What version of PC Suite is installed? 6.6.16

A few questions about PC Suite
Does PC Suite cope with a corporate setup, i.e., Microsft Outlook with all the data residing in Exchange, or only if all the data is local to the PC
This would seem to be a problem with the Outlook Profile being used for synchronisation. You could try creating a new Profile as follows:
1. In Control Panel, double click the Mail icon.
2. Click Show Profiles, then click Add.
3. Type in a name for the new profile, then click OK.
4. Choose the option to "View or change existing e-mail accounts." then click next.
5. In the E-mail Accounts window click the button called "New Outlook Data File..."
6. Choose the option called "Office Outlook Personal Folder File (.pst)" then click OK.
7. This will open a window to create a new .pst file or select an existing .pst file. Browse for and select your .pst on the Network drive.
8. Now click Finish to exit the Mail Setup dialog. To create a profile with no e- mail accounts click OK. E-mail can be added when the profile is first run in Outlook.
9. When you open Outlook choose the new profile, then configure the type of e-mail using the e-mail wizard.
You can now try and setup a new synchronisation using this new profile. If the problem is still happening you could also try installing PC Suite 6.7.22, and try configuring new settings for the new profile.

Outlook synchronisation error "Member not fou
I am trying to synchronise a MS Outlook 2000 (Not Express) calendar with my brand new Zen Micro.
I have managed to synchronise Contacts and Tasks, and I initially had problems with
the Calendar due to conflicts within my Outlook calendar. These have been resolved,
so at least this proves the Creative software is able to connect to the Outlook Calendar.
I am running Windows and Office 2000, with a Zen Micro.
I can not find this error message in the Knowledge Base, and the support team have spent four weeks pushing me through the standard resets/upgrades etc etc, all to no avail.
The message I get is "Member Not Found" in a message box titled "CTSync" whenever I kick of the actual synchronisation. Pretty obscure from an end user point of view....has anyone any ideas what-so-ever.... I am getting desperate!

Microsoft Outlook sync error message
Here's the error code: 08004fd28. The sync is set to only sync the calendars. Blackberry Desktop Manager queries inconsistencies between the calendars, then shows the error message just noted. Can anyone help?

What Desktop Manager are you using? You can try to uninstall and reinstall DTM. Make sure to install the latest Device software as well. You can download these through the BlackBerry website.
So it also gives out this error during the calendar sync? It is possible that there is a corrupt calendar entry on Outlook. What you can do is to do an advance logging. The process is a bit complicated cause you need to edit some intellisync settings to extract the log files. By extracting the log files you will be able to pinpoint the corrupt calendar entry data.
For this it's best for you to contact you carrier and ask for support.

Can receive but not send emails in Outlook 2010 - error message 0x8DE000006 The operation failed
I an @outlook.com email in my Outlook 2010 which worked well at first.
It now come up with the error message - error message 0x8DE000006 The operation failed and on my Sync Issues it has the following note:

From this message, it seems that your Outlook.com account is blocked due to some unusual activity. Please first try login to your webmail and check if you can send emails from there. If you can't send email even from webmail, we may try to follow the following

Some of my calendar entries seem to be getting sync'd but the VAST majority of calendar entries are missing. My environment is as follows...

I've tried most of the suggestions found here in this forum related to Outlook sync problems but nothing seems to make any difference...

CliffO.K. Now a follow up....I just upgraded to iTunes 9.2.x and what seems to be syncing is reoccurring calendar entries only. I have tried turning off the calendar sync..which asks me if I want to remove all calendar entries previously synched, to which I say yes. My calendar entries go away. I then turned the synching of calendars back on and the only entries that I see on the iPod are reoccurring calendar entries. NONE of the single calendar entries are showing up. The error message is also no longer appearing in the synch log....very strange.

