Outlook mail from Reader

I use Outlook to send mail from Reader but when the mail open i don't find the default sign I have when I create a new mail form Outlook.
What can I do?

We have this problem in our organisation, here is our situation:
We use MS Office 2010 and MS Exchange server.
Some users have multiple mail profiles for specific email accounts that they can choose to open when they launch Outlook 2010.
If a user has launched Outlook using one of the other mail profiles that does not actually belong to their login account but they have permissions to use (ie. user Jane Doe [doej] has access to another Exchange email account of Primary Industries [primary]) , and then tries to use the "Send file as email attachment" button, it launches a new email and all looks good, says it is coming From: Primary Industries, user can click Send, but then the email is sitting in the users mail account Outbox (doej not Primary), and cannot be sent.
The PDF can be sent as an attachment from the Primary email account if the user first chooses to save the PDF, and then manually adds it to an email message they manually started to compose. This would be very time consuming for the users to do as they need to perform this function many times throughout the day.
It's as if the Adobe Reader application only wants to work with the logged in users mail account that belongs to them (ie. doej). I have even tried adding the other e-mail account in "Mail Setup - Outlook" in the Control Panel and setting this one as the Default E-mail account to use, but that hasn't helped.

As best I can see from googling it, there is NO easy direct way with Apple's builtin tools. If you Google it you will find that many software companies are selling Apps specifically designed for this purpose. Good luck.

Here is the requirement I need to send a OUTLOOK mail from SAP.If the user accepts the workflow task then mail need to send a recipient ,stating that he accepthed the request.
Below I designed that task.
In send Mail step I added the recipent thing as stated below.But I was unable to send mail to OUTLOOK .In this I am not even getting notification in my SBWP in SAP INBOX.

Here's some friendly advice for you:
- don't post the same question twice
- if you get a specific error message ('wait for communications service'), try investigating it yourself by googling it.
In this case, your issue is almost certainly with your mail setup - you can confirm this by trying to send a mail from SBWP to an external address. If so, it's a Basis issue, not workflow. You can safely hand it off to your Basis team.

Sending mail from Reader for iOS

I fill out a PDF form in Adobe Reader for iOS and try to email it from within the app. Only two of my email accounts appear as options to mail "from" and neither are the secure email account I need. Why do only a few of my email accounts appear?
Or, as a workaround, how can I save the document now to be sent later from within the mail app?

Setting up your email accounts is something you should ask about in the Apple support forums. www.apple.com.
But until you do that, you can save the PDF form from iTunes on your computer. Make sure you sync your iPad to your computer using iTunes so that iTunes has the updated version of the form.
Then open iTunes on your computer, select the iPad in Devices on the left. Click on the Apps tab at the top. Scroll down to the File Sharing section. Click on Adobe Reader. You'll see a list of all your PDFs. Select the one you want and click Save To... You'll be given the opportunity to save the PDF form to your computer.

App to sync Outlook Mail from desktop to E63?

I have spent a lot of time online researching only to realize that I can't seem to find a way to sync the email on my Outlook Desktop to my E63. I bought this phone because it promised to sync with Outlook. I assumed that mean ALL of Outlook. Silly me. It syncs very well with everything but the email.
My problem is that I operate remotely and that my desktop email runs on Outlook 2007, which pulls my email off an IMAP4 server. I know the phone can do IMAP4 by itself. The problem is when my Outlook pulls the messages from the IMAP4 server, it also deletes them from the server, making them inaccessible to the phone. Additionally, this is my private phone and I don't want to incur extra charges on account of my work. I like the ability to download the messages to my phone during a sync, take them with me, answer/delete/file them, and then have those actions carried out in Outlook when I sync the next time.
SOOooooOOOO, my question is does anyone out there know of an app that will allow me to sync my E63 to my Outlook email on my desktop? Thanks for your help.

Not sure where to go so I am hoping APPLE can help.
I have a removable Hard Drive with a CARBON COPY of my MAC BOOK PRO running Snow Leopard. I no longer have the SNOW LEOPARD MAC BOOK PRO, Only the HARD DRIVE with CC. I now have a new Mac Book Air with Lion and was planning to export the SNOW LEOPARD OUTLOOK emails to import into outlook on the LION MBA, but now realize I can not boot from the CC with SNOW LEOPARD using a LION MBA.
Can someone tell me how I can get the MAIL FOLDERS off the Snow Leopard HARD DRIVE and import into the LION MBA?

HT1430 How do I get my inbox working again, I cannot receive outlook mail from my server after I updated last with ios6.1 even if I reinstall the settings correct

My Iphone 4 with io6.1 will not receive emails only send, I always had no problems before io6.1. I reinstalled the settings of the email account and did everything but still will not work, it says it is downloading messages, but the white dot on the bottom of the screen stays in place and does not run accross.

Try a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

PDF's sent from Reader to Outlook won't send as e-mail

I came across a problem where only certain e-mails were "sitting" in an Outlook Outbox and not sending. After investigation, it turned out to be e-mails that were attached with pdf's directly through Reader (Send Files function). I had her save these same pdfs to her desktop and open a new e-mail instance and attach the pdf that way. When done this way they send fine, so the problem stems from attaching the file straight from Reader through the Send Files function. This doesn't create a big problem. More curious than anything. Any ideas? Thanks!

In Outlook, allow only recipients to read mail from a custom template

Hi all,
The default "Do not Forward" template only allows recipients from an e-mail to read it. A delegate to the sender or recipient mailbox cannot open the message.
How can I reproduce this with a custom template?
I would like an e-mail to be RMS-encrypted only between the sender and the recipient(s) and be sure that the mailbox(es) delegate(s) cannot open the message.
What I am trying to achieve is:
- Only the sender and the recipient can read the message
- The recipient can reply to the message
- The recipient can print the message
Is there any way to define "recipients" permissions when defining a template (instead of "anyone")?

Had the same problem.
And got a confirmation from Microsoft, that it is not possible currently. But there are some AddOns availible for Outlook. Because the RMS API and outlook object model allowes that.

Can't send or receive mail from Outlook

just purchased a wireless router and hooked up recently. Can access the internet & outlook express but can't get my mail from outlook which is my main email account. Message says can't find exchange server. I can access Outlook from my laptop wirelessly at work but not at home.
Any suggestions?

checked the ip address of the computer when its connected to the router using the command promt.(example.....ip address: 192.168.1.100; Default Gateway:192.168.1.1).
Open an internet browser (ie, mozilla, netscape,etc.). Type at the address bar the default gateway (192.168.1.1). and you will see a username and password promt for your router. Leave the username blank and use admin for your password, if it doesn't work use the password you setup the router to..
Once you see the setup page.... you'll be at basic setup sub tab under setup. Look for MTU. Set it to MANUAL and LOWER IT TO 1300. Save the settings. Check your outlook if its working....If its Does't work do this
Go to Applications and Gaming tab.
Look for a port triggering sub tab. type it this way

E-mail from SAP R/3 to Outlook

Hi,
I am facing issues when attempting to send e-mails from SAP R/3 to Outlook it gives following error. E-mail id of the user id correct but for some reason but I still get these odd error/no message.
There is no resource constraint from SAP R/3 side, I have even seen a case when both the e-mail ids(To & CC) were correct. It failed on CC and TO went successful and visa-versa.

Default domain is maintained.
This issue is happening only with few users when they are trying to send a mail through some customized Z t-code.

i want to direct mail from outlook to talktalk.

Do you mean Outlook, the application included with Microsoft Office, or Outlook Express, the application included with Windows XP, or Outlook.com, the new incarnation of Hotmail/Windows Live Mail?
Does talktalk have documentation on importing mail? Or on forwarding your old address to your new address?
I suspect Firefox is not at the center of the process in any case.
