Outlook signature on ipad signature issues

How do I put my outlook signature in my ipad signature? When I simply copy and paste the emails that I send from my ipad arent displaying the signature or the logos but rather show an error symbol.

I am attempting to standardise our company's email signature for all users. A contact supplied me with a VBA script which generates a signature based on the user's AD information. This works great but I would like group policy to set this signature as default
to prevent users from making changes. From various Google searches, it seems that the default signature can be set by GP, but I can't seem to make sense of any of the posts that I find. This may be because I am new to GP and don't understand the context. Any
suggestions as to what would be the best way to approach this?

According to your description, you would like to set default Outlook signature using group policy. Right?
Based on my knowledge, the signature file is located in the path %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft \Signatures on Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8. And then we need to configure the related registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Common\MailSettings or
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Common\MailSettings.For more information, please refer to the following article:

Unrecognized Lync contact opens when sip address added in the outlook signature block

I have added my sip address into my outlook signature block. Why does an inactive contact conversation opens, if I click on the link in the signature? It looks, like my profile in Lync, with the same picture and name, but the presence cannot be recognized,
thus a Lync message cannot be sent.

Which Lync 2010 command-line parameter did you added in the signature block?
If you want to open the IM conversation windows of you when others clicking the signature, you can use the following command-line parameter:
Sip:[email protected]
Sips:[email protected]

Pdf form: attaching Outlook signatures

When using a submit button on a form, the pdf is attached to an email, with automated text in the email "The attached file contains data that was..."
This replaces the automatic email signature I have set in my email application. (it should have appeared automatically)
How do I get the signature to appear as well as/instead of this text automatically?
I need this on there to prompt applicants of my pdf form to insert there Outlook signature.

Its strange because it does allow the following text (below) to go into the body of the email. Do you think it could work with some java/other type scripting?

Acrobat & MS Outlook & signatures

When I generate a new e-mail message from Acrobat with the PDF file as an attachment it creates the Outllok message without incident, but it does not include my default Outlook signature.
Does anyone know how to set up Acrobat or Outlook so it uses my "signature"?

How do I post a form in PDF format, which will be any form? I have posted the "form" in jpg (below) because I see how to post an IMAGE by using the camera icon above.
In fact, I am having this problem “placing signatures” in ALL my Adobe forms. Anything I save as a PDF file, where in Adobe Reader ver.11 I can sign the exact same document by “placing a signature” I cannot do so in Acrobat. For example, if I type a MS Word letter (like the posted image here) that I want to send to another person, but I do not what them to have the ability to modify it, I will save the letter as a PDF file. Then, when it is a PDf file format, I will sign the letter by placing a signature, because of the convenient “placing signature” function available in Adobe Reader ver.11. If I wanted to sign the letter in MS Word BEFORE I saved it as a PDF document I would have to do an ‘Insert of a picture of my signature’, which is also easy but not as easy and convenient as placing a signature in Reader 11.
This problem began when I downloaded Acrobat 11 as a trial. Now, suddenly, I cannot do this simple “placing a signature function but instead I get the digital nonsense. I have to close the file, and re-open it is Reader 11 to placing a signature.
No No, Something is amiss (malfunctioning). It is not regular, normal functioning that I am experiencing here.

Outlook signature and SAP

Hi, everyone-
I just installed the Outlook Integration. When emailing a document out of SAP, I would like each user's Outlook signature to show in the email, just as it does when emailing directly out of SAP. I saw an earlier post that mentions changing the signature in the SBO mailer, but this appears to be only for the company signature, not each individual user.
Is there a way to add each user's signature based on their login?

Outlook signature appears vertically on iphone

When I use my Outlook signature (just plain text) it appears vertically when opened on an i phone as a big long string of text. How do I fix this?

Go to %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures, you will find for each signature, there are three type of files: .html, .rtf, .txt.
So the signature format is decided by your email format.
If you want your signature to be in html, make sure you are editing the signature in html.

Is there any way to use microsoft outlook 2010 on ipad? Or is there apple app or program that will copy over all of the existing structure, folders, etc... and sync?

I recently received a gift of a new ipad. Unfortunately I can't really switch from my Windows lap top until I figure out a way to use the ipad for my business emails which I use Outlook 2010 for. There are a singnificant amount of folders and history, with various attachments, that I have to have access to and I have been unable to find a way to move all of this over to the ipad. I use Yahoo mail for my primary mail server and can get the Yahoo mail on the ipad with no problem. But I do not have the full folder structure set up on Yahoo that I have on Outlook 2010 and to do so would be very time consuming...and I'm note even sure how I could move all the folders back to Yahoo and all the emails contained in them, many of which have been long deleted form Yahoo, back to Yahoo. Ideally I would just install Outlook 2010 on ipad and export all the files over. But there doesn't seem to be any Outlook 2010 program for ipad...if there is, please tell me about it. Otherwise, I need a relatively quick alternative that will not force me to recreate my entire Outlook 2010 folder structure and copy emails over folder by folder. If anyone has had the same issues, and was able to solve them, I would very much appreciate knowing how to do this. I like the ipad and want to use it for my main platform. Thanks

ICloud does not synchronize Outlook 2007 with ipad

I want to synchronize outlook calendar with iPad calendar. I installed ICloud on the PC, choosed calendar for synchronizing, allowed iPad to synchronize with iCloud and started. The first synchronization worked. Both calendars on Outlook and iPad looked the same. Now I thought, that any new thing on each of the calendars would be pushed immediately to the other calendar. This does not work. Is there a time limit or did I need to make some more changes?

Here's the solution provided by Risco in the iPhone 3GS forum. It's the only one that I found that works for exactly the same problem on both the iPhone 3GS and the iPad. I might add that I was also getting two other error message every time I connected to iTunes ("Mobile Sync stopped working," and "Yahoo Go Sync stopped working").
Here it is (for Windows):
Go to Program Files ( x86 if using 64 bit )
Open Common Files
Open Apple
Open Apple Application Support
Copy the Sqlite3.dll
Go to the windows folder
Open system32 if on 32bit, or syswow64 if on 64bit
Find the sqlite3.dll
Rename it to sqlite.dll.bk (if none there, go directly to Paste step below)
Paste the new one in there
Open iTunes and it should sync everything fine and no errors!

Settings>Mail, contacts, calendars>Your email account name>Delete Account. A window will popu after you select your email account in the settings and there is a large red Delete Button at the bottom of the window.
Settings>Mail, contacts, calendars>Add account. Tap on Add account and start entering your email account details again. If your email account doesn't fit one the per installed accounts in there, tap on Other - and add your account in there.
I would restart the iPad after you delete the email account, just to be starting "fresh" again.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button

Sorry but what is the definition of "inline" videos, I wanna be really sure (i'm not english / in my language my videos are "inline" videos: videos put inside the document).)
On some apps I made, some videos work, some don't. And
one of the main issues are
- they launch full screen when they're not supposed to (i want them to launch in a definite area)
- they dont launch full screen when they're supposed to (when they're suppposed to play in full screen, they just do not appear: black screen)

Please can someone advise me on the following, my problem is similar with the above post.
I have a standard iPad and want to be able to access my outlook in depth on my device.
by in depth I mean to be able to view task reminders/ update accordingly, view business cards in my contacts(all groups) /update accordingly, send and receive emails, view previous emails including ones sent from my computer.
So basically have the maximum control possible over my outlook via my iPad
I have struggled to get a grasp on what is/ is not possible as different sites tend to give you different possibilities but lack in others.

IMessage not working on 5S and iPad Air issues

iMessage not working on 5S. Had 3 online chats with apple support but still not fixed. iPad air issues also; safari shuts down a lot on mine and my husbands iMessage not working. iMessage works on his 5S. Never had so many issues with Apple before. I receive SMS messages on 5S but no iMessage. It was suggested to me that I get a new sim or try another wifi, both seem odd given everything else works.
My husband and I got our phones the same day, his works right, mine doesn't.
iPad airs were purchased a month apart, mine works ok apart from safari shutdowns and his iMessage not working.
Also the slider to answer calls on both phones not always working. Had to reboot one of them and it forced us to set it up again from scratch.
Any ideas?

IPad air issues

I am having problems with my iPad air the wifi keeps disconnecting and is slow loading up I know the problem is with the iPad asit he wife has the ipad 2 which is out performing the iPad air.
I have done all the resetting and restoring as stated on earlier posts I havesent it to apple and they are saying there is not a problem

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.
