Outlook mail syncronization in E75

Hi
I'm using mail for exchange in E75 for accesing my corporate account which is on outlook.
I'm not able to sync the deleted item folder i.e when I delete the mail from cell it doesn't gets deleted from server .Even performing empth deleted items in cell doesn't offer any help.
Can anyone help to sync deleted items between PC & cell.

Hi Piyush,
Have you set the sync schedule to "always on". This you can set @ Installations-MfE-Edit Profile-Sycn Schedule.
Also when ever you delete an item in the deivce or on the PC, Outlook server does a sync of those items only when there is a new item entering into the server. This causes less cost on your GPRS connection as to frequent update of deleted items, it updates when there is a new mail entry.

My outlook mail account doesn't work in the mail app, it keeps asking for my password everyday, and the outgoing mail server says "outlook.com (dissconected)".

I don't have Hotmail, but generally, web based email accounts need to be set up within that account (in this case Hotmail) - you need to go to your Hotmail account and check if it can be set up as an IMAP or POP account with emails automatically being forwarded to Mail. How can I reset my outlook.mail account on ipad after loosing password

Let's try deleting the iCloud account from your iPad, then adding it back.
If you have any photo stream photos on your iPad, save them to your camera roll by opening your My Photo Stream alburm, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. The force close the Mail app by double-tapping the home button, locating Mail in the list at the bottom, tap and hold Mail until it wiggles, tap to close it, then tap the home button agian.
Then to delete the iCloud account go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPad when prompted. This only deletes the account and your iPad data from your iPad, not from iCloud. Then go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in and turn on your sync settings, confirming that Mail is set to On. Your iCloud data will reappear on your iPad after a brief delay as it redownloads. Open Mail and see if your iCloud account is there now.

Approval links not appearing in approver's outlook mail box

Friends,
I am facing a problem with the approval mails of shopping carts to approvers. The approval links in the outlook mails are not appearing -
Error is :
Document contains errors. Log on to the system to process the document
- Approval or rejection via e-mail not possible
The shopping cart has been approved by 1 approver and awaiting approval by the next approver , who receives the approval mail but the approve/reject link is not appearing in the mail.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Check whether the deafult printer has been mainatined for that approver user and also the FORWARD WORKITEM attribute has been checked in the org structure in PPOMA_BBP.
if you are using program RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP to generate offline approval email.. if yes then select checkboxes HTML text and approval links.

Open Pages. Go to the menu bar>file>export. Select PDF. The size of the file should be irrelevant.

I am faced with an issue by using a button from the toolbar in order to create a new outlook mail.
Do you know the functionality from html?

This coding will create a new outlook mail an fills it with information when the user click this link. It is also possible to implement it via a button.

Just define the following coding for your button...
    ls_button-text     = 'Outlook mail'.
    ls_button-tooltip = 'Outlook mail'.
    ls_button-on_client_click = 'javascript:window.open ("mailto:email@email?subject=CRM","mywindow1","width=100,height=100,scrollbars=no,menubar=no");'.
    ls_button-page_id = me->component_id.

Saving outlook mail attachment

I was able to save pictures before in Outlook mail. Now somewhere along the line i can not print the content or save pictures. I have looked at different add-ons but none seem to say that they are for this problem. What do I need to do? or download to get my mail working again?

Outlook Mail is Malfunctioning in Mail App, Running Mavericks

I downloaded Mavericks back in June, and I haven't had any problems with my Outlook mail in the Mail App until the past couple of days.
Some of the problems I'm having include:
          - Duplicate emails in my "Sent" mailbox
          - Emails will completely disappear if I tried to move them to another folder (not in "Trash", "Junk, or any other folder, just completely gone)
          - Mail is very slow when I try to send it- sits in "Outbox" forever
          - Mail App has to frequently re-download my emails
          - Emails are slow to load in Inbox
Things I've tried:
          - Rebuilding the mailbox several times
          - Deleting and re-adding the account back.
          - Checked for software updates
Anyone know what's going on? Thanks!

If you have a look, "Internet Accounts" has got the same icon as "Mail, Contacts and Calendars".
"Mail, Contacts and Calendars" has been renamed to "Internet Accounts", so open it. Everything else in this pane is the same as in Mountain Lion or Lion

Alerts Mails not getting received in outlook mail

Dear All,
I have configured alerts for my scenarios and they are getting trigerred also. But I am not able to receive those alerts in my outlook mail id rather i am able to see those alerts in alert inbox.
Please suggest where might be the error in configuration.

Can you check whether the below authorization is given to that user.
For the sending of alerts via external communication methods (e-mail, sms, fax) and for inbound processing, an RFC user has to be created on the central alert server with the role SAP_BC_ALM_ALERT_USER. The authorization objects contained in this role are S_OC_SEND and S_RFC.

check in ALRTCATDEF transaction what is the user maintained under the fixed receipent tab for that user check the email address in SU01 transaction.
Please check in transaction SCOT (you can give address of your SMTP server in order to send mails),
If it is configured then probably you need to personalized alert delivery. In alert inbox you can select personalized alert delivery and check for "Mail" option.
In SCOT you can see how many mails have beed sent via your XI system.
most of the time email problem is solved by correcting configuration in SCOT. For testing mail system click on System->short message and then send one message to yourself

Work Outlook mail to my Mac

I work on Windows at work (ARGHH!) and have an Outlook account. I want my Outlook mail to go to my Mac at home b/c I work from home quite a bit and aparently I cannot connect my Mac to our work server remotely.
How do I do this? Should I set it up to go into Entourage on my Mac? I am skeptical of having the mail come into my Mac Mail b/c there is a lot of Spam coming to my Work Outlook.
How do I do this?

Entourage is only avaiable as a part of 'Office for Mac 2008'.
Btw.: ask the Administrator of your work company for access to your work PC from your home Mac using VPN/VNC.
I connect to my work PC from my Mac at home without problems.

I just brought home a Laptop PC from work.
I need help connecting to the 'Outlook Mail' server.
I'm a Mac user, so bare w/ me.
When I go to Tool/Accounts/Properties/Servers, it asks me for a SMTP.
I am connecting to a wireless 2Wire ATT/SBCGlobal modem w/ no problem.

I am developing an office mail app.My requirement is,If user changes the theme in outlook/office 365 my app styles are not changing. I am using office.css in my local mail app web site.
Is it possible to update the mail app styles as per outlook mail client themes? When user changes the theme my app`s style should also update accordingly.
