is after integration with portal

Google is always busy updating things, and Firefox can sometimes get files out of sync. When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
1. Clear Firefox's Cache
orange Firefox button ''or'' Tools menu > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"
2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here
While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

Is this a one-off or a general problem? If a one-off, is it a link to a web page or something else? If not a web page, try control-clicking on it and choosing to download the linked file. This will at least access the file though it might be to something you don't have an application to open with. If you do this, what sort of file do you get? - select it and hit command-i to get information on it.

My requirement is to show the variable screen of target report when clicked on direct link and it should not show the var. screen if it goes from jump/go to.
while currently I can not see var. screen on both the places and when switching the var. scree. display on in web template , it shows the screen at both the places.

Did you try using such a variable? What kind of a problem do you face? I am sorry I am still trying to understand your problem. I am just saying that which variable you use is not important for the first query. Only in the second query, add a variable with ready for input (I am not sure why the other doesn't work, I just tried and it gave an error, that's why I suggest this) and in RRI connection make the assignment with this variable. Please try this and let me know the result.

Error when sending a document link via email

Hi people,
I am on SAP EP 6.0 SP15 and below I describe my scenario.
I have some documents created in some KM folders. Today, I tried to send one of those documents via email to another portal user. If I go through Send To > Send Copy..., that other portal user receives the email with the document attached and he is able to open it... so far so good.
However, if i try to send the same document but now using a link (Send To > Send Link...), the other guy receives the email, but the link results in a 404 error when clicked.
I investigated a little and found that the link sent contains "" signals to indicate spaces in the folder names, instead of "%20". I believe this is the issue, because if I change manually the "" signals to "%20", the link works perfectly.
My question is: is there a way to configure the sistem to use "%20" instead of "+" to represent spaces? Or I will have to remove the spaces from ALL my folder names?

this seems to be a bug. In the release notes of KMC SPS16 incl. P1, this is not reported as fixed (on the other hand, not every fixed bug gets reported in the release notes).
You could try to patch your portal first; if you don't can do this at the moment or if the bug persists after patching, please open an OSS message.

Is it possible to save a PDF document in the database as a blob column and to retrieve the PDF when clicking on the link

This Upload and Download Files is very useful feature in APEX.
However, is there a way of displaying PDF files first in the report by clicking the corresponding link
in the table?
I mean, is it possible to view PDF files first by clicking the link before deciding to download them?
As we see, this approach is used by most websites and after opening and viewing a PDF file, we can save them.

Error when clicking on EDIT button on CCM 2.0

Hi Experts,
we are experiencing lot of errors when we click on the "EDIT" or any other button on CCM of a CATALOG.
The Error message we are getting is "Errors while reading catalogs,errors while reading master catalog".
When we check the Display logs for the catalog, we are having these two error messages
"Error when generating catalog SRM 200"
"Error when creating the catalog. "
Can anyone provide us with a solution on this and pls tell us which SAP program runs for the catalog.

The CC Cleaner Tool assumes the Akamai Download Manager is activated and it has not. It seems to be the missing file that triggers the error message. \in a previous re-install I was prompted to download & install the Akamai Download Manger, but not this time. This sounds like a postback issue. Does your application handle postback by putting the report in session?

i tried looking around on the net however no solution i could see for this.
when i click insert in DW CS3 i get an error in "yy/scripts/preferences.js" error 3
i cannot see that file in my program files, how can i resolve this?