First of all, I just wonder what is your meaing of "does not work", whether you can still access the data in the OST file, but get some error messages, or you cannot access the data at all? Based on different cases, you should use different solutions and
will save you a lot of time and money.
Without mor specific information, I have to give out general advices here:
There are several methods to convert OST file to PST file.
First, Microsoft does not provide an official tool to do the conversion. However, if you can access the contents of the OST file in your Outlook, then you can perform the conversion manually, as follows:
1. Start Outlook. Make sure you can access all the contents in the OST file to be converted.
2. Create a new PST file.
3. Go to the OST file, select and copy all the contents to be converted with your mouse.
4. Go back to the new PST file, then paste all the contents into the PST file
That will do the conversion.
You can also perform the conversion by export the contents of the OST file to a PST file by following the instructions at:

Second, if you can access the Exchange server containing the account data for the OST file, then you can use Export-Mailbox command to export the data into a PST file, similar to convert your OST file into a PST file. Below is the article about doing that:

These three laptops have been communicating back and forth together for more than 6 months. REceving from these laptops is not a problem only sending has become a problem as of today. Why would outgoing
messaages suddenly produce these error messages? The only way for me to send any messages out is to go to a my Eudora and send them through gmail.com. Perhaps you would explain what I need to do.

SMTP authentication and try again. To do this, click File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings > Double-click your IMAP account > Click
More Settings button > In the Internet Email Settings
wizard, click on "Outgoing server" tab and tick "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and select “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.
Click OK and follow the wizard to finish the change.

Synchronisation error message 1572 on Bold 9900

I am not able to syncronise my calendar or contacts as I keep getting an 1572 error message. I have reintstalled BlackBerry software but still getting the same error message.

I would have opened Messages > Preferences > Accounts and deactivated the iMessages account (Untick the Enable this account)
Then Quit Messages.
The Restart Messages and then restart the Account.
A Re-install would do it but is an awfully big hammer to use.

Outlook Calendar error message
I have an ipad 1 using MS Exchange w/outlook 2007. When I receive an appointment notice from a co-worker and try to accept it I receive the following message - Calendar Invitation Your response to the invitation cannot be sent. The notice temporarily turns from dashed line to color but within a couple seconds it turns back to dashed line and the message appears. I have accepted the appointment on my laptop and it shows as accepted but not on my ipad. I also have the same issue with my iphone 4 (v.4.3.5 (8L1).

WIndows 7, Outlook 2010, all the latest win updates loaded. including apple and microsoft OS/apps.
I use iCloud with iPhone IPad, Macbook Air w/Outlook 2011 Mac and PC with the above config.
I also tried Google Apps, but that doesnt seemt to work well for calendar & contacts, email no problem
The exchange server worked great, but looking to move off that service, but keep the ability to use outlook.
Working with the apple team, they suggested moving to iCloud.
"Exceeding iCloud Limits!" - which doesn't seem to be clear what they mean for two caledar items added in outlook PC. -

If you migrated from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013, I found a KB for your reference:

If not, I suggest using OWA to verify whether this issue remains.
1. If everything works well in OWA, it seems an issue on the Outlook client side.
I suggest run Outlook under safe mode to avoid some AVs and add-ins.
I suggest re-create profile to refresh the caches.
I suggest re-install the Outlook if all methods above not working.
2. If this issue remains in OWA, please verify whether all users on the Exchange 2013 have this isse.
If only one user has this issue, I suggest create a test user to check whether the test user has this issue.
If the test user works well, I suggest try to re-create the specific user account.
Please make a full back up before re-creating.

This is driving me crazy :-O.
I can receive but not send emails although I can send blank ones to myself. Everything is working fine on BTYAHOO and to mymobile but not in outlook. Have checked and re checked my settings and they are fine. Really need this fixed. Can anyone help.............and you'll need to keep it simple!!!

What anti virus product do you have ? Is it AVG ?
There is an option on outgoing mail in AVG to scan emails - turn that off.

Outlook integration error message
Hi, when we try to install the outlook integration, everything goes fine. But when we try to sign in after selecting add to CRM on demand button, we get the following error:
"Unable to establish a connection with the Siebel On Demand Server (secure-ausomxgfa.crmondemand.com)"
The normal login through the website does work.
Can someone help us?I have come across this in the past - sometimes I have found the problem to be (if your using SSO) that the SSO URL has not been entered into the registery of my PC. Ensure the UIServer and Server keys have the following: secure-ausomxgfa.crmondemand.com - this will be on HKLM\Software\Siebel CRM OnDemand\Siebel Outlook Email Integration OnDemand.

'Data File Properties' > then Home Page
tab > Click the 'Restore Defaults' button > Click
OK. Restart Outlook to see if this issue persists.
If above didn't fix the issue, please try to create a new mail profile in Control Panel and reconfigure your email account in the new profile to see if it helps:
